They sent a full crew who spent hours out here making sure everything was perfect. The finished product looks brand new. This is a company that genuinely stands behind their work. Not in the "we'll get back to you eventually" way, but in the "we're sending a team out to make this right" way. The craftsmanship is excellent and the customer service is even better. When you're shopping for turf it's tempting to just go with the lowest quote. I'd encourage anyone to think bigger than that. When it was actually time to install the turf, a crew of about 10 came out and they finished the whole project in about 8-9 hours. They were like a well oiled machine and everyone did their part to complete the install in a timely manner. My parents liked the final result so much that they're going to get the backyard done with a putting green. I'll post an update when that one is done.

My lil furry baby likes relieving himself out there when I'm not looking (mostly pee, very rarely poo) but the culmination of it is starting to show on warmer days. I saw this local business pop up on google and they said they specialized in pet waste and artificial cleaning and reached out. They didn't have any reviews on Yelp so I was a little skeptical. However, Dean was super responsive and had his team out there cleaning it the next day as they had an opening. Not only does it look pristine but I no longer have to smell that urine smell. I'd definitely recommend them if you're in need of some turf cleaning. Dean was super down to earth and told me they've mostly been doing work from referrals which is why they don't have many reviews but they are quite busy with repeat customers since they also remove debris etc. I've heard from others they've tried many cleaners and gave up because the smell didn't go away and they were tired of empty promises so they were just going to rip it up and get new turf. Definitely something we do not want to do and glad we found this place. I'd jump on them now before they blow up. I'm so tired of hearing that it's a 2-3 month waitlist for any type of service and just happy I got this done before things heat up for the summer.

I found this after they left. I called the owner Scott and asked him to help clean it off our brick entry. He said he'd talk to his people, but never called back. I called him again a week later and he now wanted me to send him a photo. This was particularly odd as it doesn't really matter if he looked at a picture. I sent him the photo, and again I got no phone call back. I got no promise that anyone was going to come out to clean it. Nothing! This is sad. His communication skills don't seem to be in evidence. He doesn't take care to make sure his employees do things correctly. Even I know you don't lay a chain saw on concrete or bricks without something to catch the dripping oil.

He worked quickly, efficiently, and was communicative. The only point of feedback I'd have is to ensure that you know what you want done, as he will do exactly what he explains and what you discuss with him. If you are like me and far from an expert (or even knowledgeable) about your yard/sprinklers, ask him and he will very patiently diagnose and explain. Otherwise, if you simply point to *specific* issues, he will expertly take care of them to the exclusion of any more digging (no pun intended.) As an example, there was some collection of water around the base of a repaired sprinkler - he had done exactly what we discussed: replaced the sprinkler itself, but he had not worked on anything around it. Not his fault, and when I asked about it, he explained what the other issue(s) might be. Less scrupulous people probably would've taken the opportunity to upsell me. Even after the work was done, and his payment was in hand, I still found him in my front yard, ensuring that his work was done right and polished. How many people would've done that, instead of just driving off after being paid? I'll definitely be calling Brandon the next time I have any sprinkler issues.

There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. We found a sprinkler that was still not working properly and he came back the next day to fix it, free of charge. If you need sprinkler repair, then call Sebastain, he's the real deal!
