Dean was super down to earth and told me they've mostly been doing work from referrals which is why they don't have many reviews but they are quite busy with repeat customers since they also remove debris etc. I've heard from others they've tried many cleaners and gave up because the smell didn't go away and they were tired of empty promises so they were just going to rip it up and get new turf. Definitely something we do not want to do and glad we found this place. I'd jump on them now before they blow up. I found this after they left. I called the owner Scott and asked him to help clean it off our brick entry. He said he'd talk to his people, but never called back. I called him again a week later and he now wanted me to send him a photo. This was particularly odd as it doesn't really matter if he looked at a picture. I sent him the photo, and again I got no phone call back. I got no promise that anyone was going to come out to clean it. Nothing! This is sad. His communication skills don't seem to be in evidence. He doesn't take care to make sure his employees do things correctly. Even I know you don't lay a chain saw on concrete or bricks without something to catch the dripping oil.
