The morning of delivery I received a text stating what number in line I was for deliveries that day and a link to an up to date map of where the delivery truck was and an up to date estimated delivery time. Lastly I received a text stating the truck would be arriving within 15 minutes and another link to a map showing where the truck was. The delivery was right on time! Junior and Tipasa were the most professional delivery guys I have ever met! They both introduced themselves, shook my hand and went right to work. They took great care hauling the appliance up 4 flights of stairs. They hooked everything up, tested everything to make sure it was working properly and then cleaned the appliance and properly leveled the appliance. The even had a leveler to make sure it was level!!! They made several adjustments until it was perfectly level! The appliance looks great, is ready to go and no further cleaning or adjustments needed. Junior even programmed the clock to the correct time! The company responded super quickly, despite it being on a Saturday morning and even offered to take a look at the fridge that day. We weren't able to have them come on that day and they offered to come on Sunday. Amazing. Sergey called before coming and came super promptly to our house. (At 8:10 a.m - was given the window between 8-11 am). He first diagnosed our random rattling sound as our ice maker (which has been frozen over for years). He proceeded to chip away at our ice and turned it off since we weren't using it anyway. I thought that was it and felt a little worried since I had doubts the cause of the rattling was solely due to the ice maker, but he then asked how long the rattling was happening (about a week) and then pulled the fridge out to check the back. He said it was our compressor and although the fridge would rattle, he said it would be about $1500 to change the part. Said it wouldn't affect the efficacy of the fridge so we opted to just live with the rattle. Charged only the $89 diagnostic price. I expected more since he had cleared away our frozen ice, but he didn't charge us for that. The entire visit took about 30 minutes and while he wasn't the warmest or friendliest person, he was professional and thorough. Would call this business again if we had problems with any of our appliances.

Communication was fast and they kept in touch via text and calls to keep me updated on arrival times, costs and even reminders the night before the repairs were being done. Lance initially came out and diagnosed the issues and provided a very reasonable quote for repairs. It took about a week for the parts to come in and he repaired the broken electric burner and the dryer within an hour. If you want a two draws dishwasher, this is the place you can find it. Since they are a distributor and they do not have people to install the unit. We received a call at 12:31pm and they were at our place at 12:41pm. The appliance was installed and the delivery/installation guys stayed to make sure it was working after set up. Everything was great. I would recommend this place not only because they are reputable, but because it's sustainable and environmentally friendly to purchase refurbished. The refrigerator was never removed from the dolly, lifted, repositioned, or properly assessed for delivery. The driver repeatedly stated he was not going to move it at all and left the refrigerator sitting in my garage. During the delivery, I contacted Island Movers customer service and spoke with an employee named Cece. I found her behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, as she laughed during the phone call while I was trying to resolve the situation. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and concern shown throughout the entire ordeal. In an effort to help complete the delivery and eliminate liability concerns, I even offered to sign a waiver accepting responsibility for any possible damage to the refrigerator, floors, or property. Despite this, the driver still refused to make any attempt whatsoever to complete the delivery. I had to take time off work for this appointment, only for the delivery crew to essentially refuse service after arriving. The refrigerator is still sitting unusable in my garage due to their refusal to complete the delivery. I am extremely disappointed that Costco contracts with a company that operates in this manner.
