On inspection post wash, my rear passenger wheel well was scratched pretty badly as well as the driver door panel. When alerted, the owner completely denied that it was the car wash's fault and that there was absolutely no way his wash did the damage. Got belligerent about how he is a mechanical engineer and that it is impossible for his machine could cause the damage. Spoke about being a house painter and how nobody's aware of damage until things are clean. The first time, my expectations were low because a driver had badly scuffed my rims, and I had never needed this type of repair on one of my cars before. But both times Jonathan came out to repair the rims on my Tesla Model 3 Performance, he went above and beyond and made them look brand new again.
