You'd think being so close to the ocean would mean amazing seafood is everywhere but that's definitely not the case. From the moment we arrived, Kevin made us feel welcome. His hospitality, honesty, and passion for his food are some of the best we've experienced in a long time. He took the time to explain every item on the menu, which includes crabs, crab cakes, lobster rolls, fried shrimp, fried fish, steamed shrimp, hand-cut fries, coleslaw, and hush crabbies. What really impressed us was his honesty. Instead of trying to sell us everything, Kevin recommended the items that were at their best that day. For example, he suggested skipping the fried fish because the day's catch wasn't as large as usual. Instead, he recommended the crab cake platter and the lobster roll. And even gave us a sample of the lobster roll which is delicious. We ended up getting a dozen large crabs, which he generously gave us a discount on, along with the crab cake platter. The Four Cheese Melt is a cheese-lover's best grilled cheese. The Philly Cheese is solid.
