We did have to wait about fifteen minutes for the food to be ready, as they were making the food right then. While I only tried a piece of the lobster roll this day, my dad and brother were instantly impressed. The lobster roll was perfectly buttered and grilled, with fresh lobster and bread. My dad said it may have been the best crab cake sandwich he has ever had. The crab cake was all jumbo lump crab and perfectly crispy on the outside. They also loved the fried shrimp and french fries. My brother always says you know it's a good french fry if it does not need ketchup and he did not need ketchup for these fries. Overall, Upscale seems to be an awesome addition to the Bethany Beach scene and is a must try for all seafood lovers. Even the non-seafood lovers may want to try it out too!
