We were pressured to pay in full the same day the work was completed and were told everything was properly done and under warranty. In January 2026, during a buyer's inspection while selling our home, multiple serious deficiencies were found. Three independent companies inspected the crawlspace and all raised major concerns. Key structural repairs were not completed or were improperly installed, fungal growth remained present, and the crawlspace was still structurally compromised. We ultimately had to give the buyer a $20,000 concession so they could hire another company to fix the work we had already paid Crawlspace ER to perform. When confronted with the findings, Crawlspace ER offered only a partial refund and denied misrepresentation. Our experience was completely inconsistent with the claims of "great quality" and "excellent communication" described in other reviews. If you have already had work done by this company, I strongly recommend obtaining an independent inspection to verify the quality of the work. We deeply regret using Crawlspace ER and would caution others to do extensive due diligence before hiring them for major structural or remediation work.
