She is not only an incredibly talented massage therapist, but also a genuinely caring and wonderful person. I primarily see LaShea for lymphatic drainage massage because I have issues with my lymphatic system not working as well as it should. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always seems to know exactly what my body needs. Her lymphatic massages have helped tremendously with lymphatic buildup and have helped me feel more comfortable and loosened up so my body can function better. Recently, I had an upper trap injury after a fall and came in with quite a bit of pain and discomfort. LaShea immediately noticed that I was struggling and suggested that we focus on my back to help relieve some of the tension and pain. The massage was absolutely amazing. She incorporated cupping to help with the areas that felt particularly stagnant and tight, and the results were incredible. I had already seen a chiropractor for the injury but was still experiencing significant pain afterward. LaShea was able to work what felt like a miracle and made a noticeable difference in how I felt, while also helping me finally relax. I have been back several times since then, and she has continued to help tremendously with my tight neck and shoulders. She seems to know exactly where my problem areas are and how to work on them effectively. I am so grateful that I found LaShea. Initially my girlfriend purchased $2500 worth of cold sculpting and Jeuveau injectables. My girlfriend purchased the injectables for me and her to do together, but when we went to the clinic we found that she could not transfer the credits to me, which seemed odd because they were already purchased. I elected to buy them myself to support my girlfriend and do something new together. $370 later with a $75 coupon I found myself pretty excited since they were projected to last 4 months or so. Long story short. I went back for another procedure because the initial application did not work and spots were missed. I looked like I had bad Botox . I came back a week or so later to get it fixed and was charged $75 more dollars, which I would have paid $1000 at this point to get myself from looking the way I did. I then took a third trip back because my wrinkles came back in 3 weeks. After talking with Dr Hensley he said 3 others had stated the same problem that were treated the same day (my girlfriend being one of them) and it could be a bad batch. Dr. Hensley and I talked while I explained that I would be a life long customer if we could find a product that worked. He stated he would give me a credit, and to check in a week or so. I called today and no credit was applied. Notes were put in my file regarding my issue but no credit. He straight up lied to my face, and his administrative clerk/ social media rep was the one who had to deal with it. I felt bad for her. My girlfriend on the other hand was told she never received a promotional deal and each treatment would be at full cost. This was done after all of her treatments were complete. Unfortunately we have the flyer and my girlfriend purchased the items with 2 other of her girlfriends, so we will see how this turns out. In the end I'm very disappointed in how me and my girlfriend were treated by the owner and some staff members. It felt like we became the enemy when we just wanted to buy and try some of the services available. I feel like they are struggling to pay the bills or something and they need every dollar they can get.
