Service technician Greg Martin was OUTSTANDING, explained everything in detail and was a true professional. I will specifically request him in the future, if needed. (Noise was just the pump working extra hard on these hot days) However, Customer Service (over the phone) promised an 8AM-12PM appointment and my tech arrived at 2:30 pm because they sent him somewhere else first. Although CS very nice each time I called, I had to call 4 times asking where my tech was. I believe on my 2nd call I was told Nicholas would be there by 12:00 PM. On my third call I was told 2 PM and my tech was now Greg. Therefore, I asked "So, at 2 PM when I have to call back, are you going to tell me he is stuck in traffic?". I was assured he would be there by 2:00 PM. Not the case and when I called back at 2:00 pm, lo and behold, I was told he was stuck in traffic. Get your stories straight customer service!!! Don't tell your customers falsehoods to get them off the phone!! Wondering who is going to pay my wages when I had to take the whole day off??? I did get a call from Corporate apologizing but only after I called my initial contact complaining. Corporate also stated they would address training issues to ensure this doesn't happen again.
