What immediately stood out was the clearly marked single-file queue with "WAIT HERE" painted on the ground. It's such a simple feature, but it creates order, fairness, and removes the awkward guessing game of trying to predict which bay will open next. The facility was clean, and every piece of equipment I used worked exactly as it should--the high-pressure washer, foam gun, body brush, and wheel brush. The amount of foam from both the foam gun and wheel brush was exceptionally generous, which made the wash much more effective and satisfying. Another feature I really appreciated was the pay-as-you-go timer. Instead of purchasing a fixed amount of time and racing against a countdown, the timer counts up. You simply press Start, wash at your own pace, and press Stop when you're finished. I started and stopped the timer twice, paying only for the time I actually used. It's a customer-friendly system that feels fair and transparent. Overall, this was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Thoughtful design, well-maintained equipment, and a fair payment system made this the best self-service car wash I've used. I'll definitely be back.

When we bought our Porsche, we wanted to ensure that my cars' finish was protected for years to come. We took about a month looking and researching for a company that was not only personable, professional at wrapping vehicles, but also a company that did not just treat my investment like another number, and this is when I found Coastal Films. When I reached out to them, Spencer met my expectations and not only worked around my busy schedule, but also came to my home to provide me with exactly what I needed to protect my vehicle, and all before I step foot in his shop. If you don't call this true Customer Service, I don't know what is! Oh and it does not stop here. When I left his shop the first time, there was a strip of wrap that goes around the window that he did not have readily available, but told me that he would let me know as soon as he had it. A couple of weeks later and after forgetting about it, Spencer called me and said that it was in and we agreed on a date to install the film. Again, not only did Spencer work around my schedule, but also came to my home on a Saturday, no less! I couldn't be more pleased with Spencer and his team at Coastal Films. Spencer walked me through the advantages of the Xpel product lineup and helped me pick the perfect tint and paint protection for my new car. Coastal Films was easy to access off 405 fwy, only about 30 mins away from my work in Irvine. The only "issue" is my new compulsion to stare at my car when I'm outside and keep track of how much cooler then interior now stays on the Tesla app! I would recommend Coastal Films for their unbeatable experience as well as very competitive pricing on the best films available. read more
