Tyler Motos, a Beach Club employee, overheard me explaining the situation and immediately stepped in to help. He took it upon himself to search through an entire cart of dirty towels, as well as every towel bin around the adult pool, because I believed I had accidentally left my phone wrapped inside a towel. Despite simultaneously coordinating with other staff members over his walkie-talkie and helping prepare for an approaching storm, Tyler remained focused, calm, and determined. After 20-30 minutes of searching, he successfully found my phone buried in a pile of towels. Tyler's hard work, kindness, professionalism, ability to multitask, and dedication to helping a guest were truly remarkable. I requested items multiple times over 4-5 hours, was told they were on the way, but they never arrived I eventually had to go get them myself. When I brought these issues to their attention, they did apologize I wouldn't stay here again unless I were on a budget and customer service wasn't a top priority.
