I called Leslie's pools to find out if they service or replace sand filters and they scheduled a service call for the very next morning! The tech was out bright and early and Was very good at communication. This is a rental property for us so I was not on site and, knowing this, he kept me informed of everything that was going on. He determined the filter needed to be replaced and provided estimates by the end of that business day. I had multiple questions and he was patient and knowledgeable when answering them all. He helped me to order the necessary items and again, kept me informed throughout the whole process. When the parts arrived, the installation was scheduled quickly as well. An installation day he arrived bright and early and again, made every effort to keep me informed of what they were doing. He took pictures of the old equipment and a picture of the new equipment after it was installed. I was very pleased with the service that was provided and the extra time and effort that was given to make sure that I knew exactly what was going on since I was not on site. if we have additional needs in the future for our inground pool I will definitely be giving this company a call.

He helped me assess whether it was more cost effective to repair or replace. He came out, fixed everything up and the total came in below estimate! His troubleshooting is incredible. When a later problem with the lights watchdogged the control board he diagnosed the problem to a single fuse over the phone. He sold me the fuse and showed me where to install it. If the hoses froze, our expensive hot tub would be ruined! Brian walked me through exactly what to do to fix the leak and where to go to get a small enough heater to keep the hoses warm. When my service day came, Eric was right on time, checked the service panel as a matter of practice finding a loose wire and then was able to replace the pump even though near impossible to get to location. Even if I have to wait a month for an appointment, I won't use another hot tub repair company.

The limelight collection is even better than I imagined it would be. Sometimes we select one color and other times we just let it rotate through all the colors. I especially enjoy it on frigid nights during winter when the sky is clear and I can star gaze for as long as I want. :) Everyone at Capital Hot Tubs has always been wonderful. Purchase, delivery, and installation all went smoothly. Anytime we have needed assistance, they are quick to respond whether it is a question about a replacement part or water quality or even when an exterior panel needed to be repaired, the staff go above and beyond. The purchase costed more than Costco or an online retailer, but It's well worth it. There are a lot of logistics when purchasing a hot tub such as delivery, installation, electrical, setup and so many other factors. And also warranty. These folks did an amazing job from electrical to set up and so many other items that's needed when setting up a hot tub. The best part is they provide amazing service afterwards. I've had to call for maintenance a few times and capital hot tubs takes care of it. Recently my control display died and Jay came over and took care of everything and was courteous, professional, and he knew his stuff. On top of that Jay also fixed another item under warranty that I wasn't even aware of. If you're looking for a real hot tub please don't buy online. Instead go to these folks and they will make it great and also after.

I hired them to open my large pool of 33,000 gallons of water. 2 workers came yo my home to open…read moreit. They removed the cover , saw the pump motor worked and checked to see the cartridges in the filter system, I was told they sweep a little. The whole process took 1 1/2!hrs. Need less to say the pool water was terrible and smelled. They said the put some shock in. First, the filtration system was not cleaning at all so I , put in an over amount of shock. It did take the smell away but still was not clean. Had my son recheck both top skimmers and found a plug was left so the water could not flow to the filter. Now after a few weeks I was able to get the cloudiness out of most of the water. Shock, the cleaning jets on the pool wall still had the plugs in them. So total plugs never removed were 6. No wonder I could never get the water clear. I paid a total of $575 because of my in-ground cleaning system , which could not work properly until I removed all the 6 plugs, which should have been done when they opened it. I was totally surprised this morning with a text from the owner of BMA pools. He had just come back from vacation and just read my text to him. He apologized for any of my inconvenience and sent me a refund of $200. If you ever get a company to service your pool , please ask how much time they will spend doing so and how much real experience the worker have doing your pool. E

They were the most affordable, responsive, and professional. The crew was reliable, punctual, hardworking, and extremely fast. They did a beautiful job! Brian (the owner) was amazing to work with! He went above and beyond every step of the way to communicate with us and make sure we were happy. He gave a very detailed, itemized estimate. Throughout the project, Scott was redibly helpful in keeping us on track, as well as making recommendations to improve the process, pool, patio, and landscape. All of the workers were professional and highly skilled. Ultimately, we ended up with a gorgeous outdoor space that we use every day. So, temper my review with this in mind. ;) That being said, I have zero complaints about this location. Other than... it simply doesn't have the same footprint they have out in D-ville. It feels cramped inside, and there isn't a lot of room for a cart or moving around too much. Still, they have a ton of gardening and decorating products, especially around Christmastime! We were actually here to see Santa, since we couldn't book him at the other location. But, I'm glad we checked it out. They have a Rise Up coffee shop attached too, which was convenient. Made for a nice little treat after shopping. I really don't have a lot else to say. It's still hit-or-miss as far as value is concerned. Some items seem vastly overpriced, and others are more reasonable. You'll pay more for seasonal items, of course, but check back after said season is over (or close to its end), and you can find some very good bargains. The customer service is on par as well. Very friendly staff who are helpful and approachable. Never had an issue with service at Homestead! Overall, great garden shop in Severna Park, and were it closer, I'd be a regular here instead. I love their holiday train setup in the back as well! (Though, again, Davidsonville has a LOT more space for a MUCH bigger display... but it's the effort that matters, and both deserve the highest marks!)
