People have jobs, schedules, and responsibilities. Standing outside waiting while staff ignores customers is unacceptable. This isn't the first time I've had issues here either. The service is inconsistent, and it often feels like customer satisfaction is not a priority. If you can't open on time, at least update your hours or communicate properly.
