How are they washing dishes, how are the waiters and cooks washing their hands?? Water issue aside - We ordered food before we realized what was going on. I ordered a brisket taco and it was not good. The beef was very tough and didn't have good flavor. Chips and salsa were very good though and the rest of my party seemed to enjoy what they ordered so maybe I got a bad batch. The staff was awesome and I felt SO bad for them having to work in the situation that they were in.
