Two technicians arrived and immediately began the removal process without explaining the scope of work or providing any estimate or pricing upfront. The service itself took approximately 30 minutes, after which we were presented with an unexpectedly high bill. Given the lack of prior communication, we felt pressured into paying for a service we had not agreed to at that price. While we are grateful that the raccoons were removed, the job felt incomplete. No cleaning or sanitization was performed, leaving us to address contamination concerns on both our main floor and back deck ourselves--adding further time and expense. Additionally, we were told this was the only service of its kind in our area, which we know not to be the case. Overall, the lack of transparency, communication, and follow-through made this a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Ongoing Service Issues and Unresolved Squirrel Infestation - Request for Immediate Resolution…read more I am writing to formally document and escalate an ongoing issue with squirrel activity in my attic and the unresolved service I received. The problem began in November 2025, when I discovered a squirrel infestation in my attic. The attic is not easily accessible from the interior of the home, yet the squirrels were able to enter and cause damage. A sales representative came to my home and assured me that the issue would be fully resolved within one week. That commitment was not fulfilled. Despite multiple follow-ups and complaints, the work was not completed in a timely or proper manner. Over the course of several months, supervisors visited my home on at least two occasions to review the job. On both occasions, it was determined that the work had not been completed correctly or was still unfinished. Nevertheless, the full payment was charged to my credit card immediately. Only a portion of the gutters and exterior of the home were sealed. As a result, the squirrels simply moved to another accessible area of the house where the attic is walkable. Because the exclusion work was incomplete, I had to take matters into my own hands and set traps myself to manage the ongoing infestation. When I contacted the sales representative to express my concerns, I was told it had not been enough time for the traps to work. I explained that trapping alone would not resolve the issue because only part of the home had been sealed, allowing the squirrels to continue entering and causing damage. I was also told that it was "not possible" for the squirrels to cause the level of damage I reported in such a short period of time. I was informed that someone would come to verify my claims, but no one arrived for nearly two weeks. I made repeated calls and left messages, which went unanswered. Throughout the winter months, I received no meaningful follow-up or resolution. Despite the lack of completed work and ongoing service issues, I later received an outstanding invoice for $387.86. I contacted the office to question how an additional charge could be issued when the job was never fully completed, materials were left on-site in boxes, and my repeated requests for follow-up had been ignored. I was again told that a supervisor would be sent out for another inspection. I would never recommend to use this company.

Frank showed up, asked me a few questions & went about his business, shortly afterwards he gave me a quote with the type of plan that was needed to take care of the issue, there was a few different options on the treatment plan. He was very knowledgeable & explained the entire quote, all the options were reasonably priced. Dynamic provided a great service & completed the treatment that afternoon. Frank is very organized, respectful & professional, even his tech was full of information. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Pest Control to any of my friends who own homes, & who reads my review, you won't be disappointed with his service. I would definitely call Frank in the future, if I have any other pest issues. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

In this case, we entered an annual agreement at roughly $900.00 for a list of services I believed would be adequate to prevent any issues with insects, mice etc. He spends a lot of time showing photos of these hideous bugs, their complete history, and after roughly 45 minutes of time, you believe he is an expert. However, he is NOT. I have never had more issues wit bugs, rodents, moths and flies under his contract and control, 1. We have several mice in the basement. He laid out the poison, and several week later dead. I called in a panic, and his response, "that's the way you wanna find um." I cant get over there until next week, sooooo might want to pick it up yourself." I recognize it's s tiny mouse, however had to ask a neighbor for help to remove a disease ridden, flea invested varmint. WE RENEWED OUR CONTRACT FOR 6 YEARS, AND THIS WAS ALWAYS HIS RESPONSE. EVEN WHEN THERE WERE DEAD BUGS OR MICE IN MY BASEMENT, HE'D NEVER CLEAN IT UP, AND LEAVE THE DROPPINGS TOO. 2. I would always have to call an remind him about his quarterly visits. I called several times, and on the 4th call, he would say, " I was just gonna call you back." No apology, or acknowledgement that I am spending my time calling him, to remind him, to do his job. 3. He did what he wanted to do, and never listened to my issues. I had large cluster flies in the window sills of my basement. They became increasingly large in size and scope. He told me, " I don't deal with flying insects. It's not in the contract. To my surprise, I asked him for advice and as he wisped out the door, & told me to buy Raid. I sprayed and sprayed aver 12 cans of Raid at $7.99/bottle. I finally killed all the flies, I was left with cleaning up these giant black dead flies, their poop and God know what else. This was an unimaginable 10 hour job, as I have 6 windows, they were packed in and the stink was horrific. I noticed on a prior job, he had a vacuum, and asked if I could use it for the windowsills in the basement. He told me, " It just broke, and no I got nothing else for ya, Why don't you use your own vacum" Found that very strange and unhelpful as he knows I was at my wits end 4 VERY ODD EXPERIEINCE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE GIRLS IN THE HOUSE . PLEASE READ.. One morning I wasn't feeling well, and was asleep. He walked into my room, while I was in bed, and struck up a conversation like it was nothing. I was painfully uncomfortable, and being that it's myself and 86 year old mother living in the home, I politely asked if he could do other rooms, or skip my room this time. This didn't register, he stayed in the room, kept spraying talking, asking me questions, and WORST OF ALL INFORMED ME HE ONLY SPRAYS ROOMS THAT I TELL HIM I HAVE ISSUES. I have been paying $900/year and this incompetent exterminator failed to mention this EVER, contract signing ever. I have come to understand this is common practice as long as both parties, have a full understanding of "full service." I consider myself a good listener particularly when it comes to bugs and roughly $1k. It's not in the contract, in fact the opposite is written. He made me painfully uncomfortable in his mannerism, and had a terrible habit of yelling at you, if you questioned the "master of bugs." Dynamic is quite the opposite. Tear up your contract, or better yet DO NOT USE HIM. ITS A HORRIFIC, COSTLY INEFFECTIVE SERVICE

In the 14 years that I've lived here, I have always "put my name on the list" to have my unit treated every time the guys come out to do the common areas (hallways, laundry, trash chutes, etc) and they've always been prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. I've always liked the fact that the exterminator will explain what he's doing (spraying, applying gel, laying traps, etc) and the effects of each in order to control or contain any insects that may make their way into my unit. I have since began contracting them on my own (paying separately) for them to come more often and even on an emergency situation (did you know that when people move in/out the vermin in their units scatter to others ) and I can count on them showing up within 24 hours. I never imagined I'd be writing a review for an exterminator - but? I contacted them today about a strange odor (decaying/rotten milk) to ask if it could be something dead behind my walls. They walked me through a few troubleshooting steps over the phone and it turns out that there is NOT anything dead but that my sink needed a good gallon of vinegar poured down it to sanitize and eradicate the source of the offending odor. I love these guys, because I absolutely hate bugs!

It was driving our dog crazy (and thus us). As Murphy's Law would have it, this was happening right before Memorial Day weekend and we called at 7:30 am on Friday morning. We were DESPERATE to have this resolved. The sounds were keeping us up and we both had some upcoming deadlines that were work related, and needed sleep. I spoke to John who allayed any and all fears. John remained in regular contact throughout the day via phone or text. He showed up later that afternoon and informed us that it was a family of starlings who had made a nest in one of our vents. John also showed us where the point of entry was, patched the hole and advised us how to deal with mites that they may have brought into the house. John came back each day over the weekend to check on the progress and ensure that the problem had been resolved. It was, and we are now starling free. Hallelujah! On Tuesday, we had the house inspected by John, who remediated any remaining areas along the gutters and vents for potential sparrow or squirrel infestations that the prior owners had failed to address (we recently acquired the house). John's crew even took off two satellite dishes and patched holes in the roof for a nominal fee during the inspection (we asked). It is an understatement to say that John is a dedicated, honest professional. His prices are reasonable. He gets the job done. He calls you back. He shows up as asked. I wish more of the people with whom we dealt for our house were more like John @ Fischer. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

I was not home at the time and my wife put me on the phone with the tech who apologized and said "you were probably sent a confirmation via text or email. When I called Cowleys to inquire what happened, they said they don't actually confirm these visits - they just show up?? But then why would you knock on my door if you don't need anyone to be present? This is WILDLY unprofessional behavior - not just showing up unannounced with chemicals in a home with a newborn, but then trying to gaslight me for your lack of communication. The entire phone call felt like the rep was annoyed at me and she did absolutely nothing to help beyond adding me to a "list" where they would notify me to confirm future visits. I've received confirmation from them in the past, so I don't know what happened on their end, but I cancelled my service with the rep immediately. What a waste of money this whole ordeal was.
