By far the worst pest control company I've ever dealt with. The sent someone out to our house without our approval and they sprayed our front door arch & charged us the full amount. When I called the office the girl said "yeah sorry we haven't been letting our customers know we're coming because of COVID they've been cancelling so we've just been sending people out to do the service." We were home, no one rang the door bell or let us know they were coming. If we had known ahead of time we would of planned for their services. These people are shady and money hungry. PLUS, their services don't even work. We had spiders and ants even after they sprayed. My advice is steer clear of this company. I recommend Moxie Pest Control, they're amazing. To start the customer service here is always fantastic always above and beyond friendly service. I haven't had the best luck with the technicians although they are always friendly they are not always thorough or do a good job. And now as of today I was talked to as if I was beneath him or don't understand the services provided which I've been a customer for over a year now. I know the services I can request and what to expect based off of previous experiences, I don't appreciate that he talked to me so rudely. And he didn't do what I asked him to because he cut me off and didn't allow me to finish to explain where he needs to concentrate not happy after today. read more

I had Coasterra for over one year. Late last summer my wife added mosquito control for an extra $59.00 a month. They showed up with two plastic buckets that were supposed to trap the mosquitoes. They would only tip over in wind and fill with water in rain. I complained to the techs but never called the office. I just switched to a new company with better mosquito chemicals and Coasterra wouldn't let me out of my contract charging my account $199.00. I asked for them to waive the penalty but they wouldn't waive it or break down the payments. Terrible local company with terrible customer service. Do not use them. There are numerous other companies that listen to their customers. read more

This company strives on having 5 star reviews, and are worth every star they've earned. Though, IMO, Shelby is the reason the service is orchestrated so well. I had a pest issue troubling the tenants of a house I own. I'm out of state so there were conflicting schedules along with urgency behind the matter, I couldn't address in person. Shelby managed to squeeze my tenants in by rerouting an inspector. While I didn't get much feedback from the tenants regarding the issue, Shelby was able to communicate to both parties effectively while allowing me to properly inspect photos for myself. She is an essential part of the process, and I could not have asked for a better person to handle the issue. Oh, and on top of it all she provide a great rate! Highly recommend! read more

Beyond terrible. I am interested in getting in contact with anyone who has had a bad experience to see what our legal options are. At this point, all I can do is spread the word to my neighborhood, post on Facebook, post on Twitter and get into contact with a news station. Also, going to reach out to the BBB about their lack of service fulfillment. I also plan on reaching out to a few city folks who may be able to help so that vulnerable, older people do not get duped by their selling scams. Luckily I am very active in my community and as a teacher, I do not want my students to have to endure this in the future or their families. My story: they came out to our home OVER A YEAR AGO. Basically, they said 99 dollars for a trial and then a quarterly payment option if we wanted to continue the service. NEVER DID THEY STATE THAT THERE IS A 200 dollar cancellation fee. A man came out for approximately 2-3 minutes and we found no difference in small bugs. So of course, we said we would like to terminate services which was the point at which the 200 dollar termination fee was brought to our attention. I called and complained early on about this experience and nothing was resolved. From that point on and for this last year they have spent their time and energy on collecting the 200 dollars termination fee. Buyer beware! read more

I was given a six hour window to wait around on Saturday afternoon. The service tech showed up about one his name was Paul, I explained to him my problem with black widows and he set out to work. He had his duster with him and after five minutes I looked outside and his car was gone. I went out in my backyard and looked under the barbecue, under the patio furniture, along the foundation, and around the hot tub and rubbed my fingers in those areas and found everything to be dry and there was no smell; it didn't appear that the backyard was even treated even though I was charged for it. The areas in front that were easily accessible like the front porch were wet but the planter areas were all completely dry in the front yard. I've had pest companies come out before and they were always here for a good 30 minutes, this is absolutely the worst experience with any company I have ever had for pest control.
