Sebastian and his crew were outstanding, but I especially want to recognize Erick. Erick is incredibly skilled, a true craftsman. His work as a carpenter is precise, thoughtful, and built to last, and his expertise in pest control is just as impressive. What really stood out, though, was his attitude. He's patient, kind, and takes the time to explain what he's doing and why, which builds a lot of trust. He didn't just come in, do the job, and leave, he followed through, checked every detail, and made sure everything was handled the right way. That level of care and accountability is rare. They are a large company, and I imagine it's not easy to maintain consistency across teams, but Sebastian and Erick are exactly the kind of employees you should be proud of. I wish I could give them a zero!! a full scam!!! this nerd looking kid badgered my 73 year old mother to buy a "$99 dollar, month to month pest service", but there was not such a thing! in reality it was a contract with a first time service of $99 and the remaining services at about $120. First service was poorly done, so I called in and a second person come and redo the job. I then, requested weekend services, so someone could be there with my mother and supervise it; yet those appointments were never available. Long story short, a 5 hours or any time window for such bad service and huge scam is just horrible!!! Called them to see what could be done about it, and they are full of lies and BS! conveniently there was no manager available to speak, but a $199 cancellation fee will be applied to the account...an account that was based on lies!! read more

Coasterra did a much needed full termite fumigation while we were away on vacation. Matt took us through all the preparation needed and even came back to deliver some more bags and was on site during the tenting process. It was so very smooth and we even received email updates while we were in Europe which was a big relief for us. When we came back, everything was clean and easy for us to unpack. Coasterra did a great job protecting my roses and lemon tree next to the house and we couldn't be more pleased. I was expecting a few broken tiles on our roof but nothing was broken! A huge plus. We had contacted a few companies for flea problems at our house, my sons house, and my daughters house. No one would give us a quote or a discount for doing all 3 homes and yards. Shelby contacted me via email and the price was great. We set dates and our house was first. The tech was a few minutes late but with freeway traffic no big deal. He took care of the spraying and my husband was please with his friendly and efficient job. The office staff I dealt with were very informative and gave us all the info we needed. We are on the bi-monthly program and once again Jamie called ahead to advise he was on his way. He came out and treated our home for the unwanted insects. Costerra delivered! they came the same day we called about a roach infestation issue (my tenant moved out at my request). The infestation was among the worst the technician had ever seen,' German' roaches! This is a condo, which is often challenging to find a pest control company to agree to treat. Two treatments later, I hope we are free and clear. The technician was knowledgeable and took quick, decisive action. He advised me to rid the property of all dead roaches, asap because these creatures are cannibals! This company stood behind their customer satisfaction guarantee. Technician arrived on time, he was courteous, open to questions and performed duties above and beyond my expectations including but not limited to removing cob webs from under eaves (this was NEVER done by the previous exterminator company who I fired after 18 years), furniture and wherever he found them after inspection, in addition to the other areas of concern, spiders, mosquitos, fleas, ivy webbing and spraying into rims of potted plants for mosquitos nests. I had an unwarranted flea issue considering (I don't have any animals), because a stray dog got into my backyard and left this present behind :(. I've been using this company for about 2 months and I'm pleased with their service. It took some time for the extermination to work but so far it's looking good. The price is great and the technician is very friendly and trustworthy since he was alone in my home because I'm usually working when they come out. this is an update after our initial service, and again after the second service. We have 2 grandkids that stay over often, so the fact that we are seeing far fewer bugs and spiders is reassuring since the 2 yr old twin boys seem to get in to everything! the first service was quick, and easy, and the technician offered the recommendation to bring in the dog, just so he doesn't go sniffing around after. Excellent service!!! I called for an estimate earlier in the week. I had several rats/mice homes in the attic that needed to be cleaned up. I saw different types of the pesticide treatment treated our pest (wasps, spiders, etc) problems. While they can't do anything about those flying pests, he did recommend how to better control their fly zone!! He hadn't even looked at anything. I told him I have a secondary report and it's HOA's. He said a homeowner just paid for same issue up the street. My HOA ignored me when I reported it to them.
