Don answered really fast and did what was needed for our home. We had a really bad Argentine ant infestation for about two weeks and I really needed them to be gone. He got us in the next day on a Monday after telling me his quote on Sunday. He had the best value for the one time treatment out of the other pest control companies that I had called. I used to use Terminex for my exterminator and never had a problem with them but looked elsewhere because their prices had gotten so high. I switched to Don because he was cheaper. As the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." I have had to call him to come back several times because I continue to see the same pests both inside and outside, even after he treats. He was supposed to come back today to FINALLY remedy a silverfish and ant problem I first brought to his attention over a month ago and he cancelled on me last minute, saying he would only treat both on the same day and would not come out twice. There are two residences on the property, one with an ant infestation and one with a silverfish infestation and we could not be out of the house for his two hour treatment, so I asked him to just treat the one property. Too much to ask for I guess, even after dealing with this for a month! He also will not respond to text messages and says that he "only takes phone calls" and not to text him. If you try to communicate by text (as most people do these days !) and don't call him back he will ignore your request for service. Don was prompt and offered same day service. $185 for an exterior spray for ants with a verbal 30-day guarantee. This was $15 more than Seashore but they were 2 weeks out. So I used Major. Ants got worse so I called and was told they would do that for 3 days and then start to go away. That was on day 3 and they were starting to slow down. By day 5 they came back with a vengeance when I called on about day 8, I was told he would do an interior spray for an additional $50. Really, where was my 30-day guarantee? I asked for an additional exterior treatment and was told it wouldn't do any good. We used Terro and took care of the problem ourselves. Long overdue review, but the service was great. Don made it out quickly and got to work. We had bees along the side of our grill, so he took care of those.
