Taylor gets 10 stars if I could award them as he went above and beyond services to remove a roof rat that was living in the walls. In late January we requested an inspection visit and quote for trapping the rat. Taylor checked crawl spaces, attic, and the areas where the rat left insulation as well as rat poop, snap traps were there to start. We had 3 follow up visits scheduled and even after these 3 visits, there was still no rat caught that we moved onto using glue traps. Taylor was still committed to helping us catch it and he did a ton of research on how to catch a very trap shy rat, this was one very smart and persistent rat. We eventually figured out that the rat was coming out from a hole under our pantry and we set up a "moat" of glue traps and a baby monitor camera nearby to see what would happen. A whole month passed while there was still no rat caught and Taylor was very patient with how stubborn this rat was, we messaged him regularly of any rat evidence and he either came by to check up on it or advised us to relocate a glue trap elsewhere. The rat was jumping over the "moat" of glue traps and getting real comfortable when we checked the baby monitor camera. After two months we eventually put glue traps behind our fridge which wasn't far from the pantry hole as there were two holes in our drywall behind the fridge and by now we had gotten used to knowing the rat would wait until we turned off the lights to go sleep around 11pm before it ventured out. The next morning we heard some noise that could have been my kids knocking on their bed, but then we moved the fridge back and lo and behold it took two glue traps to make this stubborn rat get stuck! We immediately called Taylor up and he came by shortly after to get it removed. It was late March by the time this happened and we were so relieved! Taylor told us that it was most likely only one rat and if there are more we'll see more evidence in a couple days. We did not see any more evidence of rats and Taylor was able to come back and patch up the holes in our wall and under the pantry where the rat entry originally was. This review is long overdue. We had a horrific flea problem in our home. Our cat was getting eaten alive. Not sure where they came from since he's an indoor cat but nevertheless, we got them.
