I thought it would be less stressful for me to move in two stages, one day outdoor garden stuff and the following week, the furniture. Darion and Jasmyn were both very responsive while setting up the move and I had the same crew for both moves, plus one more for the furniture. Unfortunately, the first day was extremely hot with a lot of heavy lifting in the sun. We made it through but it was a lot to do and they worked very hard. Everyone was easy to work with. I highly recommend these guys! The Smoove Movers team was quick, efficient, and mindful in every way. They asked all the right questions, packed everything up gently with their materials, and were careful through the narrow hallways and stairwells. Everything made it from the old apartment to the new house in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier! The neighborhood we moved to has a narrow street with regular traffic, so they offered to park the truck in the driveway, to keep the street clear as they unload. Not great, but awesome!! Booking with Jasymn was easy and professional. I was awaiting the arrival of my Upack PODs so the actual moving date was unknown. They were able to work with me on short notice once the PODS did arrived. Dorion and his crew showed up on time, were positive and professional. No broken or missing items. They have flexible crews to meet time constraints. We had a 6 man crew show up promptly. The crew was polite and respective. They worked hard and kept moving all day long for about 12 hr move. The crew was friendly. The costs were declared up front. The Crew manager notified me of any additional charges due to unexpected situations. No unexpected backdoor charges. Unfortunately, the job before mine took longer so my pickup time that was scheduled Noon to 2 didn't happen until 4 as they did need to take a break and lunch.
