I called to have a 60-year-old jammed sliding glass door repaired. The person who answered the phone was super friendly and offered me an appointment for the next day but I had to schedule later in the week. On the day of the appointment, he technicians were running early and let me know they could be here sooner. Once they arrived they fixed the door in about 15 minutes. Removing the door, replacing the old wheels, and reinstalling. They also put back on the screen door which I had removed. They explain that they used high-end metal wheels with steel bearings instead of the old nylon wheels so the door should last a long time. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We were referred to this company from a previous client. We needed a track repaired for our patio door ... Mike came to my home , took pictures and even ordered the track. Since it was the week of Christmas he said that he would return to complete the repair after the holiday. We were quoted a fair price for the track repair so we agreed to wait after Christmas for the repair. Unfortunately we NEVER HEARD from Mike again. We called the office to inquire the status and we were RE-QUOTED by Leanna with an outrageous price. Its was double what Mike quoted. She was very snarky on the phone and very rude. We ended up getting the repair done for a quarter of the price Leanna quoted. So BEWARE! These people are not honest people. Find another company.. read more
