They planted more than 100 trees, including several fruit trees, and created a beautiful and well-designed landscape. The newly built stone steps and brickwork are especially impressive. We decided to go with Juan and Raul for our patio, and I'm really glad we did. Their team showed up not just on time, but early on the day of demo and installation. They worked efficiently and completed everything in just one day, which honestly exceeded our expectations. What I appreciated most was how easy it was to communicate with both Juan and Raul. They were responsive, patient with my questions, and very open to making adjustments to fit exactly what we wanted. I never felt brushed off or rushed, which is rare. The workmanship turned out clean and solid. The structure feels sturdy, everything looks well-aligned, and the finish came out exactly how we envisioned. However, the way this company has handled a clear mistake is extremely disappointing. During installation, their team drilled into the tile on our second-floor balcony and failed to seal the holes. When it rained shortly after, water came through those openings and caused damage to the ceiling in our dining room below. This was entirely preventable and directly tied to the installation. What's more concerning is what happened next. I've spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I've been in contact with their employee (Elizabeth), who acknowledged the issue and repeatedly said it would be taken care of. Despite those assurances, there has been zero follow-through. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and more recently I've been completely ignored. At this point, the issue is no longer just the damage; it's the lack of accountability. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after causing property damage is a much bigger problem. If you're considering this company, just be aware: the install may go well, but if something goes wrong, you may be on your own. I'm still hoping they step up and resolve this properly, but based on my experience so far, I would proceed with caution.

I interviewed many contractors so I could feel comfortable with my decision and Alex stroke the perfect balance of knowledge, professionalism and accuracy in his initial quotes. His final offer, timeliness, contract and drawings were extremely professional and clear. He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive as I didn't want to deal with designers, engineers and additional contractors for the finished product as other large companies do it. It was also important to me that the firm had good communication and ideally Alex on site every day. Alex didn't disappoint rather he met all those hopes I had and more. Frank leads a very good group of contractors who completed the job in about 6 days with extreme attention, clean areas at the end of every day, very friendly and knowledgeable. They engaged very nicely for questions or additional products i wanted installed. The quality of their work and the quality of the material from Four Seasons made it all a perfect combo. If you're considering an insulated patio cover in the OC area do NOT hire anyone but Alex's company. PS the skylights are amazing. Sun Block is not going to be the cheapest you find but I believe you get what you pay for. We got quotes from 6 places and chose Sun Block because we felt that they would do the best job without any hassles or change orders. The workers came on time and cleaned up after each work day. At the end, they cleaned up the whole jobsite and put everything back the way it was. I wish all contractors would be like Sun Block! I promise you, that you won't regret using them!

They were using a metal pole to support the fence, so they said they would split the cost with me and we could possibly have their brother or their brother's contact fix my fence. I gave my phone number to that neighbor, and never heard from them again. I had two estimates one from legacy and another from a Huntington Beach based Fence Company. They had completely different quotes. I ended up going with legacy, because they were better communicators than their pricing was much more affordable. The gentleman who fixed the fence spoke little English and mostly Spanish. We were able to make it work and I am happy with the result.
