I called for a simple exterior side garage door, standard 30x80, half-lite or even without glass--basically the same type of door shown in their Yelp pictures not fancy at all. Brian is very pleasant to deal with and very responsive when it comes to questions through texts, phone calls, emails, etc. Christian and Israel were very pleasant, polite, and hard working. Minor things need to be done but I'm sure they will address all that. Danny came out and installed the door with care, precision and attention to detail. The weather stripping is perfect, and the door jam is very sturdy. Dylan visited our home for a window replacement estimate. We are parents to a newborn and my husband took time off from work to be home for the consultation. The sales rep mentioned his child was sick and he was working from home the day before - so I asked him to kindly leave and find a mask before staying inside our home. I had just given my last mask to my mom the day before, so we didn't have any extra in the house. He returns from his car without a mask and my husband (who took the morning off) felt really bad and because he's non confrontational, allowed him to stay and finish the quote. Dylan coughed and had a red nose, spoke within 2-3 feet of my husband, and got him sick. And now we're all sick. If your job is to meet with people - please be respectful of their home and space, especially when there are immunocompromised people inside the house.
