I'd worked with two trainers, including a 3 week board-and-train program ($5,000 investment), followed every instruction, and practiced daily, yet I didn't see changes. Instead, he focused on the psychology behind Sunny's reactions: what was driving them, what was reinforcing them, and what I was unknowingly communicating. No one had ever explained it that clearly. A couple of these weren't terribly serious, but we felt we weren't "in charge" anymore, that our dog wasn't getting the message from whatever we were doing, and that if we didn't do something different, it could really get out of control. Brad really helped us with this, where traditional "training" wasn't working. We have two or three things we're working on with our girl, but here is the most dramatic change we had with one issue. She is very food motivated, and would beg from us at the table whenever we sat down to eat, and would be underfoot in the kitchen during prep. She got overly excited and would not settle and lie down. Brad explained we weren't communicating well with her on a dog level, so to get that communication kicked in to gear, he actually started our session not with this problem, but with making sure she would not dash out the front door when it was opened. This was to establish that we were in charge and what was expected of her. What he showed us how to do worked like you wouldn't believe. It was like a light bulb went off for our girl. What we did affected everything after that. It wasn't about dashing out the door, it wasn't about begging for food, it was about knowing what was acceptable in our pack and to look to us for direction. That night, at dinner, she went to her "spot" with a simple direction and was relaxed during our entire meal. She can now be directed to her spot and will stay quietly any time we need her to. Best of all, she seems truly relieved that she doesn't have to be in charge and that WE are. She is much more relaxed around so many other things. It gave us so much more confidence! I didn't think that what Brad taught us would work. It's quite counterintuitive. But trust me, it worked like magic. This is not dog training - it's communication with your dog. Brad answers all your questions, doesn't waste your time, shows you clearly and directly what will work. We're so thankful we found him!

We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!

That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

He trained my husband and me as well as our puppy! So grateful. Tommy has a gift for knowing how dogs think and he shares that knowledge as part of the session. We never felt rushed to finish a lesson when he came to the house, he just dealt with our issues and reminded us to keep practicing with our dog until next time. We even decided to enroll in his weekly puppy class so that our puppy would learn to behave around other dogs. He did love the doggy daycare but when I picked him up from Bone Adventure Boarding where he stayed two nights on Sunday evening my dog was very ill. He got two ear infections, paws red itchy, and bloody. He seemed traumatized and very ill. I took him to the vet and they had put him on antibiotics, they gave him steroids and allergy shots and it's still 16 days after and his paws are not healed and my puppy is getting worse and lots and lots of vet bills. It is worth it to pay for a dog sitter.

I usually don't use mobile grooming services.. I know it is a little more expensive we are just Petco people .. but we wanted to make sure our little girl was taken care of since she recently had surgery and had some matting and we wanted special one on one attention. After using Coat and Collar Grooming I don't think we can ever use a different service again! Even if it's a little more money, it is worth it. The customer service was absolutely excellent! They made sure we were taken care of and had great communication. My dog's grooming has also never looked better. The groomer did a great job working on our little one since I know it wasn't easy since she was way overdue. I enjoyed getting the report after the service as well. We had such a wonderful experience with our puppy Bella's first grooming! We really wanted her first grooming to be a positive and comfortable experience, and the owner and groomer were incredibly patient and kind. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel completely at ease. You can tell they care about both the pets and their owners. Bella is like our baby, so that level of care meant so much to us. She looked absolutely adorable afterward, and we felt so reassured throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with our experience! Dane and his grooming business are truly top-notch. He groomed our dog, Kona, exactly how we envisioned--every detail was perfect. You can tell this is a premium service from start to finish. The grooming van is brand new, spotless, and feels more like a high-end salon than a mobile service. What really stood out was Dane's professionalism and care. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his clients and clearly treats every pup like his own. Coat & Collar Grooming took incredible care of my elderly little white dog Ellie. She's anxious and fragile, but the team treated her with such patience and tenderness -- it honestly felt like they loved her as much as I do. My 9-year-old Pit Bull had never been to a groomer before, so I was apprehensive. Gretchen treated him like royalty--ears cleaned, nails trimmed better than we ever did, and came out smiling with a cute bandana and a nice fragrance. She said he did great! Dane was amazing! He came to us to groom our golden retrievers, one crazy puppy 2-year-old and one senior 12-year-old gal. He took his time with both of them, and they looked and smelled amazing afterward, especially with their adorable little bandanas. Challenges over multiple visits have included: Groomers an hour late Groomers who thought they were vets diagnosing something the vet rolled their eyes over (chihuahua pattern baldness) Forgetting to perform a requested service After all that, I got hit up by a dispatcher on a call campaign recently who said give us another chance, those people are no longer with us. Turns out they had my account associated with former neighbor's. When I corrected that, he still expressed how difficult it would be to service 3 dogs in an hour. Sir I just corrected you and told you I only have 1 dog. The owner Mike called and said yeah he's using a guy in Guatemala for $10/hr to do incoming calls and for this outbound campaign but what can you do it's great value. What I personally can do is not frequent the business.

It took me to no accountability, no empathy and made me realize that some business owners are definitely in it for the money and not for the real purpose of the service they offer. Lynn, you are a terrible business owner, you are not true to your word, you don't offer sympathy and accountability. Doing a high-level summary here - in January, I took my rabbit to get groomed there. I understand that this is a cat and dog grooming service. However, her new groomer had reached out to me because she just moved to this new business. I had been with Daisy for many years and trusted her with my rabbit. When I dropped my rabbit off not even 20 minutes later, I got a phone call saying that my rabbit's tail was bleeding from her being brushed and that I need to take her to the vet to get it looked at. I rushed over there all scrambled minded to pick her up and took her to numerous vets that which no one was able to see her. It was obvious that my bunny was in shock and she was hurting but bunnies hide pain very well. I finally took her to VEG in Anaheim Hills and they showed me the extent and severity of the tear of her tail. The bill came out to be over $1000 and her tail might have been amputated, fortunately at the end the great people of VEG was able to save her tail after a month of taking her every single week to get it looked at and re-bandaged. Spoke to Lynn and she did not take any accountability and did not want to pay or help pay the bills. I myself was not expecting to have a hospital bill just a grooming bill, but it happened in her facility and I expected for her to take some kind of accountability which she took none. She then finally decided to meet me halfway and pay for half the bill, which I was very happy about. She was very stern on the phone with no kind of empathy and made it seem like it was my fault that my bunny's tail was bleeding. After many months of her saying the check was going to go in the mail. I got back from being out the country on a five week trip and it still was not there. So I called and said I was going to swing by and pick it up. She then sent me an email saying that she changed her mind and will not be paying anything towards the bill. What a terrible person and no integrity at all. Be aware going here because she only wants your money and does not care about your pets at all. Business owners like her should be ashamed of how they go into a service industry for your pets, which are like family, but she does not think of them like that at all. It was obvious from all her conversations that we spoke to on the phone that she really does not care about your pet. She only agreed to pay half when I said some things about her, not having any empathy and not caring for the animals that were brought into her business because to us they are family and our babies. I didn't have a problem paying the bills by myself, but it was her demeanor and lies.

We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!
