The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. I stopped on the exit to check the oil levels and hopefully add a little oil in order to get back on the road, but the engine was making a loud ticking noise. There was smoke coming from the engine bay and oil sprayed all the way up the back window of the car. That's when I decided that it was best to leave it there and have it towed to the nearest automotive shop. Thankfully, JT&AS was no more than 7 miles away from where I was stranded. Not only was I in the right place at the right time, but JT&AS is a shop that I'll begin going to regardless of the other shops that are closer to my home in Raleigh. The service was impeccable.
