Alton Cave Creek they do An amazing job. The people are super nice and friendly. The guys in the oil change area fixed my window wipe fluid for no charge. Not bad, but for $35 plus tip my expectations for the Ultimate wash were a bit higher. The interior was very nicely vacuumed and wiped down, but the exterior mirrors and windows came away with water spots. There was a big push at the entry to sign up for the monthly program, discounts today for a monthly commitment etc. Very nice sales pitch, told him this was their interview and if they did well I'd be back. I paid for the $35 wash, and came away mildly disappointed. I've visited the sister location on Scottsdale Rd, as well as Cave Creek Car Wash in CC. This would be my third choice in the future and unfortunately is the closest to our new house. Water spots on both the drivers side and passenger side mirrors, as well as on the windows of my camper shell. No one mentioned that was an extra fee to the Ultimate wash here...there were some other areas of dirt exterior wise but not a huge deal. I can wash my own truck, I just choose to pay because it's convenient when it's 112*. Thanks guys, still tipped a five spot when I usually tip for ten. I live around the corner and used to come here a lot but recently I've been coming a bit less. The conscience of the location for me is wonderful, but the last three times I've had my car washed her I get in to find a lot of things haven't been cleaned or wiped down. I'm not a super picky person but the rear view mirror is a pretty basic thing that should be cleaned. I know the staff here works so hard, and on top of how busy they are they also are working in very hot weather which is why I don't want to be too harsh. The store inside itself is always very clean, they have great customer service and everything is very fairly priced. Because of how busy they are and the crazy weather I'm going to give them another shot! But hopefully it's a bit better next time! read more

I don't know what's happening here, I've been to several different locations, all the same thing. They used to wash your car with a brush when you first pull in and scrub off all the big bugs from the grill hood and windshield. I guess just like everything else, service is going out the window. I normally love going to Cobblestone locations in the valley. However, this location is not like the others...the hoses aren't functioning there and you have to move your car around to find one with suction. The towels smell like someone forgot them in the washer for a week which I had to walk to each towel station to even find. While walking in the rocks to get there, the rocks are littered with all sorts of trash. I almost stepped on a razor blade. This location needs some TLC. This isn't the first time I had issues with this location, but this time reminded me why I won't be going back. Will stick to the one on happy valley. read more

I went to the 51st & Bell location and got the Ultimate Wash. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. I can see why. As I was driving away, I noticed there was no scent. When I got home, I lifted the tailgate (crossover) and saw they didn't vacuum back there despite me cleaning everything out. Then I noticed the black scuff marks I had on the side of my car were still there. They are easily removed by rubbing them out so apparently they refuse to put effort into the detailing. I ended up vacuuming my car and removing the scuffs myself. I don't expect to do that after paying for a $36 wash and tipping. They won't see my business again. Sure miss the BJ's that used to be at that location. They did a great job. read more

As a new resident of cave creek we received coupons for reduced cost for car was and oul change. They were rather rude to begin with. Chaulk it up to unhappy employees. I had my oil changed and car washed. Shortly after my car developed an oil leak. My mechanic found my oil filter was loose. So loose a half twist it would have been disconnected. read more

I've been to this location several times over the last nine years. I haven't gone through a car wash in several months, if not more than a year, as I started hand washing my cars. But with the heat and an impending road trip I didn't have time to wash this one. Went to Cobblestone (Tatum & Cave Creek Rd.) today (08/17/23 @ 2:52pm) for the $26 wash, which includes air freshener, tire gloss, vacuum and basic wash. I didn't pay attention to the wash/dry outcome when I left - shame on me. About an hour later as I walked back to my car from being out and about I noticed water spots here and there, poor application of tire gloss, no air freshener, failed to wipe down the center console, the door panels, the kick plates and the steering wheel. They completely failed to vacuum the passenger side floorboard and rear seat floorboard. They're generally very slow when it comes to drying and vacuuming the cars; that's been the case for the nine years I've been going there. The problem is, they let the car sit for so long the car air drys by itself before they get to it. I understand it's hard to get workers now a days, but at $26+ a pop, come on! Returned to this Cobblestone for an oil change after an out of state assignment. The service bay has a new guy Chandler, and he is killing it! He is a very well trained and experienced technician. Not only that, Chandler had genuine helpful answers to my questions regarding switching to full synthetic oil and my car's transmission. I have been a fast pass customer for 2 vehicles for a long time. The quality of cleaning vehicles has become terrible. The crews don't appear to care one bit about the quality of service they provide. We pay a lot of money every month and today I took my vehicle and had it go through full service and it seems the vacuum is broken and they're out of towels to wipe down the interior. They get disappointed when they're not tipped but you need to earn your tip by improving the quality of service. There's a Quality Control person walking around but not sure they care at all either because my vehicle was left a mess. I don't think it's too much to ask to take the the time to clean the vehicles! My 16 year old son who has been driving for less than a month stopped here to get his car washed. While there the pushy sales guy talked him into a car wash membership with a reoccurring monthly withdrawal from his bank account. When I called and stop the membership and make sure this doesn't happen to other 16 year olds the managers response was "it's our sales guys job to sell, we're in the business of selling car washes, your son agreed to the membership". While they did cancel the membership after a few calls and back and forth, the manager gave no remorse for the sale and would not talk to his employees about the legal age to enter into a contract (18). They charged me for what they said was a 30-day unlimited wash but in reality was for a forever renewable unlimited wash. When I called to cancel they said they are unable to cancel it at the place of purchase, and instead I should call another phone number which turned out to be a recording. The recording refers you to a website with no place to cancel the membership. Hovering over every word (not clicking) will bring up a menu that will disappear quickly where you can "manage" your service. Going through the cancellation process brings you to a screen that states some information is incorrect i.e. infinite loop. Eventually they let you submit incorrect information but it's ignored so you'll end up with a membership you never agreed to and no where do they provide you with terms and conditions. Pretty sure this is a violation of the credit card agreement and I will contact credit card companies to see if they can do something. Best case is they pull out of this business. As another review said, this place is UNETHICAL and I might add their business practices are border on being both shady and sleazy. If you are going to sign someone up to a service, warn them that it's renewable every month and it will be hard to cancel & give them a Terms of Service i.e. contract so both of you will be protected. Don't be surprised if they don't buy into your practice. On the 3rd day of bugging them they said to come in and they will cancel but said they have to keep 3 days of the 30 days because I didn't cancel it right away (not for a lack of trying). The first day they lied about not being able to cancel it at the place of purchase but on the 3rd day they did. If a business lies to you, would you want to do business with them ever again? I won't. On top of all this, they scratched my vehicle trying to remove something on the door. As I stood in line waiting to get my refund they were selling an elderly lady on their unlimited deals. I wanted to warn her but not before getting my refund and by then she was gone. I cannot recommend this place at all. Stay away and do not subscribe to their unlimited washes deals under any circumstance or do so at your own peril. If you end up subscribing without your knowledge go back to the place and demand they cancel the membership. If they won't, point to this Yelp review. read more

I've been to cobblestone auto spa for everything, an oil change, small repairs, and car washes. I trust them and their quality of work, and they maintain a high level of service. If you get an oil change here, be sure to come back as they will top off your oil with another liter if you need it, free of charge! I had a leaky corolla for a while, and this help from the cobblestone team helped me avoid burning oil. If you get the whole package, your car will go through the automated car wash and a team will clean the inside of your car, vacuuming the inside, wiping windows and doors, and making sure every last inch is clean. I took my car into Cobblestone car wash today- Hayden and Frank Lloyd Write Blvd. The car wash was $39.00. It was the worse car wash ever. I have been going here for years and was shocked by the poor job. First of all, they didn't vacuum my car and left crumpled up paper and mud on the floor mats. The bird poop on my car was still there after it went through the wash. All the dirt on the front of the car was also still there. I pointed this all out to them, but except for picking up the garbage from the floor- they didn't seem to care. Unfortunately my husband didn't realize what was going on and had already given them a tip. I had to finish cleaning my car when I got home. What a complete waste of money. read more

Had to show the Quality guy in charge what was missed. And he was the one who applied the tire dressing and managed to miss half of each tire. Personal opinion, they just don't give a ...... If you want a half-hearted job with 50-75% of your car still needing vacuum and dust wipe down, this is the place to waste your money. It was apparent the inside was barely cleaned. The cherry on top was the manager telling me this was what I paid for. I've "paid for" hundreds of car washes and have never asked anyone to redo the car. My bar is pretty low, 75% cleaner or better, and I'm happy. Thankfully manager came out and whipped the crumbs off the two back seats onto the floor and told me the 50% dusty dash/doors and vacuum job was the service I paid for. Normally I do not write reviews but this place is not a carwash service. I have been here several times since it is very convenient to my home but why I tried their carwash service again is beyond me but I did as I was in a rush and again was very disappointed in the $35 dollar works wash with tip. It was no better then running the car through their wash myself, spots every where, wheels barely touched missed many spots with the vacuum, front glass had streaks everywhere and had to pull up to their vacuum to do it all myself. I've been coming to this Cobblestone for about a year now. For the most part, I haven't had many issues with the staff not performing well. I would consider myself a perfectionist and like my car to look "perfect" as well. I think it's not reasonable to hold a quick car wash to this standard, however the team here gets to pretty darn close most of the time. There have been a few hiccups over the past year, but nothing major to the point that I wouldn't return. I really enjoy working with Collin for my car's washing/detailing needs. Purchased a 3 month membership on 11/28/21 as a Christmas gift for my son who was returning to Arizona in February. My husband asked the person at the Happy Valley location twice how the membership worked and was advised once he goes for the first car wash with the sticker is when the 3 months begins. Come to find out that is not the case. My son went for the first car wash with the sticker on 2/11/22. Went for a second car wash last week and was advised his membership was up. So due to their misinformation we have now paid $75 for one car wash. I had to call their corporate office twice before I received a return call. I explained all of this to the representative and she advised me that there was nothing she could do except speak to the employees at Happy Valley and remind them that the membership starts on the day of purchase.
