Went in for an oil change and "free" car wash, and was not impressed. The gentleman that helped me with my oil change was quiet, difficult to hear in the noisy car bay, and he was constantly trying to up sell me on EVERYTHING. Not to mention, when I asked how much an oil change is, he said "$35 for oil change and car wash". I said okay, then he asked what type of oil I wanted. Now, granted, I'm not a mechanic and I know my car has high mileage but I didn't know if he was asking for a brand, regular or synthetic....I had to pry options out of him. Very quiet options, mind you. I asked for high mileage and without notifying me, it actually wasn't $35...it's $55. I'm not an unreasonable person. I know it probably costs more...but at least tell me the new price. Then again, maybe he did and I just couldn't hear him. Employee- "what kind of car wash do you want?" Me- "....well, what kind do you have?" Employee- "there's a poster on the outside of the car bay over there" Employee- "what kind of air freshener do you want?" Me- (again) "... Well, what kind do you have? " Annoying. Give your customers options before they have to coax them out of you. To top it off, there's a charge for my bottom-of-the-line-car-wash weighing in at $3. Really? So my "$35 oil change and wash" became a $55 oil change and $3 car wash, with tax...costing me $60. I'll change my oil myself next time. read more

I have been to other cobblestones and always enjoyed my experience. However, this location I did not at all. After an extremely high pressuring salesman finally let me get the carwash I wanted, I heard the employees immediately badmouthing my truck. I shook that off and waited for my car. Once it was done I tipped the dryer/interior cleaner and got into my vehicle. Immediately I notice there was just as much crumbs in my passenger seat as when I started. I assumed that was the only thing and drove away thinking I will brush them off. After 5 minutes of driving home I regretted that decision. Multiple spots on my truck were missed. Very big and obvious spots especially when there are 5 or 6 people cleaning your vehicle. Both doors on the inside still looked the same as when I brought it in. It looks like they ran it through the express wash, dried it, and threw some tire shine. Not worth the money. I was contemplating getting my other vehicle fully detailed there, but not anymore. read more

Tge waiting room is very comfy and they even have water guns for kids to "help" wash the car as it goes through the tunnel! The guys from the oil lube were so nice. Took my car in for a simple wash, they upsold me to a detail job. Waited 3 hours for the work to be completed. Couldn't even tell the car had been washed. The windows were still dirty, the dashboard was a mess as well as the cup holders! I was charged $300 for a detail job that wasn't worth $20 bucks! I'll never go back. My husband and I dropped off our truck today at cobblestone to be washed. For $150 dollars it was the absolute crappiest job I've ever seen. Not to mention he was quoted an hour and when we got back from lunch an hour later he told my husband we had another hour to wait. This package he was talked into waived a mud removal fee but included interior clean. There are crumbs everywhere the cup holders and everything is still dirty. It appears they just shined up the dash. Not even the leather seats looked wiped down. The fender wells are still muddy and dusty. We will not be returning the price was insane for the quality of the package he purchased. I had great expectations seeing the amount of people there but this was very disappointing. read more

We asked why there were still hairs all over and the guy came back and said we would have to pay more for that because that would take too much time...hmm okay. I went in to get a oil change car wash and I wanted them to change the differential fluid on my truck. They said it would take roughly 90 minutes for all of that. I told them that I was dropping it off and that they should please call me once it was done so I can come pick it up. That was at 10:30 in the morning. Six hours later I still had received no phone call. I headed back down there and asked the cashier if my truck was done. She said yes. I asked them why I hadn't received a phone call to pick the truck up earlier. She had absolutely no idea. She had instructed me to go talk to the guy in charge of changing the fluids. On a sidenote, this is the man I had spoken to six hours ago to call me. He stated that one of his people under him should've called me. I told him that nobody did and I was frustrated. He didn't seem to care and sent me to the guy in charge of washing the cars. This guy was a bigger knucklehead then the other two, he stated he doesn't have any phone numbers on his paperwork I showed him the paperwork that he had just handed me with my phone number in the description box. He gave me a half assed apology and that was it. I do not understand how hard it could be to give somebody a phone call to let them know that their automobile is ready when they drop it off. I went on your website and sent a private email hoping to somehow resolve this. It is been over three months and I have received no response. That is why I'm posting this on yelp. I'm hoping that this discourages enough people not to show up at any of your properties and that they go somewhere else. This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. If they had done their job the 35 min wait might have been worth it. Not only did they not vacuum the back seats or cars seats but they left food on the floors and trash in the doors- unacceptable. I even asked them to vacuum seats and they didn't. They don't wipe the dash- left dust all over it in various places. Inferior inferior and unprofessional work. Save yourself money and go somewhere else. They also didn't make it right when I pointed it out. I left furious. A wasted $17 and 35 minutes of time on a weekday. read more

My rating is only for the car wash itself, I did not get the inside of my car cleaned. The wash line is like most other washes-- there is a spot for those who want full-service and there is an express line for those who just want a car wash. I went to the express line. The machine was easy to use and payment was easy. I really enjoyed that the machine asks if you wanted the "tire shine" they have at the end (which is included as part of the wash), because I am not a fan of it. I do a lot of highway driving (between cities, not just Phoenix highways), so I picked the top of the line cash wash to get all the bugs off the front of my car. Sadly, that is why this is a 4-star instead of a five, because after the wash some bugs were still there :( They offer a good amount of self-service vacuums after the wash that are pretty high quality. Every time I go there for a full service I select their platinum service. And every time I leave completely disappointed. How can it be that I pay for their most expensive service and get the minimal effort as if I paid for the cheapest service? The attendant asks me if everything looks ok and then I spend the next five minutes pointing out the things they had and wipe down. And honestly I get tired of having to point it out especially when I've paid for them to notice and clean it. And then I get home, and inevitably I noticed the whole backseat is all dusty and barely has been touched. If I'm paying for the platinum service could you at least lift the mat and vacuum under the rug? Service there really sucks!!!! When you pay for the platinum service you shouldn't have to point anything out because they should be paying special attention since it's supposed to be their best service. Perfect one stop auto spa day for my Mustang! They did an amazing job cleaning under the hood that had years of dirt built up on it. The cleaners took the time to even wipe it down a little more after going through the full wash. Everyone that worked here was super friendly from the inside out. Friendly service and always very quick when we bring our car in for a wash. We purchased the unlimited package for a monthly fee which gives you an express wash and hand detail as many times as you want. Facility is pet friendly since our dog usually comes with us when we bring it in. Nice waiting room with snacks and drinks to purchase. The reason for the 3 stars is that they will ask you for anything you want in particular to have done during the detail and 3 times when we brought it in I asked to have the foot boards (can't think of the actual name of it but the part where you step into the seat) wiped down since we get our shoe prints on there often and they never seem to do it. I also one time paid to have our pleather seats wiped down since our dog tracked in a couple prints and only the back seat was done; the front seats still had very visible marks on them. Overall good for quick clean and detail but if you really value the condition of your car, private detailers are still the way to go. read more

I was convinced into purchasing the Ultimate Plus car wash by the very friendly guy at the full service driveway. I was almost convinced to purchase the monthly service by the very friendly cashier inside the clean and tidy store. Glad I didn't though. The results of the Ultimate Plus car wash was plain old basic. Either the vacuum was broke or the workers are lazy. They must have also run out of good window cleaner as my windows were horribly streaked. I had to call the attendant over to wipe down the door jams that were conveniently missed during the interior wipe down. As with most car wash places, the air freshener was completely forgotten. If I try this place again I'll save my money and get the basic wash as it appears that is all that is provided anyway. read more

Not impressed at all. Sat there and watched as 2 employees lazily finished one car and 2 others stood around shooting the breeze and playing around on their phone. I wouldn't mind the wait if they did a good job, which they did not. Wash I purchased: Full Service, Works ($19.99) Exterior: Body was relatively clean a few water spots. Tires and plastic were clean. Glass was clean with exception of the windshield, which still had bug residue. Interior: Vacuum was done well. Glass was clean except windshield, which had wipe marks and corners looked like they weren't touched. The rest of the interior looked barely touched. They did not do a very good job at dusting the dash and console, looks more like a 6 year old did it. Overall: I would say they did a poor job and I would not go back there. read more

I live in fountain hills, so I go to one out there, but I came to this one because my sister lives in Gilbert, and it is amazing, not only are the employees very sweet, but the interior of the car wash waiting room area is amazing, they have tvs everywhere, cameras, all kinds of stuff, and they treat you, really, really good here. My car looks spectacular and the detail team always goes above and beyond to make sure my visit was a good one! I cancelled my membership in an attempt to save money. I had a grand fathered account with some promo pricing when they first opened, so cancelling was not my wisest decision. After a month of missing a clean car and an early Saturday morning adventure with my pups, I begged to have my old plan back, they told me it's not possible. 100% Customer Satisfaction! This is my first time using Cobblestone Auto Spa. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I requested the Top Tier Wash $40. Once my truck was finished being detailed there were a few minor things that needed to be cleaned up and I thought no big deal....However, once I arrived home I noticed dust on my center console, mirrors not cleaned, water spots and a few minor details missed. I am not one to complain but for $40 dollars, I don't want to have to clean my own truck after it was just done. I know most people are reading this and are trying to figure out why I gave them 5 stars. Well I went back and spoke to Fernando at the front desk. He went thru all the items that were included in the Top Tier Wash and noticed that many things that were supposed to be done were not. He immediately went and got his Manager Joe Earlie. Joe asked if I could explain what issues I had with the wash and show him on the vehicle. Joe didn't make any excuses and said "I know it is the little things that make the difference". He made sure entire vehicle was cleaned and when the extra mile to clean my floor mats. Oh BTW..Joe Earlie personally cleaned the interior/exterior of my truck, he didn't just make his employee's redo what they missed. Joe's commitment to customer satisfaction is what makes a company excel and keeps customer's returning. A few years ago, I used to come to this car-wash all the way from Tempe.... lets just say I went back once on 10/25/2018 and the whole crew is different - for the worst. They left dirt stains on my car, didn't even wipe the inside (paid for the supreme - unlimited) and had them get so many marks off the outside and inside of my car... didn't even get my air freshener either. My fiancé took her car for an oil change and they guy tried to tell her car required full synthetic oil. Why, because she female and doesn't know any better? I was on the phone with her when he was telling her this. Maybe he didn't realize that I took this car in last time for an oil change and in their system should show it I got 5W-30. So, NO, its not "required". and when she declined full synthetic this guy told her "I'm going to have to notate that you declined" .. Notate what? and why? stop trying to take advantage of women, and quit telling people full synthetic is required so your stats can look good.. service the customer not yourself.. this pisses me off.. may not be going to this spot any longer. read more
