I got a car wash here last week and it was absolutely awful. My car is still covered in soap and has a residue all over it. I have never had this problem anywhere else. Never get your car washed here unless you want a halfassed job. It's disgusting and embarrassing to leave a car wash dirtier than when your car came in. How does that even happen. read more

I can't remember ever leaving a bad review before. With anyone. I thought I would share what $24 and a $5 tip get you. And really, if I was the owner, I'd want to know this. Really dirty on the inside, still bugs/spots on the glass. For the finishing touch- not a single floor mat was even put down where they go. All flopped down diagonally, much less snapped into place. Was getting my wife's car cleaned for her- while I finished cleaning it at home, she called to ask what you get for a supreme- just to clarify the service...and they basically said nothing and did nothing. I live in Apache Junction so this place is the closest. I've taken my vehicle to others and have been very satisfied with their work. Paying monthly and getting half a*sed service is not cool. This is the majority of what I get. I've rated and reviewed before; gotten reached out to, but there has really been no improvement. They need to hire and/or talk to their staff about needing them to be more, and pay attention to details. People tell me that I can do it myself. Well, as I said. I've BEEN to other locations where I did have to wipe down my own car with the rags they provided, and vacuum out my car. It is THEIR job to do these things because it's what I'm paying for. Please do better because this shouldn't be acceptable. And i doubt the guys in the red shirts are really checking over their work before calling us over. Disappointing. read more

Ok, I have given this place a try three times. Consistently, the interior looks like it has been untouched. I used a coupon I had received in the mail to get an oil change and full basic carwash, included. I asked if this service included vacuuming the upholstery and cup holders. I was told that they would make sure it was done. Sure enough, when I claimed my car and peeked inside, I saw the same dirt, hair, and debris as it had arrived with. I don't like feeling like a babysitter after paying for a service, but I feel that this company takes shortcuts and hopes the customer doesn't notice. My boyfriend had a similar experience and suggested I try another business, but I figured I'd give this place one more shot. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!!! Went into Cobblestone for a car wash. Left my vape in the armrest. After I left and went into the armrest to retrieve my vape and found it missing. Went back to Cobblestone and reported the incident. I was told that a Manager would have to review video. But that Manager wasn't in that day. Asked for the Managers number, called to follow up several times. The Manager never seems to work. Finally went back up there to see if I could catch the manager face to face, then I was told that, that Manager no longer worked at that location. I was done asked for the District Mgr. number and was told they couldn't give it out. While I was there a cashier ask me to describe my vape. They told me that one of their employees said had one like mine but he no longer works there. What a joke, don't go there if you want to keep what's yours. read more

My car was damaged here this week. The manager told me he "can't see when it happened" on the cameras but does see it when it came out of the wash. He wrote a number on a piece of paper and said "call corporate" and walked away. I've called multiple times with no return call. The repair is $1,100. From the sounds of all the other reviews I won't hold my breath for a return call or for this company to do the right thing. Will take it to civil court. read more

If you have a reflective polarized windshield don't go here for their subscription. They'll try to make their decal work from inside your car but it won't. Then they'll hand you the decal so you have to scan it by hand. When they see you do this they'll confront you while you wait in line and accuse you of washing 22 cars while the manager stands there and does nothing. I'm shocked at how rude their employee treated us. He even stood in front of our car so we couldn't wash it. He said he wanted to put their sticker on the outside of my vehicle, it's illegal to have on my windshield. Has they checked the scan history of my decal they could have r easily seen in only scanning about once every two weeks. read more

Last time I went I did it backwards and got gas after the wash. They let me know they couldn't apply the gas discount, ok my bad but I fell they should still be able to apply the discount. I go back to give them another try and do it the right way push the cat wash buttons and nothing happens. Go in to find out their system just got back up and the discount piece doesn't work. Got my car washed on Saturday evening, and I will never go back! I originally requested the Ultimate Plus wash and was upsold to the Diamond Touch. My biggest concern was time, as I had my 18 month old with me. I was assured that this wouldn't take any longer than the wash I originally requested. Unfortunately, after finishing the wash, they moved the vehicle to the detail area, and it was another hour before finally finishing. I left in a hurry, and didn't notice until I got home (less than a mile away) that a portion of the factory front bumper is completely missing. Go for donuts, NOT a car wash. They tape your back wiper down leaving a 6-8x2 inch sticky residue as their calling card. No, they don't remove it after the wash and our 100+ degree weather really bakes it into the vehicle. On my last visit, the wash took out a one inch chip of paint off my car. During the same visit, I had to frantically honk my horn to get the vacant car in front of me manned at the end of the track before my car plowed into it. Luckily, the attendant, whose job it is to apply sticky reside to the back of your car, heard me honking and hit an emergency stop button inches before I hit the car in front of me. The guy smiled, indicating with a pinching thumb and index finger just how close it was, hopped into the car and pulled it out of the wash. On a prior visit, I thought I would treat my vehicle to a detail. Two hours into the detail, I finally ruptured a blood vessle out of impatience. When I went over to check on them for the fifth time, they were behind the vehicle frantically trying to remove a stain they spread into the back removable capert. The manager apologized and offered a half off discount to be put through this nightmare once more. No thanks, three strikes in my book. I take my business elsewhere even though I'm only a few blocks from this paint chipping auto spa. They really need to close down this operation before someone gets hurt. There are obviously no controls preventing a collision inside the autowash. No discount can overcome incompetence. Thanks, but no thanks Jason. I read your heartfelt concerns on past reviews. Never again! Spent an hour waiting on my car while the employees stood around with only two other cars ahead of me. Basic car wash, nothing fancy, no wax, no detail no special requests. I think it may be their system but not sure where the breakdown occured. The car went through the wash, fast, a group of employees in blue shirts came out, wiped down the outside, did the windows and tires and then they all just stopped. My car sat and I waited. And waited. And waited. While I waited, the original group of blue shirts starting chatting with each other. One girl played on her cell phone while one guy sat down with his back against the wall. The only person working was one red shirt guy who was wiping down the interiors of the cars in front of me. It looks like red shirt has to wipe down the interior and then give the keys to the owner. Apparently the small army of blue shirts are not allowed to do this task. Well, the one red shirt guy wiped down the two cars ahead of me, gave the owners their keys and then disappeared into the building. I waited. A different red shirt guy came out and I thought great, he's going to finish my car so I can finally leave. Nope, he stood outside and chatted with a blonde, blue shirt girl. I believe she was the original cashier that I paid. They chatted about two feet in front of my while I waited. And waited. So let me completely set the scene. My car is the only car in the final waiting area before you drive away. There are the original group of blue shirts talking amongst themselves off to the side, one on her phone, one sitting on the ground. One red shirt guy chatting up one blue shirt girl right in front me. The original red shirt guy still no where to be found. There is also a second group of blue shirts but they are standing under the detail section across the driveway. They had no cars they were working on and were also chatting amongst themselves. I can only guess they are not allowed to leave their little fiefdom to assist another area but I digress. Eventually original red shirt guy appeared, finished my car and gave me back my keys. The fact that they know they are stealing your hard earned money every time you go is inexcusable. Probably once a year I'm in a bind and need my vehicle washed. This is only because of past experiences of them ripping me off through the self wash. You pay for an &18 to 20 wash only to receive the $7.00 wash. Now they have given me a refund or another wash every single time they were caught by me. How many times did they steal MY hard earned before I started paying attention, I don't know but probably 90% or more. The state should fine them $100. 16.99 car wash and they don't even wipe the seats. That is actually their policy and only done with a detail. And when I say don't wipe the seats I mean they literally don't touch them. I have been going to this place for years because it was close and convenient, but I give up. They are overpriced, continually under-perform and are always trying to up-sell you on products and specials. This last visit was for an oil change, wash and interior detail. I won't go into a big rant except to say that my seats came out absolutely drenched and looking worse than when they started (they weren't that bad to begin with, now they look old, spotted, dirty and disgusting), I had to wait around all day for my car (even though I was the second person in the detailing bays that morning, they cleaned all the later customers' cars first) and they didn't tighten the oil filter properly, so I was dripping oil in my driveway upon returning home! Oh, and when they checked the air filter, they reinstalled it the wrong way and forced the airbox lid back on! This visit was just the straw that broke the camel's back. I've had mediocre experiences several times before, but damage to my vehicle is where I draw the line. If you want to be hassled for service upcharges, new windshields and expenseive prepaid wash plans by a company who simply doesn't care about its customers, then Cobblestone Auto Spa may be for you! Unfortunately, I have to agree with most of these reviews. I stopped going to this car wash a few years back. I took my car in (car 332 on 1/20/23) and bought the ultimate car wash- $36. When I picked up my car, the carpets were not vacuumed very well and when I say not very well I mean it was bad! It was as if they did the middle of the carpet and left the rest of it. They did not vacuum the seats or the armrest between the two seats. For $36. I would expect the car to look better than if I had done it myself for $8 in the express car wash. I read these reviews and understand that no matter how many times people put their bad experience and rate this place a one. Nothing is changing. I will not go back. And I encourage you to find a different place to get your car washed- save your money!!! read more

Wow, I am in shock and disappointed in this location, again. I took my suburban to get cleaned for a detail inside today. The inside was literally left untouched. I always tip the employees well because they are sweating their asses off making our vehicles look great. So, I tipped as usual, expecting to get what I pay for and as soon as I got in I was so frustrated and disappointed. I'm not the type to turn around and make a huge scene but, I take the time out of my day to get something done for myself and make sure the people doing it are appreciated as well. This place is the worst! I stopped going there 3 years ago because service was so bad. The last time is Was there I spoke to the manager and he said you get what you pay for and that is all they will do. So I never returned again until today. I had my car washed and it cost me $35 and a $7 tip. I was in a hurry and left. when I got home I noticed the car was not vacuum very well and there were bugs and dirt still all over the car. We went back to the car wash to let them know, the manager really didn't care and didn't offer to fix any of the issues. He said almost the same thing the last manager said almost to the tee!. They must train them all the same. Or It must be the same manager. What a loser! He is a sad excuse for a manager. Completely unprofessional and has a total lack of any credibility or integrity. We found this place on Yelp as we were visitors from out of town and desperately needed a car wash. When you pull up an attendant comes to your window and reviews the options with you and tries to upsell you on everything from vaccuuming to waxing. He even threw in the old cheesy sales tactic, "Normally it costs this much, but today I will give it to you for half off." Sure... whatever. You could easily spend over $100 on a car wash here. Not that it wouldn't be worth it- they do a good job, but it was just not what we were in the market for. The good news is, he wasn't too pushy and actually took, "No thanks" for an answer. The inside waiting area is fully equipped with a huge convenience store that bordered on grocery store. Everything was really clean and well organized and the staff seemed friendly enough. There is even a waiting area with couches and TV monitors displaying the different areas of the car wash so that you could monitor the work being done on your car. Looks like the last 3 reviews are within one month of mine. Perhaps they've gotten a good management team now to improve their customer service - in comparison to yelp review history.... Had a day off (09/19/12) and initially wanted to bring my friend's car in for a car wash and vacuum. I've passed by this business a few times and they always look busy. Well I prepped up the SUV by taking out the floor mats and placed them in the back so the vacuum folks would be forced to vacuum what would be underneath the mats. I also removed any loose trash and valuables, chargers, cables, etc. So I finally drove up to the car wash line (not their Express Service) and one representative came up to my driver side window within seconds. I mentioned to him "This is my first time here. Can you help me figure things out?" He was glad to hear and was willing to help out a first-timer. So I told him that I wanted a vacuum, wash and wax. FYI - I know quite a bit about waxing and buffing, but don't have the supplies with me nor willing to wax an SUV, hence my reason to come. The rep understood my requests for service and immediately mentioned that the hood of the SUV was badly faded, in which I completely agree. He said his team would be able to get the hood and roof restored to a whole new level. In the back of my mind, I KNEW the service wouldn't restore the hood back to 100%, but I know they would do better than what I could do by hand. So the rep did try to up-sell me (but in a very courteous way) to include (1) car wash and vacuum, (2) wax and buff out all exterior panels, (3) and vent and crevice detailed cleanup. Each number I listed is a separate service, but the rep said the business provided a package deal for $119.99, but would throw in a deal of $99.99 for the day. I asked him how long it would take, and he mentioned it was a semi slow day, so it would take about an hour total? I knew that was too good to be true because of faded hood on my friend's SUV. Anyrate, I took the 'Mix N Match' package and handed over the keys. I walked over to the outdoor waiting area (about 15-20 picnic chairs). Indoors had about 5-10 leather seats with 4-5 TV flat panel screens for customers. The convenient store had basically everything stocked and combined of multiple stores from (1) Chevron typical convenient store goodies/snacks/drinks/food, (2) Dunkin Donuts, (3) Windshield Repair, (4) Car Accessories for safety, convenience, electronics, etc.... Inside in the back, also had a window for customers to see cars roll through the car wash machine(s). There's also a little kid's fun activity of shooting colored soap to cars passing through the wash. Nice idea for kids!! ....heck I even shot some fun! (~_^) So after about 10-15 mins, I saw the car roll up to the drying area and immediately 2-3 workers hopped over to help dry the car. I paid REAL CLOSE attention because I have a huuuuuuge pet peeve for those workers that don't dry the inside door frames and the inside of the windows. But surprisingly, these guys/girls opened up the doors and wiped all along the door frames and then SWITCHED towels to wipe the inside of the windows.... Now THAT'S service and detailed attention!! I was also happy to know the car wash service is NOT stingy. They supply extra detailing spray to spray on to the surfaces that need extra TLC to clean. They also have high air pressure hanging from the high ceiling to blow/dry areas in need. They wiped down the rims from all the break dust then added tire dressing (shiiiny!) Next, they moved my car over to the Buffing Area. Once the guy dropped off the car, I noticed they did not touch the car for approx 20-25 mins. I actually think this was a thumbs-up for them because it shows they aren't just going to apply wax and start buffing to extremely hot panels like the hood, fenders, etc... wax works best when applied to COOL panels. So they know what their doing! There was consistently 2-3 workers working on the car and I had a few chances to walk over to talk to a rep named Al. I think he was one of the managers/leads. We both agreed that the work on the hood would be a tough one, but I kept reiterating that as long as he tries his best and takes his time on it, it would make me happy. EVERYONE should know NOT to rush these guys, unless you want a sh*tty job done.... The female worker did an AMAZING job in buffing out some scratches on the quarter panels. I don't know her name, but major props to her! After a few times of checking in with Al (they didn't seem annoyed that I walked over to talk to them, I guess because I wasn't rushing them... HINT HINT), I could tell he was working hard on the hood and was careful with what he was doing to restore. As time went on, I was able to snap some pictures. I'll let the pictures do the talking. I normally clean my own car because I am picky. And trust me, I have 3 kids and 2 German shepherds so my car needs to be deep cleaned frequently. I am going out of town so I decided to take it to Cobblestone. I paid $40 for the premium car wash and I feel robbed. Initially looking at the exterior of the car I was happy and I tipped the woman $10 but then I got home and nothing inside had been wiped down- doors, dash, there was even cereal still on one of the seats and in a cup holder! And the vacuum job was just lazy. I ended up just wiping it down myself and used my hand vac to do the remainder of the work. Never again. read more

When I had my car washed I went to the shaded area to finish drying my car. There were no towels so I went to every station to find some. Everyone one there were doing the same thing. "Where are the towels?" So I walked up to the person writing tickets and told him there weren't any, he said they don't fill the towels the guys in the garage do. So I walked over to let them know. They were both sitting on the washer one walked over and said it's not there job it's the guy writing the tickets job and he walked over and sat down again. REALLY! I have had the go unlimited for over a year normally my pickup didn't see much mud until I started using it daily. Usually just quick wash always was done good with might have to point out a couple of spots. This week I took the truck in with mud caked in wheel wells and running boards the attendant checked it in added mud removal which is included the truck looks great. I didn't know that it would take as long as it did but they hand washed it till it was clean. Spent a little over an hour on it and didn't up charge me just said have a great day. Yes there are some communication issues at times as far as how long it will take for extras like interior detail. But I am impressed with the quality of work that they do. I've been to this location on 3 different occasions and I wasn't happy any of those 3 times. This last time I paid for a mini detail with rim add on. It cost me about $160. The inside of my car was half assed. My dash was cleaned on one side but not the passenger side so you can see where the line divides between clean and dirty. I paid $30 for them to vacuum out my car and wipe things down and when they were done it hardly looked cleaner than it did when I got there. Nowhere near a thorough vacuuming job. I could have gotten better results taking it through a $5 car wash and using the free vacuums myself- I'll be sure to do that next time instead of spending $30 for a job not done. First and last time I will ever visit this place. I see these all over town. They are busy so they must be good right? OK, To be honest, the car wash was OK. The car came out clean and the interior vacuum was OK (only in the front, see Update below) but then this was a new car so not really dirty to begin with and it is a sedan, which always seem to come clean. That said, if you are going to come here, pack a lunch, because the marshaling of the three full service lanes is horrible. I pulled up and waited, waited, waited, and nearly 10 minutes later, I get helped by an attendant, maybe a supervisor. The car in front of me waited just as long. Then nothing. Meanwhile the next lane over, cars that just pulled in are moving. I ask the employee who just moved a car out of the lane next to me to take the car in front of me next, as it has been sitting there for 10 min and the one he is getting ready to vacuum just pulled up. He said no. Then it goes on to wash, and the NEXT car behind it gets vacuumed next, BEFORE THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME, which has now been there for 20 min. Finally another attendant notices and vacuums that car and I move forward. I go inside to pay now and Wait. The car that pulled up after me in the next lane over is now clean and leaving, the car in front of me is not even there yet. The two cars behind the one that just left are now pulling up. My car? Nowhere. I ask about it and they go look. It then eventually pulls up. The same worker who refused to take the cars in order is drying it now. I usually tip. Not this time. Sucks to be you, kid. I get it, this place is busy, but is not run well, and this car wash also has two express lanes, so there are five lanes competing for one tunnel, which means that the employees should do a better job of managing the cars in order. FIFO. In my case, it was FILO. For $19, you need to hire more people and teach better customer service and how to count. One more reason I will never go here again is there were two super duty work trucks with tools, wheelbarrows, generators, shovels, etc in the beds. THEY WENT THROUGH! One guy was waiting to talk to the manager (for at least 10 min) about a broken windshield. Hmmm. I wonder why. Maybe got hit with a Rock from the wheelbarrow in the work truck ahead of it. Maybe not. Regardless, avoid this place if you don't want to waste 42 min of your time and have god knows what scratching your hood from the contents of the pickup bed ahead of it. UPDATE. I never looked in the back seat. Just assumed it was clean since the front was. Nope. Still had some minor trash and was NOT VACUUMED. Glad I didn't tip the kid. He didn't even finish the job. Yep. Never going back. Nope. Nada. This includes all the other locations in the chain. I drive by three of them. They will NEVER get my business again even for gas. read more

Well i feel like everytime i go there they do a bad job. I know i have dog hair in my car and it is very hard to get out. But still does not look like they even tried. It looks like they kind of do a once over.i have a booster seat in my back car. Not hard to move . Just slide it over. Its not buckeled down.
