I took our smart car to this location to get inside of our car clean. It was really dirty before we take our car, there was our dog's hair all over, so dusty and our seats had black spots everywhere. They did a good job cleaning "most" part that you can see it "right away" but dashboard was completely dirty, they did not clean it at all and also under the seats and top roof either. We paid over $150 to get everything nice and clean. I was very disappointed. This was our first time taking our car to a car wash. I want to give them a credit that they mostly did a great job, "BUT" we learned that we should have check everywhere before they return our car. If you ever go car wash here and pay a lot of money, check everywhere to make sure everything is clean. read more

The atmosphere is wonderful, and the customer service is top notch! I brought my Lexus here is get it washed and these guys did a fantastic job on it. I was blown away with the attention they pour into each vehicle. I heard about this place from a coupon that I recieved in the mail. I decided to pay them a visit now I am glad I did! My wife had a monthly service with Cobblestone. Most of the time she was not satisfied after getting the wash and wipe down on the car and finally told the manager. She canceled the monthly service with the manager and he said it was taken care of. A month later we get a charge on our credit card for another monthly service. I disputed the charge with my credit card Company and called Cobblestone. They said they would take care of it. I also went online and sent an email to cancel. This place used to be a lot better a few years ago and over time it seems like the quality and effort that goes into cleaning vehicles has declined. I paid $50 for the "highest wash I could get" and was hoping to have my truck looking brand new when I got it back. Once they were done the guy gave me my keys and quickly took off.. I did a walk around to find it was still dirty and had some black marks on the tailgate that weren't there before. I have a white truck so it was very easy to see. I had to track the worker down and ask him to wipe it down again. Barely wiped the spots and didn't answer my question about the black marks and quickly ran off again. Got the supreme wash today for our truck. It was like $25 ish and I think the $4 drive through does better then this car wash I was VERY disappointed because I used to go to this car wash years ago every weekend and LOVED it! My daughter loves going inside to get a donut and squirt the soap at the vehicle's. My vehicles were always clean and smelling fresh when I left here. We went out of town so our truck was a bit dirtier then normal but this was terrible. Then to top it off we got a new chip on our paint I don't think they even wiped anything down.. looks like they drove it through the basic wash.. super bummed. Went to cobblestone and got The Works full service car wash today. While I would give their customer service a 5 star,not so much the actual work. Paying over $30, I expected a better cleaning. Several spots missed, inside vacuum job was mediocre. Positive part was it does smell good and tires look decent,other than that I will not be back for full service here. Took car in for oil change. Have valpak coupon that is valid for $19.99 oil change. They refused to accept the digital version of the coupon even though they advertise in Valpak. Cheyenne is a manager and was exceptionally rude about it. She has no customer service skills. No one seems to ever be aware of their own promotions. My truck now smells like a smoky and seedy motel off the Vegas strip that cops raid nightly. I don't know what chemicals they used, but damn. I had to go somewhere else to get the raunch out. $100 wasted for an overall smelly job and being lied to for services that can't be done yet attempted. Just please, don't contact me. Instead, please be more up front with what can and can't be done or what to expect as the end result. They have very good package deals for car washes that we've purchased this year and we've noticed that they're trying so hard to have the car top-notch before driving off. We decided to get our truck detailed. The first shock was instead of paying $100 it is now $200! Yikes ! They said it would take 3 hours. We went at 3 hours and it was not done. Went to lunch then 2 hours later it was "done". You go check on the $200 work and see the front grill NOT clean. The windows over sprayed with armor all and then "cleaned" smeared badly and still areas on the dash with dust, we asked to have it completely cleaned. After another hour we left. Then on the way home I looked up and there were spots on the ceiling and the grab handle to get in the truck was still dirty and still dust on the dash! The front windshield is still smeared. This is not the first time we had this experience before and stupidly tried them again. We will never return. read more

The Wash Sales person offered specifically to have black marks on door sills, arm rest, seats, etc removed - terrible job! I was able to clean the center console arm rest in about 30 seconds, and it only took me a minute to get the door sills clean - it's like they didn't even try! Took my mother's vehicle in for a quick oil change and wash. Techs were very nice and not very pushy on sales, which actually makes me want to get more done. The vehicle was cleaned very well and service was good. The store inside was very clean and sanitizer was available which is important during this virus scare. We will be back again. read more

From past experiences I knew they do a terrible job. $30 dollars to still have visible pieces of leaves and dirt on the floor and cup holders look like they were missed completely. Took my car in for a deep clean after driving across the country. I sat there for over four hours and in that four hours nobody touched my car. After 4 disappointments out of 6 I decided to STOP my service. I got CHARGED a $37 cancellation fee which I was NEVER informed about when purchased. Just let them know when you want to stop service and they will be happy to help you. They (the internal personnel tell you to go to the website, so they don't have to face your RATH. So I paid $19 for an upgraded car wash where they were supposed to vacuum and wipe the interior, and clean the tires, besides having the outside go through their machine. I found many panels inside not wiped down and all the seats except for my own we're NOT vacuumed. I even found large debris on the back floor. Next time, I'll stick to the $3 carwash near circle K because at least I know I can clean my car, as cumbersome as it can be when I have plans for the evening. read more

I have been using Cobblestone for almost two years almost daily since I'm a rideshare driver. My previous location on Alma School/Baseline in Mesa was excellent!! Staff there was attentive and kept their entire area clean and well stocked with towels. If you noticed a problem with a vacuum or the air hoses, the were immediately on top of it. As for this location....I see tons of workers and always long lines for the full service but the express/self service is a HUGE . It is always dirty--trash over flowing, trash on the ground, towels look like they have been just chucked into the bins, vacuums barely suck and the AIR HOSES ARE BLOWING WATER!!!! Defeat ms the purpose of getting water off the car, right???? I've moved to Surprise for almost a month and dread coming here to clean my car before starting my day. I've spoken to staff several times and it's "oh we will look into it" and "we're an older location "...just BS excuses. They clearly don't care about their self-service customers. Debating canceling my unlimited plan and finding another company to go to. I don't want to do that because, there are so many locations I can go to if I need to do a quick clean on my car during my work day. I brought my 2008 Lexus RX in for a detail. I could not understand why it wasn't ready in three hours. I spoke with Mike, Nick and Teyon (the detail guy) and learned that they were upset by paint and finish scratches on the passenger side. Instead of calling me to request additional work to repair and remove these scratches they kept the car and did the work at no further expense. Frankly I was shocked and surprised as I got back at 1:30 an exceptionally clean vehicle with no more paint scratches. And yes I am pleased. They really made me happy and with Covid going on it made my day. read more

I came here to get my Mom a car wash and when I first entered the gentleman was SUPER helpful. I didn't catch his name but I definitely didn't think my experience would go so downhill after that. I purchased the highest membership. When they signaled the vehicle was done I noticed the cupholders weren't wiped down and there was still some scuff marks that could have just been wiped off with the towel. I pointed it out the the guy and he immediately became defensive and aggressive. I stepped back and asked for a manager he then proudly with a sarcastic smile said he was the manager. He started throwing out my moms personalized cup holders on the ground trying to make the situation worse. I then pointed out crumbs still in the back seat and his response was "I'm getting my supervisor!" I was so shocked at how he was handling the situation and how defensive he was being. Then the supervisor came over and was a little bit better but still pretty defensive I explained to him what happened and never once raised my voice or was disrespectful. His response was "Well we get a lot of customers cursing us out and yelling at us." I see why they get those interactions. Customers who are just simply trying to get what they pay for are getting aggressive responses. I will never go back and will continue driving to 43rd ave and Indian school for my business! Made an appointment last week to have two trucks detailed. Spoke with Robert. He was great. I dropped both off Sunday morning. I was called mid afternoon to pick up. We went down to pick up and my sons Ram was terrible. We paid for wash, wax, complete inside detail. We noticed a big glob of road grease on R/R fender behind tire. Looking closer the sides still had road grime on sides. I asked for the manager Ivan. He was a nice guy and apologetic. But he said based on what I was asking for I should of been charged double and they were losing money. You charged me $250 per truck. I don't think you were losing money! Anyway we left the truck for a few more hours. I returned at end of day. Asked for the keys. It still wasn't right but I was unwilling to wait. I went over to the self serve area and finished cleaning the bumper and wiping down the chrome. When I was driving home the windows were filthy! It was really noticeable in the sun. When I got home is when I noticed the wheels. There are really nice black rims in truck. They didn't touch them! I spent another 30 minutes clean the wheels and windows. There attention to detail is terrible. The inside looked great. After examining my other truck I was satisfied, but the windows needed to be cleaned also. read more

As I sit here writing this review, I am watching my boyfriend re-wash his truck after paying $23 just yesterday. The first clue was when they wondered out loud if his lifted truck would fit in the tunnel? Huh? This is AZ- is this the first lifted truck you have seen come in here? After they finally agreed it would fit, it was about 45 min until it was done. We waited inside and were hoping to hear our name called over the loudspeaker like everyone else's was. Eventually, after no name calling, the owner popped inside and said hey your truck is ready. Huh ? Our name was never called. We were in a hurry so didn't have time to complain but this was seriously the worst wash we've ever had. Overspray on wheels from the tire dressing, dirt on the fenders and the inside was not touched. Top of truck was also not touched or wiped. Stopped by to get my truck washed, the lady I got behind was slow in moving her car up and then took her keys with her. I understand that isn't their fault but that caused me to be behind in line and 2 vehicles that got there after me were getting vacuumed so I kindly asked the guy there if he can please work on my car before the car next to me to make sure I wasn't delayed any longer but he immediately had attitude and was defensive. He said, "she took her keys that not my fault". I said I understood that I was just asking if he could please make sure my truck was worked on next and then he said "well I don't know maybe I'll see". He then just walked away. Came here to get my brothers truck detailed and was hoping for a good experience. It would have been a reasonable amount of time IF it were to have come out right. My sister in law had to point out quite a few problems and have them redo them. They also didn't clean outside of the truck very well. She actually took a towel and wiped off some stains that the workers did not get. They were just going to give us the truck like that....
