The service here for the car washing and detailing was absolutely amazing around 15 years ago. Since then, it's been very mediocre. I only buy the cheapest car wash so I don't complain about it. This weekend I bought the most expensive car wash for my SUV. When they said my car was finished I opened the back and front door to check. They didn't even vacuum the car. IF they did it was a very crappy job. I told the supervisor. He told me he would take it and vacuum it himself. I looked again in the front and second row of my car. It looked a little better, but still not $66 worth. I didn't have time to ask him again so I left. This is the family car so we only use it about twice a week. Three days later, I go to the third row of my car to put back my kids car seats back from the car wash. I was furious instantly. There was still trash all over the third row and no vacuuming was done! So angry that I paid so much for this trash. Customer service still hasn't gotten back to me either. Last straw. I had to wipe down my truck in areas that they had not cleaned or dried. Then the cashier didn't give me a receipt for the person who asks for a receipt before car will be released to you. I went asked cashier for ticket receipt. She stated I didn't pay. I said you gave me cash back. How can you give me cash back if I didn't pay. She still said I didn't pay. That was twice . I stated don't you remember giving me cash back. She started getting rude with me. She then turned and helped another customer. I was upset. Because she didn't finish with helping me. They do a great job and seem to really value their customers. I come here about twice a week. I drive Uber so I gotta keep my ride clean as a whistle. How do you get a Cobblestone representative to respond to canceling my membership? Contacted them on their website to cancel, filled out the form and a pop up said someone would be sending me a cancellation confirmation via email. So far, nothing. I've called and left a message too, no response on either of my communications. Nobody at the number I was given for customer service ever picks up the phone. 602-867-5939. This reeks of some kind of fraud to keep charging a persons credit card monthly, when they put it in writing that you can cancel at anytime. Perhaps it's a stall tactic to keep charging you monthly. What a horrible experience. Watched 8 cars that arrived after me be vacuumed before me (1 guy working 3 lanes) sat at the other end and watched no less than a dozen cars that came after me drive off before my car even came out of the wash! I spent 40 minutes there and had to take my car as soon as it showed up. It was just as dirty as when it went in. Bugs all over the front and dirty all over! They said they had prepped it and ran it through! I went here simply as it was there on my way. My suggestion is never give them your business or waste good money there. Hope it closes down and a good business is built there. If that can't happen let's hope the management is fired the employees are all let go and it is sold, remodeled and restaffed with people that care to do a good job. New: This morning a man named Ryan called and handled this situation the way I would have. None of us are above accidents, I was not expecting money or free services, but I was expecting people to take responsibility. I did not accuse anyone of anything but overfilling my oil. Ryan did not push what had happened onto me, but apologized and offered a complimentary service. Whether I take advantage or not, I'm thankful someone called to make it right. I should have checked my vehicle before leaving, but employees should have taken responsibility when I came in. I'm very uncomfortable with complaining, especially after coming here for washes for about four years and oil changes for about one year. Due to being taken care properly for the last year and having this issue fixed, I'm changing my rating. Previous: dont get oil changes here. They overfilled my oil which is bad for your seals and could cause some serious leaks. I went back to show the manager who tried to just manipulate me. I get it. A 5 foot woman doesn't look like she knows what she's talking about, right? Living with a family of mechanics teaches you a thing or two. Tried to speak to the manager who said it's company policy for the manager to check every dip stick before it leaves, therefore my complaint was impossible. Well, it doesn't look like company policy was followed this time, does it! I like accountability. If someone took responsibility, I wouldn't be even more pissed off. All I got was endless questioning and excuses. Even "did you check on an incline?" HOMEBOY it is burnt onto my dip stick and do you realize how steep the incline would have had to be to have the oil reading that high? Also my mileage was wrong on the little sticker so my car was clearly mistaken for another. If you were curious, their solution was to give me a new oil change and wash for $20. Second time they failed to check fluids and replace wiper fluid after I specifically asked. 2. Was talked into a pricey package- over $200- told it would be cleaned inside and out. Didn't even properly wipe down dash or touch up any spots I requested. Outside had tons of spots and dirt on undercarriage. Windshield still dirty. Looked like they didn't even touch bed of truck. Makes me really wary of what that actually did do in terms of the oil change, tire pressure check, etc. 3. No mention of wait time. I asked after an hour and was told it would be 3.5 more hours. read more

I've gone to cobblestone multiple times but I feel extremely dissatisfied everytime I end up getting my car back. Today I got a platinum wash and had the leather hydration package included which is for dash, doors and the center consoles. My car had a few bird poop marks on it and just overall dusty from this Arizona dirt. The interior was dirty, but nothing horrific by any means. When I got my car back after having the interior and exterior cleaned and the leather stuff put on, I was just disappointed again. There was still very obvious remains of bird poop on the roof of my car and hood. The interior was done well with the exception of them not wiping the scuff marks from the base of the door on the interior of the car and you could tell that the leather hydration stuff hadn't been applied to the whole dash and driver side door. I went over to the little self vacuum area and grabbed a couple rags and a little water I had and cleaned the rest of it myself. This isn't the first time that I've had to finish little cleaning things myself after a wash. I'm not one to usually complain, I'd just love to see a little more attention to detail go into cleaning the cars and taking a step back and asking if I'd be satisfied getting a car back that looks the way it does after having paid almost 70 dollars. read more

Spending a great deal of time with that one customer. When supervisor came out yelling keep this line "moving" lets write them up. Finally that service writer (Zachary) came to my car. Stick with Costco!! They are great at upselling and not delivering. My under carriage still full of dirt, or after the car wash mud. Interior windows not clean, only cleaned the interior of the front of the car and dash was almost clean. I couldn't use their own "treat it like cash" voucher, the cashier was unable to figure it out because the register says expired without expiration date on the "treat it like cash" voucher or call the manager as suggested. Only went so I wouldn't have to clean and vacuum the interior, do the windows and be able to use my voucher - Epic Fail. Stay away. They lost keys to my vehicle and then blamed me and then didn't even dry my car after they found the keys. Just ran it thru the wash and gave it to me. Poor customer service and very poor cleaning. LOL had them cancel my monthly membership and guess what, was still charged two days later. Dening the charges with the Credit Card company and calling the Maricopa County Attorney's office and filing a complaint with them. I regret it every single time and this time is no different unfortunately. I even removed my floor mats and absolutely everything from my car to make it easier. I specifically expressed my concern for the inside to be vacuumed and I wasn't worried about the outside (it's going to rain tomorrow). He assured me they would vacuum it. Well, I got it back and once again, am beyond unimpressed. It was barely wiped out and I'm not even sure they vacuumed. If they did, they may want to check their vacuum. I guess the saying is true. In the past I've had two $70 washes which included shampooing carpets and cleaning seats. Last time I had to take the car back a 2nd time as they failed to clean the leather seats. Should have read the reviews, took my truck in for a quick wash and while waiting for a long time I noticed my truck was nowhere in sight. I had to ask around to located it. It was in the back because they drove it into a wall. Now I have to keep going back so they can repair it and I still paid for the wash. They never offered anything to make it right. Update; when I took my truck back to have them install part, manager apologized again and started on the right road to make things right. After reading all the reviews I get a feeling that there is a serious customer service issue here, but I do know stuff happens and everyone deserves a second chance. I recommend they get some serious help with training. I hope they can make lasting changes with customer service. I purchased an upgraded wash. When my car came out of the wash I noticed 3 attendants crowded around my vehicle. The quickly dispersed and continued the final wipe downs of the exterior. When I was called over to my car for pick up I noticed two gouge marks and a size able crack in my windshield. When I asked about this they first had to get a manager. I asked what had happened and was told that they weren't sure if the windshield was like that before the wash. I was then told that it can happen with the AZ heat and cold water from the wash (how do they get cold water in July?). The attendants then began asking me if I have full coverage ( um yes my car is brand new). When I told them I needed to make a phone call they scattered never to return to check on me. I hate that my insurance is being billed for THEIR negligence. I had to ask for a refund on my car wash which was given to me. Use caution with the Cobblestone since clearly they do not have respect for the vehicles they service. The final cost for their carelessness was $269.99!!! read more

I know this one review won't change much. I must say as I typically don't complain but the service here has dramatically gone downhill! I bring four vehicles to this location on a regular basis and will no longer be doing so as today's visit has really just left me frustrated! I paid for a Diamond touch car wash on my truck, 36 minutes later wondering why my truck is still not through the wash to get dried off(thinking wow they are really taking their time and doing good) I find my truck has been running out back with the door open waiting for somebody to spray out the wheel wells. Keep in mind it's 7:45 am and I am one of two cars there at this time. In addition so when I get the truck from the finish line the floors still not clean, The back window was never washed inside or out and still reads "dirty" and nobody was willing to take the 15 extra seconds to wipe underneath the windshield wipers leaving it dirty also, their armor all on the tires is only on half of the tires. I took my second vehicle just five minutes away to the TNT car wash and the service was absolutely phenomenal in addition to that the cost of my wash was $11 less expensive!! As I was pulling into the car wash, I had someone else work on my car and he didn't tighten my hose to my radiator tight enough so it completely blew off as I was driving through. The guys instantly stopped me when they seen the issue and brought my car into the service deck. Shawn and Ryan helped me out by tightening my hoses for me and getting me back on the road safely!
