Upon exiting the wash tonight, I saw a man jump out madly waving his arms and screaming at me to stop. Scared me half to death. Against my better judgement, I rolled down my window just a tad thinking maybe something came off my car. Turns out it was the owner, who (I felt) chastised me for going too slow over the undercarriage wash. Actually he said he was concerned the back of my car didn't get sprayed. But yep, it appears his stalker eyes didn't see that it sure did get sprayed adequately. WTH, who accosts their customers like that-- especially at night?! If I'm paying $16 for a wash, I'll take as much time as I need to thank you very much. So we'll be taking our family of cars elsewhere. For the same (actually lower!) price, we can get a wash, along with FREE vacuums, and FREE detailing supplies at the new Whistle Express Car Wash which is 2 minutes up the road. Drove in to see if they could fix some chips in my windshield. The line didn't look as long so took…read morea chance. They were busy the associate said but I was next so no issue. Was then told to head to the other side where they did the work. Walked across and checked in there. Discussed the chips and he went ahead and took my car keys. I waited in the waiting area. They don't seem to have wifi so that wasn't handy but I managed to get some work done off my hotspot. They fixed it well. The one was deep. Hopefully I won't need to but if I have more chips I would return.

Before Liberty Express I have never had a car wash membership, I have had 2-3 cars my whole life…read moreand had washed them by hand or gone to a manual wash. My daughter and I come here 3-4 times a week between the 2 cars. She loves all the colorfulness but I love I can drive in dirty and come out COMPLETELY spotless and clean. The owners take care of the wash and all of their employees that stand out in the freezing cold to make sure we as customers have clean cars. I give this business 5+ stars

The credit card readers work fine in every bay I have used, the soap wash, rinse options and clear coat wax work fine and switch quickly, and there is always strong water pressure. Why pay $15+ for the same results at an automated car wash when you can do your own and save $10? And since brushless washing is recommended for my car to avoid scratching the paint, this place is exactly what I need!
