I had to go to the Gilroy store to discover that Nob Hill does not use member cards (like Safeway), they think you can do this on a cell phone and later I found out that I could sign up online via my Chromebook and just use my phone number, but no one at the Morgan Hill store was there to answer that simple question. Because there is no member card for Nob Hill and the selection of items at this particular store seems limited, and items I frequently buy are not carried, I rarely shop Nob Hill at all and when I do want something in their ad, I go to the Gilroy store. Prices are about the same as Safeway, more than Walmart or Smart and Final or Target. The shopping center where this store is located and the parking lot is laid out strange and I just did not find it a pleasant shopping experience.
