    Chimichurri tri-tip sandwich
    Jennifer N.

Very cute little spot and super nice folks behind the counter. Was hungry and quickly took a bite in the car. I got confused and thought I maybe I received someone's else's vegetarian sandwich. Nope, it was my $21 chimichurri tri-tip sandwich. Tasted good but really lacked any tri-trip. I looked at the other review pictures of other tri-tip sandwiches and maybe I just came on a weird day.

Spicy Sausage Burrito and Bacon Burrito
    Truc T.

We came around 9:30am on a Saturday and it was pretty empty but people were coming in and out. Cochi's reminded me of a mom and pop deli shop.. clean but dated. You order with the cashier and seat yourself. Utensils, condiments, napkins and water are self-serve. Food is brought to your table when it's ready. We wanted to try their tri-tip sandwich but it wasn't available for another hour, around 10:30am..sad. So we ordered.. SPICY SAUSAGE BREAKFAST BURRITO ~$14 -came with scrambled eggs, cheese, potatoes and sausage bits. The sausage wasn't spicy. 2.5/5* BACON BREAKFAST BURRITO ~$14 -came with scrambled eggs, cheese, potatoes and chopped bacon. We were unsure about what other protein to get after choosing spicy sausage so the cashier suggested the bacon since it's smoked in house. There wasn't too much bacon though. 2/5* They each came with two small green salsas. Both burritos looked bland and tasted bland. There was no color... no sear. The "spicy" sausage burrito had a bit more flavor than the bacon. The green salsas didn't add much to it and the "ketchup" was like cocktail sauce. My husband and I only ate half of our burritos and got the rest togo.. we were pretty disappointed. Only gave them 3 stars because the cashier was friendly.

Nashville hot chicken sandwich and buttermilk chicken sandwich (I believe that's what they're called) with a Coke bottle

Honestly, I really enjoyed eating here, especially when it comes to their chicken sandwiches. We were in the area and decided to give this place a try. We ordered from the lovely lady at the front registers and found a place to sit inside. After 10 minutes, we received our food and the sandwiches were huge! They both had this savory sweet taste to them and were fresh. We loved the flavor of the coleslaw in the sandwiches and the spice was perfect. Although the sandwiches themselves are quite pricy (I think we paid around $30ish for two sandwiches), the portions are quite large and I would definitely be eating here again!

Service and food were both amazing! Great for lunch and dessert. I had the Reuben Sandwich and it was packed with flavor. As I was sitting, my "arm was twisted" to get one of their humongous chocolate chip cookies. This was a gem all around.

Garden Gobbler as a sandwich instead of wrap

I am a vegetarian and I still love this place. The Garden Gobbler is amazing and so are the breakfast burritos and bakery items. Service has always been quick and friendly as well.

The Guido Sandwich and the special
    Sarah D.

We ordered 3 meal items: Our standout item was the breakfast burrito with chorizo and bacon. The eggs were fluffy, it was cheesy, and overall had such a good meat flavor - had to be my favorite breakfast burrito of all time (so far). Definitely recommend to use the sauce! It gives it the extra flavor and savory-ness you don't typically find in other breakfast burritos. The Guido - very generous with the meats. Can't go wrong with an Italian-style sandwich~ The special (it had turkey, arugula, nectarine jam, cheese and I think a fig balsamic glaze on focaccia) - This was also very good, but I think it was missing either a crunch or tartness. I think sliced pickled red onions would've made it perfect (for me personally). Overall, everything was delicious, portions were generous, and the lady at the register was very friendly. My only negative is they close at 2pm :(, but I'm already wanting to come back soon!

    Godfather Sandwich
    Lucio O.

I went here specifically for the Godfather sandwich and boy it did not disappoint. It has to be one of the best sandwiches I've ever ever had!! It's a small place with Some seating inside and patio tables outside. Very friendly staff. Next time I will be trying the tri-tip sandwich. They close at 2 so come early!!

    Some like it hot sandwich.

When he visited his parents recently they had talked about MoHi and when they visited downtown, he saw the restaurant and automatically knew we needed to try it. We travel everywhere with our dogs and he found out that they had a dog friendly patio. A few months later, we were in town and decided to try it for breakfast. There were not a lot of reviews or pictures of breakfast so he made it a point to order some items recommended by our server, Ty - who was phenomenal by the way. Always checked in on us and even complimented how nice and chill our doggy was. We ordered a vanilla latte, orange juice, the breakfast pizza, and the eggs Benedict. The breakfast pizza came highly recommended by Ty. On paper it sounded delicious, but we were still reluctant, because a breakfast pizza? It was delicious, lol. They have a sauce on there that is very similar to what In-N-Out uses and the farm fresh eggs and cheese brought everything together. I decided to try the eggs benedict because the English muffin is scratch-made. The benedict was savory with confit potatoes and fruit. The only thing that threw me off was the fresh fruit was tossed in a pesto dressing. I can definitely do sweet and savory, and all the other weird, eclectic mixes, but this one was just too different for me. The orange juice was a highlight because they literally squeeze it right in front of you at the bar. They have other mixes that they can do as well like orange carrot or orange strawberry. So make sure you ask what is on the menu for fresh squeezed fruits because this one you don't wanna miss Outside there are at least 20 tables with dog friendly written all over the patio area. They have water bowls, turf, and even a cute little fire hydrant. There was a doggy on the patio already who was well-behaved. Overall, we'd be back to try the rest of the breakfast menu!

Southern Farm MOHI…read moreFarms delivers true farm-to-table dining as they serve up locally sourced seasonal ingredients, including some from their very own Uvas Farm. They are part of the Léal restaurant group, which has several similarly named restaurants in the works (MOHI Pasta and MOHI at the Grove), as well as a vineyard (Léal Vineyards) and a flower bar (Luxe Flower Bar). They also apparently own a theater, mansion, ranch, and an upcoming complex that will include housing, shops, and more restaurants. The Good: * Several free lots and free street parking * Catering available * Outdoor dog-friendly seating * They also have a bakery and café available if you're just looking for a light morning breakfast. * Service was friendly but stretched very thin during both our visits as the servers were working more tables than they should've been. * Overall, their pricing is very fair for the quality of the food. * Local beers on tap, as well as a large wine menu. * Wood-fired pizza oven. I didn't try the pizza, but my son wolfed it down. * Carissa loved her brunch Short Rib Fried Rice bowl, especially all the perfectly cooked butternut squash. * Tempura broccoli was fantastic. I loved that they served this instead of the ubiquitous fries to go with the burgers. The Meh: * I don't know why they can't have a menu on their website? The only way to view what's available is you have to pretend you're making an order. * The Brunch Loco Moco was just okay; the hamburger was a bit overcooked for my liking. Otherwise, the egg, rice, and gravy were delicious. * Their burger-to-bun-to-topping ratio is not good. It's mostly that their buns are much, much too thick for the tiny smashburger patties, and the whole thing ate very dry despite all the cheese. I did enjoy the crispiness of the bacon, though. * The salmon in the Roasted Salmon Bowl was also overcooked, and the amount of salmon for the price point wasn't really worth it, in our opinion. The Ugly: * Vegetarian Farm Spring Rolls were pretty bad, if I'm being honest. The only reason we wolfed them down was we had just arrived after a long 5+mile hike and were starving. The ricepaper skin was tough and leathery, and the filling wasn't very substantial. The sauce also needed to be thicker to stick to the rolls. * Parking can be a bit of a hassle, especially if you arrive during the nearby farmers market (Sat 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.), as they are located in the large parking lot on Depot St. Conclusion: Overall, we had very high hopes for this place, as this is the type of place we usually love. However, even after two visits, we just don't see ourselves coming back for another visit anytime soon.

A few minutes later the onion rings of my dreams (super crispy on the outside and a real onion rings inside with enough crunch left that you can bite through without dragging a soggy onion out of its outer shell, so each mouthful is both onion and crunchy coating) arrived and a sandwich with crispy (not soggy, underdone) bacon, hefty burger patty (done just how I like them with carmelized edges and perfectly done thick center) with cheese, pickles, red onions, lettuce and mayo. I asked them to leave off the tomato due to my food allergies. The bun was soft but held up well to the heft of the sandwich. The decor was classic 60's style diner. While the seats were well padded and the covering looked practically new, some of the tables showed the wear of the years on the corners. There is also a short lunch counter next to the kitchen. We ordered the Breakfast Burrito with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, country potatoes, scallions, and cheddar cheese in a whole wheat tortilla. The food was delicious and the burritos were packed with ingredients and very filling. Overall, despite the long wait and noise level, I'd still come back because the staff was kind and the food was worth it.
