Been here several times now and they continue to serve great food and customer service! I have had the Guido and man, is that a sandwich!! So delicious but I wish my husband had come with me to eat the other half. All the sandwiches I've had are seriously large. So, if you think about the price, you really do get a lot for your money! I have also tried the Tri tip sandwich and it was excellent as well. They know how to cook some meat. My review is based solely on the fact that there is no pricing posted anywhere except for the kombucha which is 7.50 a glass on tap. This review is not based on the food, we didn't try the food. I went in to try today and I asked for a menu she pointed to the board overhead. I said do you a menu with pricing and she said tell me what you want and I'll tell you the price. I said how much is a breakfast burrito and she said 11.50. There was some where behind us so I let him go ahead. I believe all establishments should post their pricing. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm hoping it will do some good in this case. I want to like Cochi's. I will give it more chances. I want to really support local shops like Cochi's. The shop's great, service personable, lots of selection, my review today and contention is only with one thing, the price of a relatively basic turkey sandwich. It was a turkey sandwich on dutch crunch ( 17 bucks, picture attached). Please consider adjusting the price of a standard turkey sandwich to a more digestable level. It was a good sandwich, but this price point might be reserved for something like your speciality smoked & BBQ products, etc. I'm getting old, and perhaps a bit cynical, but I'm sorry, I've never paid 17 dollars for a sandwich before. I don't have a problem paying that, if it's the speciality smoked stuff, etc., but this was about 4 oz of turkey meat on dutch crunch with veg. Good Sandwich, but even in this inflationary environment, this is a stretch. This review has a very gentle tone. Please succeed! I want Cochi's to do great! But a few yards away one can pay 9 bucks for a "dagwood" sandwich with Turkey breast, roast beef, ham, bacon, tomatoes, pickles, pepperoncini, onions, mayonnaise, mustard, and Provolone cheese on rustic French bread. This "review" is more of a plea to charge competitively where you can, again, i.e., more for the speciality stuff, less for the standard--That way, one won't be left reeling when you're sold out of the BBQ and feeling a bit overwhelmed with the cost of a turkey sandwich. Came here to support a new local business yesterday and really enjoyed our food! I ordered the "B is Basic" sandwich which was a turkey sandwich with cheese and avocado and all the fixings. It was delicious and HUGE! I had to share it with my husband because it was a lot of food. Also got the Bacon Breakfast burrito for my daughter and she devoured it. My first visit I had their crispy chicken sandwich and it was so good I vowed to come back for it as often as I could. The next time I came in I asked for the chicken sandwich and was told it was only available the last Saturday of the month. Ok, well looking forward to the last Saturday of that month! Oh, well sometimes we start selling them a few days before Saturday. Huh. Now I am thinking there is no specific day? Now I'm thinking I will just call ahead and not make a special trip into town only to be disappointed if they don't have it. This past Saturday, which was absolutely the last Saturday of April, I am in town, I call and am told, " we only have that the last week of the month so that will start on Wednesday"! So, now I'm left thinking Saturday has nothing to do with the availability of the fried chicken sandwich, it's the last day of the month? Want to provide my honest feedback for this establishment since I finally had the chance to try it. The menu has no description of ingredients under salads & sandwiches. When I asked the young lady at the counter for a description of the items she had to go in the back to ask the chef. I think the menu should be more specific about what each item includes and should list things such as gluten-free, Vegetarian, Vegan etc. This would create a better experience for customers and allow the ordering process to run smoothly. I also noticed only one type of cheese is offered for salads which is super limiting. There should be a few types of cheese for customers to choose from. We've been local to the area for almost 2 years now and there's ALWAYS people here. Today we finally decided to stop by and I regret nothing. This local owned business takes so much pride in the food and baked goods they make. Everything we ate was spectacular! The confetti scones were incredible! Mini crunchy, soft, and not too sweet. We were told they change the scone flavors daily so it's important to go often to try their other flavors. The banana bread was moist and soft like a good banana bread should be. The bialys (bagels without the holes) are perfectly seasoned and we ate them as is! We grabbed a chorizo breakfast sandwich which was toasted to perfection and filled with the most delicious flavors. Each bite was excellent and expertly proportioned. The grand finale was the peanut butter and jealous that was an elevated PB&J. the sliced apples and blueberries were so good and just like our first sandwich each bite was better than the next. I saw this place advertised on Facebook and finally got to the check it out! I was sooo glad that I did. The owner is so sweet. The person in front of me had asked if they did catering. I guess this business has been doing catering for years in a different location. They are located where Patty's Perfect Pantry was. I have tried numerous scones, and think that the apricot and the vanilla ones are the best. We also tried the bacon breakfast burrito. It was so flavorful and came with some salsa also.
