Convenient location near the John Molson School. I was craving crepes so I decided to stop in here. It was crowded and the food took some time to get, but it was worth it. I ordered the Cocorico and it definitely satisfied my craving! As a first timer, it was a little tough to decide what to order - the menu is the name of the dish and a photo. It doesn't tell you exactly what's in it.

I feel like this is a very cool drunk food spot for crepes. Offering savory and sweet options, and open until the wee hours of the morning, this place satisfied a sweet tooth at midnight. No, I wasn't drunk, but I wanted a low key yummy nosh. A crepe with Nutella and a cup of tea later, I was one happy customer!

Delicious Turbo. Has a great variety of fancy drinks or simply juices. Crepes and waffles look delicious. Drop by every time we are in Montreal.

I cannot recommend this place high enough! Wonderful crepes with shrimp and avocado, belgian waffles topped with fruits of all sorts! Yammy!!! My go-to place for substantial breakfast in Montreal

The breakfast-crepe wrap with side salad and my lovely breakfast with so much fruit!

My hubby & I went to try the new Allo! Mon Coco restaurant on De Maisonneuve. We left the establishment without eating (I'll have a review of that place shortly) and came upon Hawaii Cocktail, which is just down the street. I've seen this place numerous times while I've been downtown and never did I realize they offered breakfast! Thank goodness because we were pissed off and HUNGRY. My husband ordered a breakfast-crepe wrap and I ordered a typical breakfast meal. The variety of fruits they give is wonderful... There's even mango, I never see any other place include mango as a side fruit. They don't do poached eggs so I got sunny side up. The bacon was well cooked, potatoes are super tasty, and overall we enjoyed our meals. I agree that the decor could be updated, it wouldn't take much to freshen it up. The service was good, it's not a table service restaurant, you take a tray and order at the cash, then you go get your meal when it's ready. Saves yourself giving a tip, but you could tip if you want, I don't think they'll object!

Originally we were walking to another known restaurant, when we passed across Cocktail Hawaii. We decided to be spontaneous and try something new to us as we never heard about this place before today. We ended up having a comfy, peaceful time eating tasty food. It was around breakfast time and I was craving banana crepes with chocolate. I wasn't disappointed at all. I strongly recommend. The reason I'm giving a 4 star, it's because they don't have great customer service. It isn't a friendly staff. They more into " what's your order, thank you, bye ". Other than that, cozy environment with nice decor.

Of course a place that gets this much snow will have a tropical themed spot. I got the Costa Rican special the sausage was a bit weird but great selection. The smoothies looked like a meal of their own. Montreal #Foodie

Avocado smoothies with mango gelato and honey. Yowza!

Perfect plate for breakfast or brunch. The staff was so nice and very helpful. They said i could switch things that i dont like for other things. I customized my plate and also my juice. The fruits are fresh and everything was very good. I'll go back for sure!

Great breakfast here! Had veggie omelette and the Mambo (fruit, eggs etc) Fresh, tasty eats and fast, pleasant service! Great price and the fresh OJ was so good. Recommend this breakfast place in Montreal!

Perfect for a weekend brunch! I ordered the Mamba and its so good, the fruits are fresh, toast and coffee is included. If you're looking for an affordable brunch on a quiet place, this is the perfect spot. Especially it ain't far from the metro.

I only tried the smoothies. They are good and fresh, the price is reasonable! They have a lot of work to do with the decoration and the menu

Very nice place. Polite and friendly customer service. The crapes were amazing. Very delicious. Warm. Pistachio ice cream was delicious. The whole presentation was beautiful. Fruit smoothie was delicious.

This is a great little restaurant place. This "Mamba" breakfast was light and filling and well presented. A great start to your day!

Amazing. The staff was very nice and the food looked pretty fresh. I really liked the music that they played and the crepes were really big.

Amazing crepes, friendly service and great location with usually a short wait if that.read more

On my kid's last full day in Montreal, we were walking around Old Montreal, deciding what to do for…read morelunch, when we realized, we need to have a quintessentially French meal - but something light, and crepes immediately came to mind. And this creperie was centrally located on the main drag (Rue St. Paul), and I know it's been here for years and years, as I've passed the sign for eons. So in we went! The restaurant is located up a flight of stairs and there is no elevator, FYI, so if you are mobility challenged, this would not be ideal. Upstairs, the interior is warm and chalet-like, with wooden planks on walls, exposed brick, lots of light from the windows, and wall shelving containing European and Quebec chocolates, maple syrups, etc. Behind the counter you can see the guy making the crepes one by one. Pretty legit. We wanted to get a savory and a sweet crepe and share them both. We first ordered a chicken and cheese crepe (my kid LOVES chicken) but we were told they had no chicken (strange, at lunch-time in a busy restaurant in a busy part of town, eh? Chicken is so....basic). So we opted for a cheese and asparagus crepe. For the dessert crepe we ordered a classic strawberry crepe. We said we'd share them both and have the strawberry one "for dessert", thinking they'd bring out the savory one first. Perhaps there was a language barrier, but the server brought out both crepes at the same time. Oh well. Both crepes were made with the PERFECT crepe-pancake: super thin, delicate, with the perfect firmness and perfect sweetness. I've not had better crepes even in France. As for the fillings....we weren't that keen on the cheese and asparagus crepe. The asparagus was stringy, and the cheese was way too salty. This savory crepe came with a small salad on the side and, for me, this salad was the best. part of this dish; the lettuce was super fresh and the salad dressing was delicious. The strawberry crepe was wonderful: perfectly filed with the right amount of sweetened fresh strawberries and small dollops of fresh whipped cream. Definitely the strawberry crepe was the hit of the meal. The cheese-asparagus crepe cost $17 and the strawberry one, $15. I thought these prices somewhat high but I guess, for freshly made crepes in a touristy part of town, it's par for the course.
