Had a wonderful time here at this café had lunch with my 12-year-old daughter, which was super cute. She always wanted to try this way so we came here on a snowy no school day which was awesome. Food was great not packed at all. We were the only people there. Staff was very friendly. We definitely will come back here again.

I visited Coco Café in Stamford after seeing all the videos of its dreamy, rose filled interior. The space really is beautiful with neon signs that say "Coco" and "Love Life," disco balls and chandeliers overhead, walls covered in roses and heart wallpaper, and a pink telephone booth by the windows with a nice city view. It's perfect if you're into cute photo opps. I ordered the Coco's Pink Latte, hoping for something as tasty as it looked online, but in person it was just a flat pink, no contrast ombré and tasted mostly like watery milk. I tried my man's salted caramel Oreo shake, which was more sweet and flavorful. For food, I got the Chicken Shawarma sandwich as is and added spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all and the garlic didn't stand out, it just felt bland and overloaded with hummus. My sister had a better experience with her buffalo chicken wrap. The fries on the side were actually great, hot, salty, and crispy. We also tried the falafels with pita and hummus, which were okay but forgettable, and I tasted the mixed kabob platter, which was a bit dry. For dessert, we shared a Dubai chocolate, which was the best part of the meal. Overall, Coco Café is a fun place to check out for the atmosphere and Instagram pics, but the food and drinks fell short for me. It's worth a stop for the vibe and desserts.

The cozy ambiance at Coco Café is what first caught our attention from the street. The service was great and our food came out quickly. The young woman working was so friendly and attentive, always checking in and moving from table to table. Coco's egg and cheese sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the omelette was very good as well. We'll definitely be back!

This spot is absolutely amazing! Grab your girls and head over to celebrate them they'll love it. The service was great, and the food and desserts were delicious. We especially enjoyed the Dirty Taro Latte and the Pink Latte. Every corner has a cute backdrop for selfies and group photos, making it perfect for capturing memories. I love, love, love the whole theme and vibe here!

Coco cafe is definitely the prettiest cafe I've ever been to! Located in downtown Stamford, it's a great spot to meet up with friends. There's so much pink and plenty of cute photo ops! We weren't immediately greeted when we walked in, so after a couple of minutes, we seated ourselves and waited a bit for someone to come over. The staff was very nice once the did. I had the taro latte and shakshouka, and my friend had an omelette. We also shared the French toast. We both enjoyed our breakfasts, but the French toast was a little underwhelming- nothing special, and the bread was very thin. I probably wouldn't get it again. The cafe is in a convenient location and has lots of menu options. I'd love to come back and try their lunch next time!

As soon as you walk in there's nothing but photo ops! The decor is so pretty in pink! You get a nostalgic vibe b/c there's old school rotary phones & a phone booth! There's flowers all over the walls! After I snapped some photos, our party of 4 was seated by our waitress. She gave us lamented paper menus but then also pointed @ a QR code & explained we order through it. If we absolutely needed to order through her we could.For the most part,I always have a special request when ordering so I knew I would have to order through the waitress instead of the digital menu . I didn't see the add on I wanted on the digital menu (so I had to verbally order).I picked a buffalo chicken wrap minus cucumbers,lettuce,& tomatoes & added mozzarella cheese(my special request) w/ fries. I also ordered a Pepsi. I wished I had ordered it for when my food came out b/c it came out right away. I didn't want my ice to melt & make it watery. The waitress was ok nothing to boast about. The food didn't take too long to arrive. The chicken in the wrap was a little dry, but the hot sauce and combo of bleu and mozzarella cheeses helped even out the dryness. The flavor of the chicken itself was actually really delish. I do wish there had been an option for breaded chicken, but I don't think they offer that(next time, I'll ask).I also prefer spinach wraps over flour, but again, I didn't see that as an option. The hot sauce was spicy just the way I love it! The bleu cheese was a bit watery.The fries were piping hot & tasty! I also sampled the falafel & thought it had a burst of flavor. The outside was crispy & the inside was a bit dry. I also tried the kabob platter & the meat was kind of dry as well. Thank goodness for the creamy,white sauce on top & the moist rice & lettuce. It balanced it out! To top off my dinner I had dessert. I tried Dubai chocolate for the 1st time. The milk chocolate melted in my mouth & the crisp kadayif (shredded phyllo dough)/pistachios gave it the perfect final touch. A sweet ending to my meal!

The place is gorgeous. They put a lot of work into it! I drove an hour to go here I was really expecting a lot out of this cafe. For pictures and stuff it's amazing they have a small little booth and a chair to take photos. It's just all together pretty and has a good aesthetic. Food wise it's terrible! Ordered a matcha and let me tell you it came with exactly 4 ice cubes. FOUR ICE CUBES like who gives 4 ice cubes. It melted in under 5 min and the matcha wasn't that good it just tasted like milk. Ordered a crepe and it was doughy and smelt like eggs, only took a couple bites and left it. It also had strawberries and other berries, but the strawberries had gone bad and you can tell bc it tasted weird. Price is good and customer service is ok. Maybe if they made their menu better it would be great. Places that spend a lot of time and money on decorations usually don't have the best food and this is one of them.

I last visited on the first week of opening so perhaps business then was lighter and it's good to create a good impression with customers therefore myself and a friend were given full attention. It's been 10 months since then and I'm not quite pleased with my most recent visit. I was able to find parking on the street which was lucky, parking is metered in all days except holidays and Sundays. Now here's the reasons I'm decreasing my rating. 1. The website with City Market is no longer existent and needs updating. It should not be listed if it is no longer active. Everything is referenced on Instagram. 2. Nowhere does it say that you need to make a reservation on their bio. Google or any other platform does not indicate this. Apparently they are running a promotion due to Valentine's Day so they are requiring reservations. There's also no mention of walk-ins are welcome. Well, without one, you'd have to wait more than an hour. If you also paid for parking, that's more than half of what you are allowed on the parking meter. 3. If you are running an event and RSVPs are required, at least place a host stand to welcome guests so that no one is trying to figure out whether to seat themselves or anything else. 4. The staff was also unorganized promising a table to walk-ins without confirming the table was required for reservations. Probably the off chance I'd return, IF I'd return is NOT on a weekend and definitely NOT during any holidays.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for some appetizers. Place was very busy upstairs. They had a nice variety of Middle Eastern food. We had the grape leaves, hot and crispy falafel and very creamy hummus. Instead of regular pita bread, they gave us crispy bread squares , which were delicious and lighter. My girlfriend recommended this place. We came here on father's day to try it out. It's decorated very nicely. Floral designs all over give this place a glamorous look. They have some colorful unique phone booths on the wall as decor. The cafe is very Spacious. Plenty of seating to choose from. I looked at the menu from a qr code available on the table. But they have a physical menu aswell. I started with the falafel appetizer. 5 pieces of crispy falafel with hummus. The falafel was hot, crunchy and delicious. for the entree i had the mixed kebob platter. It came with yellow rice salad and both chicken and beef kebobs. It was very satisfying. I mixed it all together And everything complemented each other. I got to try the French fries too. They were seasoned very well. I could eat an order of them alone. For my drink i had the salted caramel oreo latte with coconut milk. Dont need to say anymore on that one. I sampled the chicken wrap but it tasted alright. It just wasn't for me. Over all the food tasted clean and healthy and the portion i had for my platter was huge! I enjoyed myself and I would come back.

This cafe is freaking gorgeous! The aesthetic is just beautiful. Immaculate vibes. I loved everything from start to finish. They have a decent sized menu so plenty of options to choose from. I got one of the seasonal fall iced lattes and it was delish! We were a table of 6 and there was plenty of seating. Great time to be had here. Would definitely return when I'm in the area.

Beautiful place for girls luncheon. They have the Resturant full of fun decor with flowers and telephone booth. It was fun to take picture. Service was amazing we had a wonderful waitress pleasant was very please with the way we were greeted and she was very accommodating. We got chicken shawarma platter yummmmmm. But when the food was brought to our table the food was warm and not hot. Nevertheless it was really good. We also got waffle with Dubai chocolate and ice cream. It is supper sweet but worth a try. Give it a try they wont disappoint.

My friend and I enjoyed brunch for my birthday here. I called about a week ahead and made a reservation. The staff were nice and the food and drinks were yummy. This place is so adorable, the decor and ambiance is every girly girls dream. You can't help but feel like a princess here.

The food is HORRIBLE. It isn't edible and it's expensive. It smells horrible inside especially downstairs. We all left feeling sick from a few bites and we are still unsure if we will be sick from the food. It's a cute idea and beautiful decor for kids but it is SO disgusting and disappointing. It should be reported to the health department. read more

Wow....just wow. This may have been one of the worst brunch experiences I've had in my life. I went here for brunch a month ago with two coworkers as we were so excited to try out this stunning cafe. All I can say is the glamorous look of the restaurant pull you inside but the dining experience is far from comparable. We came in during the week and there was only one other table seated. We were told that we could take a seat and a server would come up to us for our order. Upon waiting for nearly 15 minutes to place our order, we proceeded to the register for our meals. There was no explanation as to why they were taking so long and the cashier put our order through acting as if we weren't already waiting for a while. Our food came out within a reasonable amount of time yet one of my colleagues order didn't make it to the table. We were told after the food was dropped that they were out of crepes and that my colleague would have to order something else. It would have been appreciated if they informed us ahead of time being that two out of the 3 of us had their food already. After putting in for an order of French toast as a replacement, we began eating and my colleague still hadn't received her meal. It took 10-15 minutes for me to stand up and ask the server what was going on and we found out that they were now out of the French toast. My colleague never had received a meal being that we had been there nearly an hour already and had to go back to work. Also mentioning that her nickname is literally CC or COCO hence the reason why we were inclined to dine there. After this incident, you would expect them to compensate / refund most if not all of the bill to ensure customer satisfaction yet they merely refunded $8 for the price of the crepe. Highly do not recommend dining here for any occasion. Feel free to walk up and take photos but nothing more. read more

PROS -Nice looking place for Instagram pictures -Good place for dressy brunch with the girlfriends or cute coffee date night on a budget -Coffee specialty drinks are decent (note: a lot of their lattes like the matcha latte, taro latte and coco's pink latte doesn't have espresso in it, and they charge extra to make it into a "dirty" latte) CONS -Not a lot of choices for American food (majority of the food on the menu is middle eastern which I suppose it alright if you like it or want to try something new but it's a pricey risk $$$$) -A lot of the menu food isn't kid friendly besides the pizza pies (large for a child), burgers, fries, eggs, waffles and crepes. No grill cheeses, chicken tenders, pancakes or kid sized drinks. -The place is not dog friendly because of the decorations and luxury tabletops/chairs. If they allow you in with dogs, they will watch you like a hawk to make sure they aren't ruining decor -Not alcohol friendly, do not serve it and won't let you bring it for party reservations -Hit or miss the bakery (some stuff I've had before were too dry or too moist many times) -The bathrooms can get pretty disgusting really quick, especially the women's restrooms which isn't surprising to me from my college days *I don't know if this place will last given the high rent and lots of restaurant closures in Stamford. Let's see about this one. read more

Although the space is tastefully designed, cleaning is unquestionably in order. Both the seats and the floors are filthy. We placed an order for one cake, but the server sat on his phone right in front of us, totally forgot about us, and never brought the cake. The cakes had clearly been left there for a short while because they were no longer fresh. The spoons and forks didn't appear to be well washed. instead, they appeared to have been placed in the dishwasher and let to air dry not properly cleaned. read more

We've been a few times in Coco Cafe in Stamford. The ambiance is great, so my pregnant wife asked if we can do her baby shower here. They offered semi-private event so they helped us out to setup to make sure everything goes well. Krystal helped me initially and MJ was very accommodating during the shower. He offered to setup a table to put gifts and we even got to do some baby shower games with kids. The service was also amazing, very helpful servers. Food was great as well, as we also ordered a dessert, Tiramisu is a must try! Will come back to visit of course, and maybe for another event! read more

Friends and I decided to check out lower Summer Street's restaurants. This one had everything we wanted. The selection of cakes and desserts was unbelievable. We thoroughly enjoyed a variety of these delicious European styled with a Syrian twist. The service was most generous with their knowledge of each dessert. The restaurant itself is located on the top floor giving you a beautiful vantage over downtown Summer Street. This is a perfect spot to have a party as it is beautifully decorated! Visited this place for the first time after seeing a post about it on Instagram. It is absolutely stunning in person. All the pink flowers and decor make it the perfect place for a cute brunch with the girls. The food came out in a decent amount of time and the service was excellent. I had the hungry man breakfast wrap and a tropical smoothie and my sister got the pink cocoa latte. Everything was wonderful, I would definitely come back and bring my niece. read more

It took long to get our meal. After 1 hour of waiting we decided to ask where is our order. When we finally got the food, it was cold and soggy. The waitress who took our order didn't speak well English and couldn't explain what we wanted to know about the menu. The waitress never followed up with us if we needed anything. We had to go up to the coffee counter to ask for a glass of water. The air conditioning pipe, above our head and table, was dripping from condensation. I don't recommend having a full meal. I recommend meeting for coffee. There isn't an elevator. We had to carry the baby carriage up the steps. There isn't nearby parking. read more

I am only giving this place 1 star because it looks stunning and I thought it would be good for a date. Other than that, there is nothing good about it, this is the slowest service I have ever experienced and the food is absolute the worst. Both my girlfriend and I have been suffering from stomach aches last few days, we will never return, nor recommend to anyone. Stay away and don't get fooled by the pretty decor! read more

awful!! They had us wait 40 minutes for our food just for my food to be "out of stock" so I had to watch my family eat their food without me getting any. My daughter's salmon was cold and the only good thing was the fries they acted as if they were doing us a favor by taking the missing food off the bill.like were they going to keep it on the bill? The looks were okay but would not recommend I was very disappointed with this. read more

Ambiance is beautiful, but couldn't help notice that the floors were super dirty! Coffee was good, however the two cake slices we ordered (orange cake and chocolate mousse cake) were stale and clearly not fresh at all... had to leave them half way. The cafe has beautiful decor, but don't think we returning any time soon. read more

I was really hopeful for this experience since the cafe is so beautifully decorated. the ambiance was so nice, the waitress was nice but the service of the kitchen ruined it. It took almost 45mins for our food to come out and when it did half of my party's food was horrible (4/8). the breakfast items were good per the kids but the chicken dishes were so dry we choked on it, the hummus had too much lemon to the point our eyes twangged. it was a true disappointment. since I'm not a person who asks for anything to be taken off the bill I paid over $200 for very subpar food. my transaction # is 202741 for verification. this was not what I expected for my daughter bday cafe experience. read more

People be lying on this spot. Its terrible. I have been multiple times and am a local. The only thing they have going for them is the atmosphere. This is what attracts everyone but it stops here. Be honest. I am a coffee nut. Theirs is always terrible and they make them all the same no matter what you order. They don't know how to make the different types of coffee. But worse than that is the service. They never bring utensils or water when you sit. My friend asked for water and they only brought for her not the table. They NEVER give you a spoon when serving coffee first (without having placed utensils when we sit). I went to the counter myself to ask for a spoon and was directed to the suggest and wood stirrers. The food takes forever!! When you're waiting and you look around you'll see everyone else is waiting too. All the food comes at once with appetizers. You have to ask for a check. They barely come back to you. They leave a machine on your table instead of doing it for you (I don't know how to split a check I'm not a waitress). Also, some of the food is decent. They have new employees every time I go. This is not one experience it's multiple! I will not return or recommend. read more

Vietnamese coffee: right amount of sweetness. The description matched the coffee. Cinnamon roll: absolutely horrible. Do not order this. It tasted like a mix of a croissant and a banana bread muffin. In no way shape or form should this have been allowed to be called a cinnamon roll.

The shop is nice. Service was reasonably efficient. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing on Sunday during Memorial Day weekend, which seemed to make the one person working somewhat anxious because she presumably wanted to get her weekend going. I obviously get that, but she could have been a touch less obvious about it as her 5 minute warning was a bit intense. In any event, I would definitely return. 4.25 Stars

PROOF... of incompetence, racism or both…read more My wife is a regular customer and usually stops by for an espresso drink as we do not have machine at home. I typically get nothing as their drinks just don't hit the spot for me (average at best). Usually we park on the side of the street going straight into coffee shop and I wait in the car just in case it needs to be moved. She hops out, gets her drinks and the whole thing takes maybe 3-5 min. Today, I was chilling in the car waiting for her, but all over sudden realized that at least 5 people that placed the orders after her and were served before her (espresso drinks and all). Turns out that she ordered double espresso for her and half-caf/half-decaf for me. The staff couldn't execute the drinks or whatnot (they don't do decaf? don't know what double espresso is?) and just kept her waiting while servicing other customers. At some point I guess, they just stopped responding to her inquiries about the drinks. Finally a different person appeared on the shift, my wife got her money back, and we left. Why racist? Hm... Let me think, would the same thing happen to white American male? That is, waiting for 15 minutes for inept staff? The staff was probably new as my wife have not seen them before, but that is no excuse for the lack of basic decency.

i went there on a Monday morning and ordered one of their homemade pastries and it wasn't bad but the Choco cake was a bit dry so that needs a bit of improvements coffee was good. ordering food was easy the staff wasnt that bad. .
