The staff couldn't execute the drinks or whatnot (they don't do decaf? don't know what double espresso is?) and just kept her waiting while servicing other customers. At some point I guess, they just stopped responding to her inquiries about the drinks. Finally a different person appeared on the shift, my wife got her money back, and we left. Why racist? Hm... Let me think, would the same thing happen to white American male? That is, waiting for 15 minutes for inept staff? I got extremely, violently sick for 2 weeks and shared everything with the restaurant so they could look into it and prevent other patrons from getting ill. The first floor smells like sewage, and had been smelling like that for many months, if not close to a year. The city inspector told me that they notified the restaurant and the restaurant said they fixed the smell -- I went back in and it still smelled like sewage. So, the restaurant had flat out LIED to the investigator about the bathroom smell on the first floor. 3. The floor and chairs/ seats are dirty with stains. They absolutely need to clean way more. The safety, sanitation, and hygiene in this restaurant is one of the worst I've seen and experienced. If you value your life and health, avoid this place.
