I recently visited this salon and had a very disappointing experience. First off, the prices were outrageously high for the services offered. You'd expect immaculate service for these high prices. Although I did not wait long, my friend did, as well as other customers. Not very busy at all... but at one point, one artist was switching between two clients!! Doing one thing for one, leaving her there, then going to the next. The staff were very sweet though. Although, the quality of the manicure was pretty good. Overall, I would not recommend this salon to anyone who gets gel polish.. Got a basic pedicure with regular polish, and a basic manicure with gel polish... and the total was $92!! Lena did my nails and was a very wonderful person who provided excellent service and is a wonderful artist in nails. She took her time and made sure my set was exactly how I wanted. She went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. This place is clean, decorated nicely, and has a great selection in services and in colors. Worse experience. The lady found my nails overbooked. She did a sloppy job left me and went to help the other two ladies she was helping. i waited for her to finish to ask her to fix my nilas and she insisted I messed them up and it was my nail size that was the problem ‍ she was speaking in her native language loud and everyone kept looking at me. That was embarrassing and I told her to just remove the color and I would leave she didn't need to fix it if she didn't want to. This place is disgusting. I was their first customer of the day and asked if they sanitized prior to taking me. The lady said yes of course. I asked if I could buy my own tools and she said no. To calm my nerves, she put the tools in alcohol right in front of me. I felt a little better. A third and fourth worker came in with no masks on and I just kept my mouth shut hoping that my technicians would finish sooner. The third worker that came in while I was getting my service kept her mask off the whole time I was there and also sorted her tools and nails. As I was paying, I had to take a picture because she literally sneezed all over her tools. I am so disgusted. I went straight home and took a shower. This was the 1st time I've been to this salon. I really wanted to love it....it's nice, they supposedly offer a complementary drink, and it looked clean. As I sat down to get a gel manicure I told the the lady if she can give me a square shape to my nails, she nodded and said yes. Well needless to say I didn't get square nails or a manicure. She filed off some of my old nail polish then took the rest off with her rotary tool. I thought she was going to use some of her tools to push back and trim my cuticles but she didn't and she barely filed any of my nails. When she busted out her nail file to start "filing" my nails I asked her again to please make my nails square and gestured how I wanted the top flat buuut she didn't. Nails look a little lumpy because of the dust she left on them. I don't know if I would go back and ask for someone else to do my manicure or just give up on this place. I had high expectations for this place. It looked very nice but the service was terrible and even insulting. I went only because my nail broken in a pretty painful manner and my usual place was closed. They left me sitting with my nails soaking in acetone for over an hour without checking in me. I ended up just washing my hands and the nail tech wasn't too happy about that. She told me to stop and I had to wait for them. I asked for color samples and was ignored. When they finally started doing my nails, the nail tech was trying to be friendly and asked if I had children. I told her I just had a baby. As she worked, she was quite rough. It literally hurt to get my nails fixed. They were even sore when I got home. I told her one of the nails was not even. Rather than fixing it, she said I was looking at it wrong. Here's the insult. I usually tip $10+ depending on the job. This time, I tipped only $5 (which was at least 10%) as she gave me back my change out of mere courtesy. Her response was, "oh right, you need the money for your kid." 1. They left me waiting for over and hour. 2. My request for color samples fell on deaf ears. 3. They took at least 2 other customers (without appointments) that got there after I did before they even acknowledged me. 4. She was so rough and hurt my nails. 5. She didn't fix my nails and they are uneven. That didn't deserve a tip. read more

The location was convenient, very nice, quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable. The young girl that helped me was very nice. Those are the reasons why they at least get 3 stars. However, I have to be honest, it was one of the worst pedicures of my life. Seriously considered leaving. I needed my gel polish removed. After filing, she applied one whole strip of cotton across my toes that shifted out of place when she laid a single piece of foil across all my toes. She let the acetone soak for all of 1 minute. So of course the gel wasn't ready to be removed so she scraped and scraped and scraped. Then filed and filed. My nails are thin and I repeatedly asked that she not file the tops of my toenails. Then she cut my nails square. I came in with round manicured nails, why would you assume I wanted them square? I asked her to round them and she barely filed the corners. They're not cute. She pulled my feet straight from the water and squirted lotion on them. Who puts lotion on dripping wet skin? It made the massage feel slimy. She was a very sweet young girl but very inexperienced. The language barrier didn't help. I'll wait for some more reviews to come in and see if there are any technicians worth returning for because the location is so nice. The service at the desk was lacking. When I paid, I was overcharged. They didn't calculate their advertised discount correctly. I mentioned to the cashier that the technician was nice but the pedicure wasn't very good. She said "sorry" and sent me on my way. It would have been nice if she asked for more feedback or suggested a different technician for next time. read more

NEVER AGAIN. First time here the lady took forever doing my toes. I requested a gel pedicure and as she was finishing I noticed she kept talking to the other lady about my toes so the other lady comes over and just starts scraping off all the paint off my toes and I'm like WHYYY. They're all talking amongst themselves and I'm repeatedly asking them why they just did that next thing I know there are 3 people surrounding me taking all the gel off my toes I'm so confused and irritated. Come to find out the machine for gel nails they were using wasn't working so they had to start all over. They kept apologizing but I still spent like 2 hours there and paid full price. The price they charge you is not the same price they tell you before they start the mani. They overcharged me $10 more than what they told me before we started, and I didn't ask for anything extra. On top of that, the staff is rude, in a hurry, and does not pay attention to the nails. Cuticles were messy, cut my skin, nail file kept scraping my fingers/skin around the nails, nail shaping was uneven, they are really rough with your hands, barely paying attention to the actual manicure. Even the actual nail polish was sloppy, my 6-year-old could do better. Huge waste of money, and not cheap, considering they upcharge you at the end. The staff is beyond rude and snarky. I went in to have my acrylics removed because I was shopping in the area. I noticed the inside was beautiful however, the service was horrible! I have never had so much pain when getting acrylics taken off. It was so painful and she even cracked my natural nail while trying to scrape off my acrylic. She charged me $10 for this service and when I told her how much I wanted to tip she hinted to me that I should tip more because the service was $10.
