Shoutout to whoever had the idea to offer not one, but THREE varieties of Cholula at the table--I appreciate being able to re-up my hot sauce quotient at will. My husband and I shared the queso blanco appetizer, which was quite tasty. Bonus points for the magic dust sprinkled over the chips. For entrees, tacos came in strong. I had a Crispy Avocado and a Chilly Willy shrimp, both of which were done just right.
