We've had the chance to try several restaurants around Lewes, and while we've had some great meals, this one definitely stood out. Since we came on a Monday mid-afternoon, the atmosphere was relaxed and we never felt rushed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our server was excellent--pleasant, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The food was delicious! I ordered the lobster roll, while my husband had the soup and sirloin melt sandwich. My lobster roll was simple but so satisfying, with plenty of lobster salad--which, of course, is exactly what I wanted! The menu has a great variety of options, whether you're in the mood for seafood or something else, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, with TVs around if you want to catch a game while enjoying your meal. It's a little off the main stretch in Lewes, but absolutely worth finding. The portion sizes for the platters are generally unacceptable for the price, a single crabcake for $27? You're right by the water friend you can pluck the crabs right on out so don't tell me it costs you $27 to take maybe a single large crab and dump enough breadcrumbs into it to dry it out. The only acceptable food item was the boiled crabs. And honestly thats not a complement, I love crab, and they're almost impossible to mess up so if you'd managed it I would have to demand a 0 star option. Now for what was easily the most offensive issue of the evening. The service was horrific. We were seated, it took 10 minutes for our drink order, another 15 to get the drinks! Then he comes back, takes our food order, and one would think that he would time the appetizers to come out first. Nope, it all came out at once so nobody got a chance to enjoy the apps which, honestly didn't matter they weren't good. The server came back to check on us a single time, no drink refills, no verifying the food was good, cooked right, etc. The genuinely worst service I've experienced in all of Rehoboth. Friends yelp only lets me leave 1 star as my lowest, I would really give this a 0. Tl:DR tourist trap with bad food and worse service. Avoid.

When we checked in, the manager was incredibly friendly. I mentioned it was my daughter's birthday and asked if we could sit outside. He gave us the best table in the restaurant, right on the front corner overlooking the boardwalk. The service was excellent. Our waiter was dressed as Santa Claus, had a great sense of humor, and made fantastic recommendations. He suggested the pomegranate margarita, which was outstanding. I ordered the bowl, my wife had the fish tacos, and my daughter enjoyed the kids meal with chicken nuggets and fries. To top it all off, they surprised my daughter with a complimentary slice of birthday cake, which was probably the highlight of the meal for her.
