This is my go to place when it comes to getting my nails done ! The reason i am leaving 3 stars is because after making an appointment at 11am today I waited 30 mins to get seated but felt longer , I was ready to leave but got sat down to get my toes done so I decided to stay . The lady doing my nails was nice and took her time but once it was time to get my nails done it went downhill . The guy doing my nails was rushing to do my nails that he ended up cutting me! I can tell he did not know how to properly do nails because he kept asking someone else for help on what to do next . He messed up couple of times but I didn't say anything , now I'm thinking I should of said something . I didn't have a good experience today compared to the times I go and I understand but the men doing nails here need to learn how to do nails properly and not rush ! read more

I always enjoying being here and coming back again and again. Every time I'm there I'm never disappointed. The girls there treat you with such great customer service. The girls I see there are Mai, Tina, and Rose. I love the way they all do my pedicure. I usually do standard pedicure with gel, but if i need extra love on my feet then I do the one with the scrub. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been going here since it was Gina's and all I can say is Gina would never allow the mess that goes on here. Don't bother making appointments because they won't be honored! Ever single time I make an appointment I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour because they wanted to fit as many walk ins as possible. The most recent time was the last straw. Not only did I have to wait an hour when I had an appointment but the women who did my pedicure did a sloppy job and you could tell she was being trained and didn't know what she was doing . She didn't even turn on the warm water after I asked. She just smiled and continued. Avoid at all costs!!! I know they don't care and won't do anything but I feel like people should be aware that this place is horrible from customer service to actual service. read more

I drive across town to go to this salon because when you find someone who does excellent work you follow them where ever they go! I've only had pedicures by the other staff but I've heard time and time again people come in and request a specific person because of their skills. My daughter was very pleased with the service as well as the outcome. The employee was very thorough and gentle. My niece likes to come here for her nails and has never had a complaint. 1 star is for customer service. My first time here, I arrived on time for my 1pm appointment. I walked in, no one greet me, waited for a minute. Then I walked over to the receptionist and said I have an 1pm appointment and she said we'll get to you at about 1:30pm because some customers before me were late. I will not be returning to CoCo nails, I was very excited to go but maybe they have changed the owners since last I went a few months ago. I did not receive good service for my $80 pedicure. I repeatedly asked the nice nail technician if she would cut them shorter to which she said she will "I will file them, it's fine". There were other customers that were dissatisfied and the employees did not help. My gel pedicure on 3 toes has broken/ separated. It is absolutely overpriced. read more

With the pandemic going on. They follow up to CDC standards. They disinfected their door handle just little thing I noticed that other salons don't do. I work in a medical field so I know the disinfectant process. Watching the receptionist and staffs DISiNFECT the pedi chairs. I can smell the cleanliness. Needless to say, management is awesome. I was looking around and noticed their sign saying. "If you like our services tell someone. If you don't like our services tell us.". So management is very important. I love this place!
