Second they focus 100% on health and hygiene. They use gloves, masks if necessary, tub covers, clean utensils with every guest. They take their time, they are patient, listen to your concerns, you are never rushed. The massage chairs are not old and broken but instead comfort you. I've been to three or four other places in and around town and I wasn't happy with any of them. So, I'm looking for a new place and it's getting late so my friend and I decided to stop in there and see if they would still be able to see me that night. There was a gentleman named Phil who was the person that did my nails. Let me just say that this man listened to everything that I wanted done with my nails and how I wanted them done and did exactly as I asked! You see I'm very hard with my hands and I'm very hard on my nails and so I needed them to be a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier because otherwise I would break them and they would pop off. Being Christmas time and the New Year's, I didn't want that. They were closing in about half an hour or 40 minutes. My friend had a pedicure done that she was so completely happy with that she now goes with me when I get my nails done just to get a pedicure! Anyway, I told him that it would be more than 2 weeks before I can see him again. He said okay. It actually turned into 7 weeks! And let me tell you, he did such a fabulous job that my nails weren't lifting anywhere, nothing popped off, they weren't too heavy, it was perfect! And to top it all off, when I did go back to see him, he still remembered me! He did my nails for me again, expertly as always! I am so impressed with his level of expertise and commitment to his clients that I will always go back to see him! He speaks very good English; there's no trouble understanding him, whatsoever!
