This place ruined my nails. I came to have dip removed and a basic manicure. My nails were ground down so thin and brittle, they have ripped and torn the past 2 weeks and are shorter than they've ever been. The guy knew he filed too much because he pointed out how red my nail bed was and told me to keep a clear coat on it. I do not recommend this place if you value healthy natural nails. read more

I've been going to this salon for nearly 2 years spending around $150 every month for a mani/pedi + tip. I went to get nails for my birthday last month. The nail tech told me before starting that the nails alone would be $80 which I happily agreed to since it was for a special occasion. As my nail tech was almost done with my nails, she told me she was going to charge me more because she used more product than she thought she would. I nervously laughed because I didn't know what to do and didn't think she was serious. At the end, the extra amount was tacked on there. I just paid (still left over a 20% tip) and left. It's not like it was much more, but it's the principle of bumping up the price at the very end of the service. Completely unethical. If you are displeased he will literally make sure you leave happy! Every nail tech I've had has been phenomenal and always asked if everything was good before proceeding with next step. I asked to speak to the manager, and I Spoke to the male manager about my experience, and I did not ask for anything. I had a regular manicure done (no gels) and in about 24 hrs 7 out of nail tips were pealing off. The manicurist did not seem well and clearly wanted to do the job quickly. I returned the next day, talked to the manager. He was gruff but agreed to have the nails redone. In the middle of that he said "you have regular polish, not gel." I said yes and he argued that it is expected that regular polish will begin to chip and wear off in such a short time. I have had regular polish last for at least 3 days. Needless to say this was an unpleasant exchange. There are so many other options and i won't be returning there. read more

I got a full set with gel for polish and a gel pedicure. Ken did my nails and he was actually really nice. Legit 9 days after I got my nails done, four on one hand popped off. So I called, went in and had Ken redo them. I thought they were going to fix them free of charge since it was only a short period of time since I had gotten them done. $15 and I'm out the door. It's been 2 weeks today and I just had another nail pop off. Never going there again. I'm sorry, it's just not worth the trouble. Do your self a favor and just find somewhere else to go. My mail tech was very nice and did a great job. a couple of my nails aren't the same size as the other hand but thats on me for not checking before we were done. no biggie. the shape is great and her technique was good. i had a regular pedicure but i cant remember the tech who did it. she was fine, nothing out of this world, just a basic pedicure. she was gentle on my feet and her painting job was very good on my little toenails. AND you get two free drinks! i had a pina colada. it was good but the blending was chunky. clearly not a big deal, just an observation. my daughter and i will definitely be going back for our nail services from here on out. read more

I just moved to the area and went to this salon because my sister recommended it. my nails were in desperate need of attention and I couldn't even hold out another day. the girl my sister recommended was not working and I was promised that there were other technicians that do a great job with dipping powders. I've been using dipping powders for more than 10 years and I'm VERY familiar with how it's done and the results I should expect. this was one of the worst experiences that I've ever paid $100 for. the color wasn't even remotely close to the samples I was presented. it didn't seem right while they were being done, but knowing the color can change with the final steps I kept hoping it was going to change to the correct color. the technician was making personal phone calls in the beginning and seemed more interested in what was going on around the salon than my nails. he left old polish on several nails, and despite my pointing it out, ignored it. the job is not smooth, the nails are lumpy and the edges weren't smoothed like they should have been. the dipping powder is almost non-existent on some parts of my nails. at least the pedicurist recognized that the "matching" polish for my toes didn't seem right and brought it to my attention and we changed the polish. so now I have different color toes than fingernails. the manager told me to call him in the AM and he would have the girl I was recommended fix it for me. I came in at the scheduled time and was given an excuse that when the dipping powders get older they don't always match the charts, and was offered a gel paint OVER top of the crappy job that was done to my nails. I explained that wasn't going to solve all the issues, and that I don't use gel because it doesn't last as long as I need it to, hence my using dipping powder to begin with. but polishing over a crappy job wasn't going to make them look nice. so I chose to say forget it and not return to the salon. A $100 service shouldn't have ended up this way. and if you want your nail tech to pay attention to the job they're doing on YOUR hands, look elsewhere. this is a typical "chain salon" that is more concerned with pumping out customers than they are quality of their service. it's clear tue manager simply didn't expect me to return for him to make good on his promise. I'll take my business and my referrals somewhere else. Word of advice to this salon... Don't make a promoter unhappy With substandard service. read more

Very disappointed with my services.I had a regular gel manicure, regular pedicure and full face waxing.Pedicure corners of of nails were cut off which will cause ingrown nails, cuticles on both manicure and pedicure were not done , nails were not cleaned underneath and after polish was put on nails were filed which made them rough and will cause polish to peel especially on the gel as it is not sealed. Sadly on the face waxing I was burned with the wax and wax dripped into my hair. I really want to give more stars. touch is a great nail salon. My issue is as a man when you pay for a mani/pedi why is is ok to complete 80% of the pedi wrap your legs with hot towels then while you are in the pedi chair the tech does your manicure. This results in what I feel is a rushed manicure and the towels around your legs are ice cold by the time the manicure is done. So your sitting there while your legs are freezing feeling your pedicure is rushed. You pay for both services. Management should look at this. read more

If they were honest about a wait time or even not let me schedule for today I would've been happier than I am now. Be honest, and take priority over the people who book appointments. He told me to go sit in chair # 1 which is a pedi chair. I said I wanted my fingers done first and I would come back for my feet. Eyes burned, the lashes were clumps (I specifically asked for singles) they started falling out that day, I could feel the glue... I disputed the charge but didn't get anywhere.
