James Pressman, Jack's youngest son is the CEO and the company remains a dominant player in the cutthroat toy market today. The company has successfully licensed well-known film and television properties over the years in order to create and market top-grossing games and other toys, including Disney's Snow White in the 1930s, The Mickey Mouse Club in the 1950s, the popular television game shows Wheel of Fortune in the 1980s and Who Wants to be A Millionaire? at the end of the 1990s, and more recently Spiderman, the successful movie based on the comic book hero. I encountered Pressman Toys when I ordered their popular game Rummikub from Amazon. It's a tile-based game for 2 to 4 players which combines the elements of rummy and mahjong. There are 106 tiles in the game and each player starts off with 14 on their rack. The object is to play the tiles on your rack in sets or runs with the object of using all your tiles. It's fun, it's challenging, and I usually beat my mom when we play. You should absolutely pick up a game for your next family game night!. [Review 18951 overall - 446 in Texas - 2475 of 2022.]

"crickets" Apparently they don't respond to their website but they did respond when I ordered a tile and had to pay for it including shipping.. Poor customer service and I wonder if they do this on purpose so they can charge extra for their product.. Buy somewhere else.

I've recently gotten back into my action figure/adult collectible hobby and stopped in Madness…read moreGames and Comics on a friend's recommendation. Although it does not carry what I'm specifically interested in, if you like to play board games in a relaxed social atmosphere and pick up more modern-day collectibles, this might be the place for you. Madness has a wide variety of collector card sets, board games, and also modern action figure lines, with Star Wars and G.I. Joe as large focal points. Madness does carry some vintage Star Wars figures from the '70s/'80s but it really shines with the franchise toy lines that have come after that heyday, with deep inventory in the sequel trilogy figures, Power of the Force, post-prequel movie and streaming show figures, and the Retro Collection. This is also the place if you love the Pop! Funko figures (which I do not in the least) as Madness has definitely gone all in on the craze. I found the staff to be helpful with my questions during my visit and they gave me space to think about some items I was mulling over. Although I probably won't be a frequent visitor, I appreciate the unique offerings Madness brings, especially in creating community.

Literally my favorite games store in DFW. Amazing selection for a lot of things (the only place…read morethat beats them out is Game Nerdz in the Warhammer dept.), offering a TON of amazing options from game dice to Gundam to Funko Pops and everything nerdy inbetween! I would complain about the prices but it's small game store prices and they run sales often, and the staff is always so kind and friendly and ready to help anyone out! And the cherry on top is the free first-come-first-serve tables in the back for whatever you want them for. It's literally my comfort place haha
