We have had our 4 dogs groomed here a few times. The last time they came back from being groomed…read moreall acting weird. Shaking, hiding...not like them at all. The next day we were leaving for vacation and all my dogs seemed like they were okay. Our 3 year old Frenchie still was off. First night away a dog sitter told me the Frenchie still wasn't acting right and that she was shaking. Hours later she couldn't walk. Frenchies are prone to Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) this we know. But our Frenchie is barely 3 and has never had any issues ever. Had to be rushed to a surgeon and they had to do surgery. Her hind legs are paralyzed. We called Woof Gang and spoke to a manager and they said they viewed the camera and spoke to the groomer and they claimed nothing happened. The surgeon said she had either jumped or fallen from something high or was hit by a car. We also noticed one of her nails wasn't trimmed at all, which to me seems like something possibly happened and they stopped and kenneled her. Another review on here said their dogs were shaking when they went to get them groomed there and they had a bad experience. Something is up with this place. There is no need to take even a chance of them hurting your dog. Just be safe and go somewhere else!

Just the small amount of time of being around this wonderful women I can tell she is a strong willed person. I have some mad respect for her cause even with her hand in constant pain she is still at work with a smile on her face and super sweet to the people she encounters at work. I know so many kids my age that would stay at home and find any reason to not be at work. The world needs more people like Sharon. You all have some beautiful hearted people working at your store and I can tell the employees take pride in their work there. Not enough people do that these days and it makes me respect the people that work like Sharon more and more. They make great examples for the kids my age to look up to and try to be more like.
