I had been "just looking" on previous occasions, loved her website, but had not made up my mind until I was actually in desperate need. Others popped up in the search, but her office was the first one I called. I guess it just felt right. I left a message and they got back to me right away. We set up an appointment to check out the tooth. Everyone I encountered were really great, made me feel at ease. Made another appointment to have tooth extracted, which was good being the morning of, it had gone nuclear in the pain dept. Again, the staff and Dr. McCarthy, made everything go along fine. So, that convinced me to see about becoming a regular patient. I recently had xrays, exam, cleaning... I cannot complain. They are awesome. I honestly couldn't ask for a better dentist or dental staff (especially, Betty, who did a great job on the heavy duty cleaning my toofers needed)!

I had several appointments and everything is going as planned. The staff is very nice and caring from the front desk to the technicians. They honored my insurance and I have had no billing issues. I highly recommend this place. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'm going to have to go to another location to get a root canal when it says this location does them. I understand, but shouldn't be on their page that they do it. No big deal. They also gave me an antibiotic treatment to help me try to save that tooth while I get the root canal. I never saw the same dentist or…read morehygienist more than once and was always kept waiting for my appointment for at least a half hour with never so much as an apology. All three of the dentists spent more effort aggressively trying to sell me on Invisalign than on actually discussing or examining my teeth. My teeth bled and were very sore for days after the last cleaning, the first time that has happened and the tipping point for me. The staff at the front desk are discourteous and while I understand the wait time is not in their control, the least they could do is apologize and provide accurate information. I was not treated with respect and would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Turns out they don't and their prices were higher than my plans allowances, so more out of pocket. So for poor deceptive practices, thumbs down.
