Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Please read the reviews before booking! They are are very helpful and very true! I'm a flight attendant and didn't know what time I would make it in. Therefore I couldn't book early in advance. After getting a confirmed seat on a flight I called the company which was around 1:30 est. I spiked with dan to book my confirmation and he told me to call once I got my bags. I informed dan I would be arriving at 4:50 and wouldn't have to get any bags from baggage claim. He instructed me to still call and that it would be another flight coming around the same time so he would be outside waiting. I arrived early and was already walking outside at 4:50 and was able to get in contact with someone at 4:53! The rude lady informed me that the driver had just left and wouldn't be there for another 45 mins to an hour. After dan told me he would be waiting! Once I informed her of what he said she stated "he would never say that" how did I know about the other flight that the company was waiting on then? I then asked for the manager name. (because I didn't know that the guy I spoke to was the manager) and she refused to give it to me and hung up in my face. I then called back and spoke with Katy who was nice AT FIRST and got the manager name from her. She informed of the same time frame. After waiting an hr I called back to get the status of the driver eta and was told another 30 to 45 mins!!! At this point I'm irritated and upset because I landed at 4:30 and was downstairs at 4:50 and it had been over an hour. Why wouldn't I be upset about waiting almost 2 hours for a pick up? I then cancelled the shuttle requested uber And they came within 7 minutes! Photos below show each time I called the company. When I'm paying for transportation, I don't want to be fearing that my life is going to end. On Friday August 18, I paid for Transportation from Orlando Airport to Cocoa Beach Courtyard. Your driver was going excessively over the speed limit and then would have to slam on the brakes. The trouble is the brakes would squeal and then the entire van would shake. That's not normal. Returning on August 26th, the driver told us the previous day his van had broken down at the airport. The company gave him this van. The light inside the van would not go off so he kept jumping out opening and closing doors trying to get it to go off. No such luck. The check engine light was on our entire drive. If the company would PROPERLY service the vehicles you would not have this happen. You not only put your drivers lives in danger but all of your passengers. It's only a matter of time before you have a lawsuit on your hands. As a parting thought, I always tip my drivers. Its extremely unprofessional to have signs plastered all over the vans saying they expect a tip, what a proper tip should be, etc etc. Then to announce it numerous times. Tips are not required nor should they be expected. They are for extraordinary service. Right? Yet we always give them. I don't need to be reminded of it when I already planned on giving you one. In fact, I will give you less if you continue to ask me for one throughout the drive. You may want to retrain your people. read more

We contracted Cocoa Beach Shuttle thru The Radisson for return transportation to Orlando International Airport following a 7 day cruise on 11-2-14. After we exited the terminal, we found the correct representative, and were told it would just be a few minutes until the shuttle arrived. It turned out to be about 20 to 30 minutes, but we had plenty of time, so that wasn't a big problem. Our shuttle arrived, and we were told we could get in as our luggage was loaded. There were 7 adult passengers in the 11 passenger van, along with all of our luggage from this 7 day cruise. Prior to leaving, the driver was instructed to stop at the Disney terminal to pick up a family of 3, also coming off a 7 day cruise, with all of their luggage. The driver tried to tell his dispatcher that he was full, to no avail. We stopped to pick up the family. As they were getting in, I felt luggage being shoved against the back of my neck, and observed luggage being shoved against the neck of the passenger seated next to me. I told my wife that I hoped the driver didn't have to make any sudden stops, or the luggage would fly into the back of my head. As we rode down the road, I noticed a strong shudder from the van, that I associated with an unbalanced tire. I looked up at the driver, and noticed the steering wheel shaking in sync with the shudder that I felt coming from the vehicle. Thankfully, we arrived safely at the airport. After our experience, I assume the State of Florida does not inspect commercial passenger vehicles, or Van #103 would have been removed from service until repairs were made. Cocoa Beach Shuttle should be avoided for transportation in central Florida. They have no regard for the safety of their passengers, or that of the travelling public. If I could give zero stars I would. We disembarked our ship, arrived at the cruise terminal, and we and 40 others waited an hour and fifteen minutes for a coach bus that was "10 minutes away". Called the CBS main office to ask what's going on and they were of no help. There were smaller CBS busses arriving and dropping off but never picked anyone up. Finally we were led across the parking lot, through a tunnel and then across another parking lot to meet the bus. The bus didn't fit everyone and it left a group of 8 and all their bags stranded in the parking lot. We eventually left at 10:45 for the airport and were informed would only be dropped off at terminal A. Stay away from Cocoa Beach Shuttle unless you want to have a stressful morning post-cruise hoping you'll make it to the airport on time. This is why they now want you to pre-pay. If you want the authentic Cocoa Beach Shuttle experience, flush $160 down your toilet. Then, enlist a friend to answer your weekly calls about a refund for the service you did not receive, as you were stood up for your shuttle pick up. Have them respond by saying the manager is out and cannot provide an update, or that they can take your information to see about a refund, or that they can give you an email address for the manager (who will never email you back). Repeat this for 3 months. read more

My Bestie of 40 years went on our first vacation together, after being fully vaccinated. The shuttle driver Dave was amazing, he drove us to CoCo Beach. Going back to Orlando 5 days later. The most Vulgar Racist Speaking Political person drove us back. Did i mention racist? He hated the gays and the blacks (his words) followed by long stories. My Daughter is married to her High School girlfriend. I performed their ceremony proud moment for me. And My Besties grandchildren are Biracial. He did not give us his name. It was the worst hour I We have EVER spent in an automobile. He did not stop talking. Felt like we were getting punked or a crazy Twilight Zone episode. I really wanted to jump out, my friend would not let me. I emailed the CEO when I returned home. Did Email me back said never had problems with him before, promised to speak with him. They lie to you every time you call. Picked us up over one hour late and we missed our flight. Very unprofessional company, kept saying driver was ten minutes away. The lady at the port was clueless. We waited over 1 hour as groups that got off the boat after us got put onto shuttles. We also got the 5 minutes out line. Then the driver that was supposedly 5 minutes out wasn't even the driver that came and got us 15 minutes later. Then the driver wad told to go to another spot to pick up another group of people. Luckily I had already changed our flight to a later flight thar leaves at 3:30 or we would have missed our flight. We had a reservation for a shuttle from Orlando airport to Cocoa Beach booked for 8 people. As soon as I landed, I called and gave them a heads up that our plane had arrived. The person said "Oh, you were scheduled for blah, blah. I said "yes, the flight moved." The person then wanted me to call them when we got to the baggage area. I called again and was told that the driver would be on his way. The driver called and we were still waiting for our luggage. The driver told me to call again once we got our luggage. I called AGAIN and said that we were waiting. An empty shuttle came and then left. We waited again and a couple shuttles came and went, calling other people's names. Finally, after an hour and half, another shuttle came and I asked about getting on the shuttle and the driver said Okay, he didn't know anything about us. Drive to Cocoa Beach was fine. The driver asked about what hotels everyone was in. The driver dropped all of the other people off and then said "OHH, there are two blah blah hotels and what is the address. The hotel that we were schedule in was at the beginning of the trip. He had to take us back to the very beginning where we could have been dropped off first. Then,when we got off the cruise and were waiting for a shuttle back to the airport, there were 27 of us on this trip. This was an entire shuttle load. We had to wait until everyone was off the ship. Once everyone got there, we told the attendant. We waited for an Hour and a Half to get picked up. We were the last group standing. There were people who were scheduled for flights. Once again, the excuse was that the ship didn't dock until late. This place doesn't apparently keep up on flight and docking schedules and doesn't have good communication to arrange proper pickup. The bus on the way to Cocoa was dirty and in disrepair. Our real problem was on the return from the cruise ship to MCO. We had specifically stated in our reservation that due to our flight time we needed to leave no later than 11am. We arrived at the Cocoa Beach Shuttle desk at 10am they took our name and said it would be a few minutes. 5 different shuttles showed up to the port and let people out but would not let anyone on. Finally, at 11:30 we had to call for a Lyft which cost us $82.00. read more

We chose our hotel because they stated that they offered an airport shuttle. I did not know at the time it was booked through this company. We were able to make our reservations 30 days before our stay. When we arrived at MCO, we had no contact information for the driver. I called their main line, and the office was closed for another hour, so we were a little upset. We decided to head to the spot anyway, and luckily, the driver was there waiting. He was very friendly, and we had good conversation on the way to the hotel. Being dropped off was a much different story. I got a call the day before to confirm the trip and get the contact info for the driver. The person on the line seemed irritated that I was at the beach and didn't have a pen to write anything down. I feel like texting should be an option when you are calling someone visiting a beach. The next day, we waited for our driver. I called because I was worried about his arrival. He told me he'd be 5 minutes late. I was already concerned about time. When booking, I asked the agent to suggest a pick up time based on our flight because I do not have much experience in this arena. They did. So, once the driver was 10 minutes late, I called again. I explained I was worried about the timing for our flight, and he asked when we were departing. I told him, and he told me I booked the wrong shuttle, I should have made it for an earlier trip. I told him that this was the doing of the agent who booked it, and he said, he'd hurry. So, he got there quickly and got us packed quickly, but then we headed in the wrong direction. We asked, you know you are taking us to the airport, right, and he explained he had another to pick up. So, he goes to the pick up, and nobody is there. He gets out and asks someone, to find out that the person is waiting on the other side! So, another 5 minute drive, and we have the 2nd passenger. From there, our driver did what he could, and in the end, we made it on time. The communication needs work in this company. Better planning should be done too. We used Cocoa Beach Shuttle from MCO to the Radisson at the Port and then from the cruise port in Port Canaveral back to MCO. Actually, on the way there it ended up being fine, although I heard some horror stories. On the way back, it was a disaster. We booked a shuttle for 8 people from the cruise port back to MCO. I called them right when we got our luggage. The woman on the phone told me where to meet the driver. I went to "zone B" as instructed. There was no one there. I figured they were a little late and continued to wait. 45 minutes later, still no shuttle. Everyone I asked kept telling me to find a guy named George. When I finally found him, I told him that we were waiting and he told me I needed to check in, but then walked away from me. I spent another 20 minutes trying to figure out where to check in. I found George again and said "can you give me more information about what I need to do?" and he looked at me and laughed and said "do some jumping jacks" (it was 40 degrees out) and walked away again. Two hours from the original phone call, I found a woman who helped me and told me where to go, but there was still no shuttle. George finally tells me that there is one coming and it should be soon. One pulls up and they let another group get on and leave first. Finally, our shuttle comes. But wait, they overbooked it and there are not enough seats for everyone. They said they would take us all, but you're not allowed to stand so he suggested some people sit on the stairs or on the floor. What? For an hour drive? That's not the safest idea. Luckily, we had a later flight because we would have missed it if it were any earlier. I would never use this company again. read more

Dear Mr. Mel, On Wednesday, February 5th, 2020 at 3:07 pm I booked and paid $38.00 to be picked up between 8 and 9 am and taken to Orlando International Airport on Saturday February 8th. I explained that I my flight was at 12 pm noon. I received a confirmation email on February 5th that very same day at 3:07 pm with time, date and purchasing agreement along with payment receipt. On Friday, February 7th, 2020 at 6:47 pm I received a phone call verifying that I was going to be ready at 8:15 am the next morning for pick-up which I agreed to even though I didn't need to be at the OIA until 10:00 am. This was the only time they would be available to pick me up was on their way over and not on the way back to Orlando. The customers on the beachside needed more time to get ready so I again agreed to an early pick up time. The person on the other end of the phone wanted to make sure that I was aware that it was necessary for me to tip the driver which I said I always took very good care of those who take care of me. At this point, I felt so very well taken care of that I knew your company was on point and they had things under control. The next morning, February 8th at 8:30 am I began to worry when no one arrived so I called Cocoa Beach Shuttle Service to see if directions needed to be given or if something had happened to the driver. I was told the driver was on their way and to please not be worried and asked to please tip the driver which I said I would and told them I had agreed to in the beginning. At 8:50 am I called your company again, the gentleman said, "the driver forgot to pick me up and he's going to stop on his way back from the beach". I was reminded yet again to tip the driver. At 9:11 am I called again, I was assured that they had another driver in the area that I should be ready to jump on the shuttle in the next ten minutes and to please tip the driver. Really??? Yes, of course I will tip the driver, but I need to get on the shuttle first before I can do this...Now it is 9:40 am, I am severely concerned and I called the company to give them one more chance just in case they truly did have someone in the area and I was told they were right around the corner and would be there to pick me up in a few minutes. However, I called back at 10:42 am to cancel my ride with your company. I explained to them that I wouldn't be able to make my flight even if they picked me up, but the gentleman assured me that the driver would be pulling into my driveway within the next 3 minutes and it was too late to cancel. For some reason, I wasn't reminded on this call to tip the driver only because I think he knew my frustration. In the end, I was picked up at 10:55 am and arrived at OIA at 11:25 am on February 8th for a 12:05 pm flight. I had to cancel and change plane reservations to the tune of $600, the Shuttle Service Ride $38, and Yes I did give the driver a tip because as far as I'm concerned she is the only person at your company that held up her end of the service that was provided. I was told that when I returned from my vacation that I could let you know how much I underappreciated your company's services and the extra $600 it cost me in change of flight fees. I hope that I am anomaly because otherwise Cocoa Beach Shuttle Service will not be in business very much longer. I have emailed both the Vice President of the company and the Service Manager of the Company. I cannot get a Response from anyone. Waited a very long time for the shuttle at MCO. We called our driver as instructed when we arrived, only to be told by him that we would have a different driver. We called the new driver who told us he'd be 30 minutes. We waited over an hour in total and were very disappointed. Our driver though was wonderful and extremely friendly and personable. Was very pleasantly surprised to see that Cocoa Beach Shuttle refunded my credit card the full cost of the transportation. I respect a company that will make it right when they disappoint a customer. Our transfer to the ship was fine; however, upon return, I contacted them as instructed but waited over an hour to picked up only to turn around to pick up 3 additional passengers to stuff 9 people into a dirty, unsafe van. My plane wasn't late , I followed their instructions. They left without me leaving me stuck here . First of all, I feel bad that it has taken me so long to write a review as we had a truly wonderful experience on two separate trips with Cocoa Beach Shuttle. We first used them in 2013 to go from the Orlando airport hotel we were staying at to the Disney cruise terminal and then did the exact same trip in Nov. 2017. We also used the service for the return to the airport on both trips. All shuttles were private with direct transportation. The price was reasonable and it included a short stop on the way to the ship for us to pick up some snacks. The trips were all on time and we have no complaints but what motivates me to write this review is the remarkable and kind service this company offered us when we realized way too late that our elderly mother forgot her diabetic medication at the hotel in Orlando AFTER we were all the way to Cape Canaveral. I wish I could remember our driver's name but he was so kind. As we panicked about what we were going to do (we did not have enough time to go all the way back-we would have missed the cruise) he was able to secure another driver that worked for Cocoa Beach to go out of his way to our Orlando airport hotel and to again go out of his way to the Disney terminal to hand deliver us the medication. This effort and human kindness will always be remembered by our family as it saved our dream vacation to celebrate my mom's 80th bday. Thank you so much to the entire Cocoa Beach team! read more

I took Cocoa beach shuttle to and from MCO/Port Canaveral on 4/11/15. Despite the reviews there is no complaints! They were outside of the terminal when we got there at MCO and they were right there when we got off the ship on Monday. Very few people on the bus, no complaints!! read more

Had to wait a very long time for the shuttle and, to make matters worse, the driver talked non-stop about politics and religion insulting people in the car. 20 minutes late....no big deal since my flight wasn't till the next day but a phone call would have been nice. Then after a unexpected stop at the main office and then another random stop at some sketch ball office park we were finally off to the airport. My 50 minute shuttle ride ended up being a 90 minute ride. The driver was nice though. Next time I will probably try one of the other shuttle companies. The shuttle company was very nice when we made the initial inquiries. I made sure they had the correct address for where we were going. But when the time came to be picked up and taken to the correct address, they did not provide it to the driver. The driver then had to take us twenty miles the opposite direction, which was not her fault. To get she had to get us back to our hotel. Then on top of it the company surcharge just for their mistake of not getting it right in the first place even though we provided it in our emails exactly where we were going once we left the airport. It almost made us miss a dinner engagement because of the mix-up. Our driver went above and beyond to help us get to our appointment on time! A 2-star review on Yelp is "Meh. I've experienced better." and that is really how I feel. I would probably not book with these guys again. I felt that the price was way too high for what we received. The mini-bus we used (8 of us in our party) had a window duct taped on. We were told we had our own ride, but we had to wait 45 minutes at the airport for another family. The ride from MCO to Port Canaveral was okay. I felt safe. Still wondering why it cost $400 (nearly) for a round trip. The ride from the hotel in Cocoa Beach to Port Canerval was tough to coordinate (there were 15 of us then). And the ride back to Orlando from the port was okay. Nothing awful. Just "Meh. Booked Cocoa Beach shuttle from the Disney Pop Century Resort to Port Canaverl and then from Port Canaverl to MCO one week later, for 11 people. Never again! Our scheduled pick-up time at the resort was 10:30am. We all gathered with our luggage in front of the resort at 10:15am (9 adults and 2 children). At 10:28 Cocoa Beach Shuttle called to say that they were running late and would be there in 15-20 minutes. At 11:05 when they had not arrived, we called and were told that they would be there in 5 minutes. At 11:15 we called again and were told that they were just leaving another Disney property and would be there any second. At 11:35, they pulled in.....more than an hour late. We were given a 10% discount for their lateness. We were picked up in a lovely mini-bus. Another family of four got on with us for a ride to their hotel. Since we were an hour late already, I was happy the driver did not drop them at their hotel before he dropped us at the port. That was the one thing this company got right! We had been told when booking our return trip to the airport that Cocoa Beach Shuttle had vans leaving the cruise port every 30 minutes. When we were dropped off at the port, we were shown where to find "George" to check in for our return trip. We checked in with George shortly after 9am and thought that would be plenty of time for a 12:20pm flight. Hah! First off, there wasn't a private van there for the 11 of us. There was a 100 person bus that had only 4 people on it when we arrived. That should have been my first clue! We waited until that bus was almost full before FINALLY leaving at 10am. Now, we were moving, right?! Oh, no. Then....we had to drive to the Disney terminal to pick up 10 more people!! At that point, the bus was actually over full (as a man and his 2 yr old sat on the front steps of the bus due to lack of seats!) We didn't arrive at the airport until almost 11am and with long lines to check in and to get through security, we BARELY made it to our gate in time for boarding our 12:20 flight! I expected when arranging transport with Cocoa Beach Shuttle to have a private ride in a van for the 11 of my party. Had I realized that we would be waiting for a full bus, I would NEVER have booked them. There are other companies who, for the same price, will give you a PRIVATE ride. They were waiting for us when our plane arrived and even though there were only 2 of us, we got to go to our hotel right away! Great service, friendly drivers. Used Cocoa Beach Shuttle to take us from our town house to the cruise terminal and home. Very reasonably prices for a family of 5. Called day before to confirm.
