NOT WORTH THE DISCOUNT! DO NOT USE IF YOUR TIME IS OF ANY VALUE TO YOU!! We booked Cocoa Beach Shuttle for transportation from and to the MCO airport for our cruise. We were instructed via email confirmation that our pickup from the airport at would be 12pm. We arrived early at 10:45a and called to ask if we could be picked up on an earlier shuttle. We were told that would not be a problem - that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. At 11:35 we called to ask about the ETA for the shuttle and were told that the dispatcher was waiting for the rest of our party to arrive before he SENT the shuttle. We told him our entire party was here already and were told they would send the shuttle at this point, giving us another 30 minute wait time. At 12pm we called again because the bus still wasn't there and were told it was on its way. We finally boarded the shuttle around 12:30pm - half an hour after our scheduled pick up time and an hour and 45 minutes after the they told us we could expect the shuttle the first time. Coming off the ship, we had a scheduled pick up time of 7:35am. We were out and waiting at the correct pick up spot at 7:25am. We waited till 7:36am - when no shuttle was to be seen, we called the office only to be automatically sent to their out of office reply. It instructed us that the office was currently closed and we could call back when it opened at 7:15am - which should have been 21 minutes prior to the call time. At 7:45am we called again and someone actually answered. We were told the shuttle runs every half an hour-ish starting around 7:30am. We asked for an eta on our driver and were told by the dispatcher that he would send him and it would be just a "few minutes". At 7:55 the driver pulled up and we loaded into the van. We were told that the shuttle would be waiting at our stop for a few more minutes to try to catch other passengers then we would be heading to the next ship to wait for passengers there. We left the second ship at 8:20am (with no additional passengers) with a traffic ETA of 43 minutes to get to the airport. Assuming we get to the airport at 9:03 am, we will be given only 22 minutes to traverse MCO, get through security, take the train, and get to our gate before boarding at 9:25am. If we would have left at the scheduled time of 7:35am as we booked, we would have arrived at 8:18am, 2 minutes before we even left the second pickup spot. Also note that "runs roughly every 30 minutes" is obviously false advertising. The drivers are sent and directed by dispatchers only when you call for the shuttle. If it truly ran every 30 minutes, our pickup wait time from the airport would have been much shorter and they wouldn't have had to worry about the non-existent second half of our party. We were told "that's the issue with using a group shuttle" as an excuse for the company not following their scheduled pickup times or their advertised running times. Furthermore, when we originally booked, they had a promotion on the website saying round trip for two people from MCO to the cruise ports would be roughly $50. When we called to book, they told us that was an error and it was $50+ per person. They would not honor what the website said and we were charged $106.40. Charles the driver was the only redeemable part of our experience. He did the perfect customer service phrasing of "oh gosh - yeah that is so tough. Sorry, I just have to do what the dispatcher tells me. It gets crazy down here. I understand this is frustrating and this is bad customer service." Perfectly placating us to diffuse the situation - shifting the blame to the dispatcher who has the authority to not honor the scheduled times we booked. read more

If you want to miss your flight after your cruise take this shuttle service. Don't let them charge your credit card until you are sitting in the seat of the shuttle. Once they have your money they don't care whether or not you make your flight. Several days ago I made a reservation to go from the cruise port terminal to the airport for today at 7:30am. I felt pretty confident I wasn't going to have the same problems as the other reviewers had since I had a reservation I paid for. This morning at 7:30a I disembarked from the ship. I see a lot of shuttles from other companies picking up their customers at 7:30 am leaving no one behind. I even received a few offers to get a ride with them to the airport but I declined because I had my reservation I paid for with Coco Beach Shuttle. I found the employee of Coco beach shuttle at the cruise port and she couldn't find my reservation on the roster. At this point the van shows up at 7:45am and every one else with reservations gets on the van. There is no room left for me. I spoke with the woman who didn't have my reservation and she was working on getting another shuttle to come. By 8am I did not have an answer when or if a shuttle was coming. From other reviews I have read here people would have similar situation happen to them and they would have to wait an hour and a half for the next shuttle to come. I had an earlier flight and I needed to get to the airport ASAP and I found another shuttle from another company to take me. I called CoCo beach Shuttle company to inform them that I had to take another shuttle with another company and that I need to be reimbursed due to their failure to provide service. The man on the phone informed me that they sent me an email detailing their cancellation policy of 24 hours when I made a reservation and that I won't be reimbursed. First of all I never received that email nor did I cancel they failed to provide a service that I already paid for. He then acted like someone that didn't have their morning beverage yet and had a tantrum. He said I wasn't being nice because I demanded my money back and then he hung up. I get the sense they are having staffing issues and it comes out in how they react to stressful situations. We were told we would be picked up at 8:30. We called the head office and told the shuttle would be there in ten minutes. Well, we finally left the airport after 10, and had to stop for gas along the way. We got to our hotel at 11:30. If your time means anything to you, don't book with this company. read more

Do yourself a favor and find another method of transportation. My guests have used this service over the years with a wide range of satisfaction, but the past few times have not been good and the customer service is a complete disservice. While some of the drivers are nice it seems they are typically late. They overcharged me for a trip and the manager was sarcastic and rude. Ron would be fired immediately if I owned this company. Geneva the booking agent was apologetic and helpful, but limited in what she could do to correct the error. A better company should snag Geneva as an employee. read more

This place was late at the airport. Then they took a crazy route to get to the hotel. The next day, going to the pier they were late again. We called for an ETA and they gave us a long list of excuses. They also told us they had a half hour past pickup time to get you... which was not told to us at booking, and even with that leeway they were late. read more

I should have called when I landed. The directions that were emailed got me to she spot I was supposed to be. I landed at 4pm and had the shuttle reserved for 415pm. Them email stated that the shuttle comes by approx. Every 30 minutes. I called at 415pm and let them know I was waiting. The receptionist said it would he 30 minutes. I waited 40 and called back. To be honest, I think this review is a bit unfair to the other drivers, but I had one of the single worst travel experiences with one driver. Outside of this event, the prices were entirely reasonable, the drivers were friendly, and the service was prompt. So I honestly hat to review them so low. However... When we first arrived at Orlando airport, we had to wait for a bit for a shuttle to arrive. Once they did, the driver (whose name I did not get, but he was older with a long salt and pepper braid down his back), got out and started pacing around, grumbling that another driver should have been there already. I stood to the side with our luggage and let my wife talk to him. He eventually came back, looked at me and asked "Where are you going?" I told him our hotel destination and he gestured at the trailer and aside we'd be his second stop, so our luggage needed to go in first. I thanked him and boarded the bus. There was some confusion about seating and he came to count seats. He leaned over my eight year old daughter and angrily asked our name. I told him and he bellowed (over my daughter), "your name isn't on my f****** list! I clearly f****** said who was to get on the bus! Get the f*** off my bus!" We did, and he continued to rant. He asked where our luggage was and I told him he loaded it first after he told me to bring it over. At that point he raged, 'I've been doing this for sixteen f****** years, and I don't make f****** mistakes. Now get the f*** out of my face.' I'll admit I was getting hot, but decided to just walk away and told him I sincerely apologized. Not to be mollified, he shot back, 'you'd better f****** apologize." I've updated both VisitOrlando and the Cocoa Beach tourism organization about this. I truly don't like doing that, since every other driver was friendly, courteous and professional. My family and I booked a round trip shuttle and were satisfied with our services with Cocoa Beach Shuttle. Although we got a little hung up with our pick up from the cruise our driver still got us to our flight on time. I will be using them again for future vacations. read more

DO NOT USE. If I could give them a zero star review, I would. Do not use this shuttle. I scheduled two rides. The first one from the airport to a hotel. They overbooked the van, which was so run down in the first place. The last passengers, who clearly would not have fit in the van with their suitcases, decided to cancel their ride and find another mode of transportation. The driver started arguing with them, trying to prove that he could fit their suitcases, a ride on scooter, and all of their family in the van. He clearly could not. This ordeal delayed us by 45 minutes. Then, the driver was so scary on the road. Weaving, speeding, and barely braking. Also, talking and texting on the phone, not a bluetooth device. I called to cancel my future ride. They told me that they do not offer full refunds, but after detailing my experience, they rudely agreed to offer a 100% refund, and then hung up on me. After checking my bank statement, I realized that they did NOT refund me the full amount. I called back, and they told me that a manager needed to take care of it, and that I needed to email them. I asked when I should expect to hear back, and they told me that they couldn't answer because they didn't know when a manager would be back in the office. So thankful that I have Capital One. We booked this shuttle for a vacation in the Orlando area. We wanted to spend the weekend in Cocoa Beach before heading into Orlando and visiting the theme parks. Other services charge over $100 - $150 going one way. This shuttle was very affordable charging a bit over $150 for a round trip. Not only that, but they dropped us off and picked us up in front of our hotel. Since we weren't going to the airport on the way back we were concerned it would be an issue, but they actually took us right into town and dropped us at our next hotel. We didn't wait at all once we had gotten off our flight at the airport. Their reception called us the day before to comfirm pickup times and locations every time we were scheduled. She was always very polite and quick to help. We even decided that we would like a later pickup from Cocoa Beach so we could see a little more of the area after scheduling to be picked up early in the morning originally. They had no problem making the adjustment for us at no additional costs. I also want to add that I read another review about a driver with a long braid yelling at people. We had that same driver bringing us back into Orlando and found him to be great. He dropped off all the other riders at the airport first and was very quick. After it was just us two riding with him. We chatted for a while about the area we would be staying and he made suggestions about different places to go and see. (Which we did, and all were great suggestions) All in all I would recommed this shuttle to EVERYONE! I'm not sure why other people were having a difficult time with it. If I could give zero stars I would. I reserved the shuttle on Saturday for my daughter who was traveling to Cocoa Beach alone on Monday. Her flight landed at 8:40 pm. When she called after her flight landed she was told they did not have record of her reservation and were extremely rude. I would not count on this company. Get a Lyft instead. Horrendous service. Prior to arriving in Orlando, I called to confirm the fares and pickup times. Once we gathered our luggage, we called and "Tom" directed us to platform/space 14 and 15 and quoted us every 30 minutes. 1 hour and 10 minutes later they arrived to find a crowded and overbooked van. Needless to say we were the first in line so we got on, but the driver had to turn away two groups who claimed to have been scheduled. The pickup from the Disney Cruise Terminal (4/17/15) was the worst part. I spoke with the lady at 9:20 AM after clearing customs and she directed me to space 1 and that a shuttle will be there every 30 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later our shuttle came. Before that, I called after 50 minutes and the same lady was very short and spoke with an abrasive tone claiming that I called at 10:00 and haven't been waiting for more than 20 minutes...doesn't even make sense. She wasn't helpful and began cutting me off when I was explaining her the situation...apparently she didn't want to hear it because she hung up on me. When a driver came dropping someone off, he looked stressed out and unprofessional looking, he claimed his name was "Steve". Steve refused to provide me the lady's name who answered both my telephone calls. It seemed like they are giving me bogus names and covering up for each other. Never again will I go through them, and on every Disney Cruise blog I will definitely voice my opinions to avoid Cocoa Beach Shuttle. You guys need to work on your customer service. read more

The reservation process was easy. I called the hotel where I was staying and asked for a shuttle recommendation. This one was recommended and I booked it through the hotel. I received a confirmation email directly from the shuttle company stating where to go for pick up and to call them after I had done that. I landed at the airport after a 6-hour flight, called the shuttle company at 4:45pm and was told to wait at a stall number and the driver will be there before 5pm. A few minutes after 5pm I called to see where the driver was and told that the driver was a few minutes away. Still no driver. Then I called again at 5:30pm and told the driver was almost here. I'm still waiting to the shuttle... Between the long flight and the humid weather I am getting very antsy for the shuttle to arrive. IMO it's poor customer service to quote inaccurate times (repeatedly) and I would like to see improvements around their shuttle dispatching process and providing accurate wait times. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Booked a towncar for transport from MCO to Cocoa Beach, and from the port back to MCO. Call center gave HORRIBLE directions to where the driver would be waiting--finally the driver himself had to get my number and call me--only took 35 minutes..... The return trip was even better. After paying $200 for the upgraded towncar service, I stood and waited as no fewer than 3 van loads of shuttle passengers were taken to their destinations. All told, I stood at the terminal for over 45 minutes because, as the Cocoa Beach Shuttle terminal manager said, he "took a gamble and sent my driver on a shuttle run." It gets better....when calling to speak to a manager later that day--he flat out lied to me. When I said I had confirmed my arrival time earlier, he said that he was the one who had talked to me that morning, and I had stated the wrong time. That morning "he" had a woman's voice....Bottom line, this is a shady company, with terrible management and staff; when you screw up, it is NOT the customer's fault, contrary to the words of the manager on several occasions. I was weary about booking with Cocoa Beach Shuttle after reading these reviews but had a good experience overall. We had a 1pm pickup from the Orlando airport and didn't get to the pick-up location until 1:15, the shuttle had just pulled up when we got there - there were two other ladies with a 1pm pickup who complained about the wait, but when you're sharing a communal shuttle for a cheap price then a short wait time can be expected. If you want a private driver to be there on time and cater to you then you can find that for 4x the price. We had no problem with the return. The shuttle was at our hotel the minute it was supposed to be - actually saw the shuttle waiting in the parking lot 10 minutes before the pickup time, but we weren't rushed in. We were the first stop on the way back, we picked up a couple other people and we were on our way. One of the other customers talked too much and over-shared her political views with us which was annoying but not the services fault. If you're looking for a cheap shuttle to get you from Point A to Point B, Cocoa Beach Shuttle was a decent service that'll do exactly that. You're going to be sharing it with a mixed bag of other people and you can't really tell what you're going to get in that retrospect. I'd probably only give 3.5 stars, it wasn't exceptional service, but it was cheap and it got us where we needed to be. Might be nice of them to offer water bottles or a small commodity like that to shuttle passengers to boost customer service. read more

Savior! This shuttle was such a great price and definitely beat renting a car or cabbing it all the awy to Cocoa Beach. It costs $33 (single passenger) from MCO (Orlando Airport) to Cocoa Beach. (But, the more people you have in your party, the cheaper the rate becomes per person.) The van holds like 15 people and most of the people were heading to a cruise departing from Cape Canaveral. If you don't want to deal with potentially rowdy strangers, you probably shouldn't take the shuttle. The driver was super friendly, hilarious and gave me some good Cocoa Beach spots to hit up! Tips are always welcomed, but I apparently didn't know and probably stiffed the driver on the tip. Oops. Loved him, though. Do NOT use this service. Completely unreliable. Picking us up from the airport was okay. We waited forever and they over cramp you into a van. On the way to the ship they showed up to the hotel nearly 30 minutes early and told us they wouldn't wait for us when we needed to stop at the drug store even though they were extremely early. Transportation coming off the ship we had a reservation and we wound up sitting on the curb for over an hour. They kept telling us we would be on the next one and the next one. One finally comes and they keep saying they can ft four to a bench when on the way there they said they could only fit 3. Maybe 4 children that's it. Dispatchers were extremely rude and did not hold true to our reservation. I still have one more transportation with them unfortunately but it will definitely be my last. read more

I needed a round-trip shuttle from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral for a cruise. I read bad reviews about Cocoa Beach Shuttle but I decided to go with them anyway since there are bad reviews for pretty much every shuttle on this route. I really have no complaints. The reservation was easy to make and the girl answering the phone seemed nice. On our departure, the driver called when we were running a little late to meet him and was nice enough to wait on us. On the way back, there were multiple Cocoa Beach Shuttles waiting and we left as soon as we got to the van. The drivers were courteous on both trips. The only minor complaint I have is that when I made the reservation, the girl on the phone said the trip there would only take an hour even with the stops made to pick other people up and drop them off. I really didn't believe that and I turned out to be right. Other people (like us) ran late also when we were picking them up and the trip ended up taking ~1.5 hours. I expected this though and left in plenty of time to catch the ship so I really didn't mind. Overall I would recommend Cocoa Beach Shuttle because they're the cheapest I found for this trip and I would use them again if I need to take this route in the future. read more

The check in woman not only was smoking in our face but attempted to stuff myself and 2 others (in my party) onto a jammed back 11 passenger van. When we complained that we could not fit, she stated we could get on the next shuttle which was full of Disney passengers. Please note we are at the port , just getting back from a cruise. We got on the third shuttle , which had a total of 7 people comfortably (including my party) My advice : pick Uber or alternate forms of transportation. Cocoa Beach Shuttle services will have you pack like sardines. For short distance , maybe you could tolerate it, but going to airport , I need a little bit more room. read more

Yelper Robert C. is so correct. Cocoa Beach Shuttle is excellent upon your arrival pick-up. In fact, my driver Zack called me up and asked if he could pick me up early as bad weather was forecast for later in the afternoon. I got an early start to my trip to the coast and a prompt, on-time pick-up from my hotel in Orlando. Zack was awesome! $33 is a reasonable price for a ride and I paid for my return trip back to Orlando with Zack. Perhaps that was my mistake because when the departure time arrived, my driver was late. Now it was only 15-20 minutes but I have had bad experiences with shuttle services in South Padre Island, so I began to get concerned. Finally the driver pulls up towing a small luggage trailer at the back of his shuttle van. I get in and ask why he was delayed? The driver apologized and said he should have called me to let me know he was on his way. I noticed he was drinking a cup of McDonald's coffee so I imagine the dude got hung up in the drive-thru line across the street. Then I get in the van with him, and this old guy is chomping on his gum like there is no tomorrow. It was so annoying to me and very crude. But that wasn't all. With all the windows rolled up and no relief available, soon the van reeks of smelly farts. The kind you get when you eat beans. Now I know it wasn't me doing that so that left only one other person to be the culprit. SO GROSS! There was one more pick-up along a cramped residential street on Merritt Island. Turning the van around was a big deal because this driver was towing the trailer behind him. We ended up having to ride around the street looking for a place to make a safe U-Turn because of the stupid luggage trailer. This bad experience came on the frustrating tail of having to endure the Arctic Chill that cast a cold pall over Florida, while I was there looking for a good time at the beach. Cocoa Beach Shuttle does have some good office personnel like Brandy, who immediately emails you information or a statement. They answer their phones promptly and seem to be more of a 4 or even 5 YELP STAR business. However, the debatable merits of having a gross old man who farts and chomps gum and then is late picking you up forfeits their STAR LEVEL down to an abysmal 2 STARS. I am no snob but people who work with the public should demand of themselves (or their employers should) a certain level of decorum and good manners. I had the nothing but pleasant experience with this company. I even wrote a thank you letter to them. Please see below: I wanted to write this letter and express my gratitude to your driver and your company. I ordered a shuttle from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral for 11:30 AM on Thursday, November 28, 2013. The driver's name was Paul, I believe. He was very nice and pleasant guy, and funny too. After he dropped me off at Port Canaveral, I realized I lost my cell phone. I thought I would never find it. I promptly called from my wife's phone to Cocoa Beach customer service and they quickly dispatched their driver and my cell phone was found. The driver, turned around and brought back my cell phone within 30 mins. That was the nicest thing that happened to me. I am so grateful to the driver and the company the way they handled it. I regret not having money, to give an extra tip to the driver. I was in a rush to board the cruise ship and was panicking that I lost my phone. Overall the company is very courteous and professional. You guys sent me a confirmation letter after I booked the shuttle and you always picked up the phone when I called. Late, dishonest and unreliable! After repeated calls to the office which claimed that the shuttle was 10 minutes away we stood on the curb at the airport for one hour. When we finally got to our destination (3 1/2 hours after landing) the driver charged us 8 dollars more than the quoted price. When I called to inquire the office said that in addition to the vew price, there was also a 20 percent gratuity added. I called the general manager the next day and he said that the gratuity was added for traveling on New Year's even though that was never explained to me. Did I mention that we got into an accident. There are lots of other shuttle services. I would definitely stay away from Cocoa Beach Shuttle. read more

Spoke to dispatch about getting rate from Cape Canaveral to airport $93 flat rate. We decided to take the ride given that Uber was $118. We loaded suitcases and boarded. Once we were seated and ready to leave the shuttle driver Richard insisted that it was $111 total including 18% mandatory gratuity and that this had come down straight from his dispatch. I called dispatch and found out that gratuity was at customer discretion. Richard deliberately and knowingly lied and stole from customer. I would advise customers to be vigilante with this thief. Based on my interaction with this individual I am only giving one star. Very unethical. read more

After reading some reviews, I was a little nervous, but we truly had a great experience. Our shuttle was there on time both at the airport and then again on our last day at the hotel. They communicated with me so I knew we were always on the same page. I can see how picking up multiple people at various time from various places can probably get messed up along the way but fortunately, we didn't have that experience and can honestly say we were very pleased. read more

Booked CBS for 19 from the port to our motel, meet George at the port.(he was very rude to people!!) Told him that our group was there waited about 30 minutes for shuttle, bus pulled in and he brought up a group of 13 from behind us and placed them on the bus, said we could fill in the remaining seats (7) with people from our group.. Driver bitched about luggage and was asking if we really needed everything that was in them (very rude!! and NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS WHAT I HAVE PACKED IN MY LUGGAGE!!) That bus left and was told Wanda was on her way!!! 20/25mins later and still no Wanda!!! About a half hour after the 1st half of our group we finally were picked up and brought to our motel... I called CBS and talked to Dan, He did not think George or the driver of the van would talk or say such things!!! Apparently Dan needs to get out of the office and stand out at the port with George and maybe do ride alongs with his drivers!!! This company is worthless. After talking to them by phone to clarify what would happen if my plane was late ("oh, we will wait for you"), I made an online reservation for the $30 one way trip from Sanford Orlando to Cocoa Beach per their website. The next day they cancelled my reservation by email, saying they "don't have shuttle service for one". After landing at Sanford, I saw one of their drivers and asked about getting on their shuttle. He said he was looking for a couple taking the shuttle to Cocoa Beach and would call the office to get the fare. The crooks came back at $115, "we have to charge you for two". DO NOT use this transportation service! We were booked for a 5:30 pm pick up at Orlando International Airport. We were at the pick up sight at 5:21 pm. I called at 5:30 when no one showed up, the girl said he just left and would be back in 30 minutes. Not happy, but we will wait....and so we waited and waited! Called again at 6:00 pm, was told driver would be there in 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes go by and a driver and van pulled up, but he couldn't let us on because he said it was for a private party booking. (Who arrived about an hour after us at the loading spot!). This driver said don't worry the other driver is just on the other side of the terminal dropping off and will be back to get us in 5-10 minutes.... another lie... I called dispatch again after waiting and she said the driver was at B terminal and would be there to get us in about 5-10 minutes!!!! Same lie over and over....After waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes, the van showed up! Will never make this mistake again! We watched other transportation companies come and go.... read more

When I called to check on information the customer service lady was very rude. They were early for pick up, by 30 minutes lucky for us we were ready. When we called to be picked up the same customer service lady was rude again. She was confusing as well. She kept telling us to look for a big blue awning, but it was really a small blue umbrella The wait time for leaving was longer than they said I was told they have several shuttles leaving every 10 to 15 minutes. We only saw three shuttles, and two were both going to the air port with only one couple in each shuttle. We waited for about 45 minutes I complained several times only to be told it hasn't been that long. I do not think I will use this service next time. read more

Actually, I would rather give them 1 star except for the return trip which is pretty much dependable. At least they show up on time. It's so sad that they can do better but it's pretty much the only service in town. I think they know it too. They are practically NEVER on time from the airport. I think they always wait/hold off until they get enough passengers to go towards Cocoa Beach. However, they are pretty good on the return trip to the airport since they have enough passengers but... it is not always the best time since they go with the passenger load and times. I rather be early anyway. I have been living in the Cocoa area for eight years, travel a lot, and still putting up with their antics. Like I said, it's pretty much the only service in town. Alternatively I do rent a car to avoid using them at times. I wish Super Shuttle would enter the market!!! ...but I don't think the market is there. Who knows?? Oh yeah! BEWARE booked transportation 1 month in advance for 26 people leaving my home at 9:00am....was quoted 2 different prices but they did honor the lower rate and 2 days before we are scheduled to leave in the afternoon I get a call telling me pick up time now 8:30am. I had a horrible and unacceptable experience with this service. I traveled from the airport to Port Canaveral and return. The shuttle arrived both times in late of about 20minutes with no notifications from the company. One of the drivers during the travel started to be very nervous and act very inappropriate. He got angry and loud while he was driving. He was talking about Asians, using very racists comments and unacceptable behavior. read more

This service, although inexpensive, was awful. Picked us up 10 minutes late at airport, after previous van (for which we had reservation) left 5 minutes early before our meet time. Then he went the long way to Cocoa Beach, dropped off the passengers at the furthest hotel first, and then swung back to main road to take us to ours. He then proceeded to take us north, away from the hotel, and explained it was just force of habit, when we wound up at his workplace (a cement plant). I then had to direct him back south and tell him HOW TO GET TO OUR HOTEL, since he couldn't make his GPS work properly. 1 1/4 hour after dropping off the first party we got to our hotel and he had no receipts and didn't know if we had been charged. OMG book with someone else. We used this company in July for transportation from Orlando Airport to our hotel and then our hotel to the cruise port and then back to the airport after the cruise. For the ride from the airport to our hotel we had the biggest piece of junk van. It smelled awful and It felt like it was going to vibrate into pieces on the highway and the shocks were definitely bad. Our driver was obnoxiously loud. She incessantly talked the whole ride while blaring music and sat in her seat with her leg tucked under her. It was an awful ride. The bus to the cruise port was a lot nicer but didn't have enough seats so a lady had to sit on her husband's lap for the ride. The ride after the cruise was another older junky van but the driver was a lot better. Overall, even though the service was thrifty, it wasn't worth it and I'll never use this company again. read more

Service is terrible! Cocoa Beach Shuttle was 30 minutes late picking us up at the hotel. It was a small van and they didn't pick up everyone at the hotel. Thank god we were able to get on, but another party had to wait for another van. After the cruise we waited 1 hour 15 minutes for them to find a van. It was NOT a first come first serve basis. They had vans, but they took other people to other hotels. They advertise shuttles were every 30 minutes. This is not the case. We had to wait for one specific driver who was busy dropping off other people at different locations. read more
