So, this is exactly what it sounds like. It's a health food quick stop that offers fruit bowls and smoothies. The location decor is cool/cold and very black and white. Not a place you would want to actually stay and eat in. Both locations I have been to have been absolutely freezing. I was happy to be able to leave. The food product is basic, a tiny bit expensive for everyday ingredients but normal overall, fresh and healthy. It's like exactly what you would make at home except you have to pay and wait for Someone to make it for you. So if you are that busy--this is a good spot for you. Overall, I think this company does a great job with what they are offering. My only reason for less than 5 stars is the staffing. The staff is great, friendly, etc. But it is slow..like really slow to get your food. I have gone in a couple Of times for lunch, been the only person and it still took like 15 mns to get my smoothie. I think they are just understaffed, but I also think the employees just work at thier own pace. I had the same team member take my order, make my Order, and deliver my order. That's okay when it's just me, but when they are helping 5 people plus mobile orders, plus handling checkout--its just too Much for one person to manage. So just be mindful of that. I am grateful to have a healthy option for quick food that is close to my house though. read more

Great selection of antioxidant rich foods. We've been dying to come here. The staff was very helpful with flavor selections and even more patient with us choosing what flavor combination we wanted. The vibe is very laidback, which is what I'd expect from a place like this. The fruit is nice and fresh and the toppings are delicious. Definitely on the pricier side. When they first opened, I was obsessed with the Coco Shine smoothie, but I haven't been happy with it the last few times I've tried it -- maybe it's a seasonal fruit thing. Inside feels very sterile; the staff is always nice, but the decor and overall aesthetic (black and white, hard metal chairs, very modern/minimalist) doesn't make me want to stay for longer than it takes to make my order. Not a bad place to grab a smoothie or bowl, just not my thing and not the most comfortable place inside. read more

my teenage daughter loves this place. but on march 23rd , we were quite disappointed. the young girl working there was very rude. She basically did not speak to us at all. we were not welcomed upon walkikg in, my daughter walked to the cash register and she didn't even ask her what she wanted- she just looked at my daughter . so my daughter ordered , she told her the total and that was it. no hi , bye, thank you or anything. she doesnt need to be getting paid if she cannot provide any customer service. terrible read more

I am a frequent to this location and I have never been so disappointed in the service of employees. I ordered a smoothie bowl with coconut base. Received this unblended concoction. As you can see the base is in blocks of ice. There is so much granola everywhere and there were purple streaks. I didn't order anything purple. I took the bowl home and had to warm it in the microwave. It's so easy to identify a worker that doesn't want to work. This was extremely lazy for my bowl to be almost $20. Service was extremely helpful in helping my avoid some dietary restrictions I have. Super clean place! My smoothie was excellent for a post workout snack I got the Beast Mode (pictured). I substituted the whey protein for plant based protein. I also got one of their cold pressed juices that's supposed to help you relax. Will be frequenting CocoBowlz often! read more
