I was tempted by the Caesar salad, but went for a Cobb salad because that's similar to a breakfast salad for me with cheese, chicken, bacon, and eggs.. my husband got the turkey sandwich which she got grilled in a Panini style. We also picked up a pastry while we were there, and it was stale and just not good. It looked beautiful on display, but it tasted bad.  On the positive side, the service was very fast, so we didn't have to wait long to get our food. Other than that, though, the whole experience was just kind of "whatever." With so many great food options in Vegas, we probably won't be returning here for breakfast.

This plaza was very crowded and tough to find parking in given there is a Molly Tea a few stores down when we went on the day after EDC. We waited about 25 minutes in line to order and 10 minutes for our drinks during the afternoon and killed time by walking down to Molly Tea which had a similar line. We ordered the Matcha Yuzu Sparkler and Matcha Kuromitsu Kinako Cream. The cream is whipped and along with the brown sugar jelly makes it a much heavier and decadent drink than I was expecting, but was still good. The matcha here is safe for those new or unfamiliar with matcha, with a smooth grassy and lightly floral profile.
