Parked between the Linq & Harrah's is this cute little truck. After passing it several times, my friend & I finally caved & stopped by. At first I kinda questioned getting some because I never once saw anyone walking around eating some. But we both are cookie dough lovers so why not. Pretty simple, it's all pre-scooped in the fridge that's out on display. One scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough in a cup. No other flavors, plain & simple. It was kept at a good temperature where it wasn't too hard, just like eating actual cookie dough. It was good, but wasn't really anything special & for $5.95, the scoop probably could've been a little bigger. We went off to the side in the shade & ate, where a couple people did stop & ask us how it was, then proceeded to stop & get some. Probably a pass on this one next time, but we were curious

This stand caught my eye as I was making my way back towards my hotel so I decided to give it a try. In my opinion, it's a bit overpriced, but they do give out a big scoop. It is very sweet and does not feel like refrigerated cookie dough, but more like a soft serve ice cream. However, at the same time it is room temperature and not cold. It somehow sticks to itself but not to you, which is sort of neat. This was so sweet that it was not enjoyable, but still bearable enough for me to finish it

Vanilla Came here for an ice cream for my daughter. I ordered a single scoop. I clearly told her a cup. She then served me in a waffle cup. I said no I don't want that my daughter is only 2. She gave me attitude and said that's what I have to give you. So then I said ok then refund me and do it again. Same price. No price difference. Just the fact that she is antes to be right. I Always support small business but never Again will I come here.

Soft serve + cookie dough has never tasted so meh.

I've seen this little truck before while visiting Vegas, it's parked in-between The Linq and Harrah's; you know that annoying stretch of the Strip where the sidewalk curves away from the street, supposedly to allow cars to enter parking but really to get you to buy more booze? There's no sign listing their hours and no website listed on the vehicle, making it seem like this cool, underground club for cookie dough connoisseurs such as myself. The reality is far less exciting. It's cookie dough, with or without soft serve ice cream. The ice cream is nearly flavorless, if this stuff is what was causing McDonald's McFlurry machines to break down so often, people would torch the Golden Arches with shocking regularity. Then, the main event--the cookie dough--is mushy and bland as well. I'd rather not say how much I paid for this, but know that only the sweet young woman slinging this slop is the sole reason for two stars.

It's bad the dough and the ice cream. The best thing was the Oreo wafer I ordered on the side. It looks way better than it is.

I need to write a review of my experience here. Long story, short, I've been wanting to come here…read morefor a very long time. And recently, I had this very weird addiction to tiramisu. I recently saw a review where someone snapped a pic of the seasonal tiramisu that I really wanted to try. So on a random day, I made a trip. Took about seven hours since I'm coming from another state. And the insane part, was that I only went for the tiramisu. When I got to the food truck, I was surprised to find out that the tiramisu I was trying to get is no longer "in season." but the awesome guy at the front explained that the new flavor was the apple crumble. And he also mentioned that he loved this more than other flavors. So that was enough to convince me to get it and I will say,.. that was the best tiramisu I've ever had in my life. If you're reading this review, this is your sign to go try that apple tiramisu before it's gone. There were a little bits of apples that were just bright little surprises of flavor. You had a very traditional tiramisu look, but the flavor was beyond what somebody could imagine. It wasn't overly sweet, it wasn't overly wet. Everything about this tiramisu was perfect. If 303 decides to keep this on their menu, that would be one of the best decisions ever made. I would come back just for that. Moving onto the person who took my order. This person was absolutely perfect. Not only was he super fast and efficient, he was extremely knowledgeable about the food and even convinced me to give to my other addiction, which is cheesecake. I really enjoyed the small chat we had, but more importantly, I really appreciated his enthusiasm for the food they sell. I didn't expect to get such good service at a food truck close to midnight. But that cheesecake, wow. I knew this cheesecake would be out of this world when the cashier guy told me that mascarpone was in the filling. You can't even begin to imagine how many levels of lusciousness this cheesecake was. And not only that, this is one of the very few, if not only, American cheesecake maker that doesn't dump tons of sugar in it. The cheesecake was perfectly sweet. And what threw this over the top was the berry compote. The berry sauce had very low sugar, and it perfectly worked with the cheesecake. At this point, I can't believe how much I've actually written about this experience considering how fast I was out of there. But with that side, the atmosphere was amazing. There was a good group of people lined up to get food. But the hilarious part was at the food truck was what looks to be in a strip club parking lot. I could be wrong but I just found that to be interesting. There may be a lot of of you who are browsing the reviews and are finding out that these desserts are a little bit pricey. But let me tell you, aside from the fact that this spot uses high-quality ingredients to make their desserts, the quantity they give you is massive. I guarantee you won't finish it in one day unless you are me and have a serious addiction to their food. Give their food a try at least once, and you'll probably end up going back repeatedly. I know I'm gonna go back. It's worth the hours long drive. Because then you'll have amazing food to eat on the drive back. If the owner of this food truck is reading this, I just want to say thank you for spreading a little joy through your food. I really appreciate it. I've been going through a tough time recently, and the cheesecake and tiramisu is really helping me a lot.

The 303 area code in the name hints at Colorado style, so the green chile seems to reflect that…read moreregion rather than New Mexico. The Green Chile Burrito was good, the chicken, beans, and cheese. However, the green chile itself was what I was most looking forward to, and it fell a bit short. There was very little green chile and it lacked the kick and spicy profile I was expecting from a New Mexican style chile. On the side, the 303 fries were well-seasoned and delicious ($18 total for the entrée and fries). I also tried the well-known cheesecake sandwich ($16.50). It's large enough to share, with distinct cinnamon and carrot cake flavors. It was decent, different. Overall, it was a good meal, but if you're coming here specifically hoping for spicy New Mexican green chile, you might be left wanting a bit more chile and heat. Also, the price is high for a food truck.

This cute food truck is located inside the Park MGM just around the corner from the room elevators which makes it an ideal stop on your way back to your room after a show at Dolby Live or a night of dancing at On The Record. I had tried the corn dog bites which are pretty much exactly what you think they are - deep fried mini corn dogs, but they do come with a good quality mustard to dip into which adds a little something. The Hand Burger was flaky and buttery, I had expected something more akin to an empanada and was pleasantly surprised. The cheese and meat filling was decent and drunk me had no complaints! Slushies have rotating flavors and I believe I got the mango, which was sweet and fruity, perfectly balancing out the tequila nip I added on! Signs say to order at the kiosk, but there was someone still taking orders at the window and you need to order at the window anyways if you want a drink.

The sandwich came out dry, bland, and completely lacking the flavor you'd expect. The bread wasn't crispy, and the whole thing tasted like it had been pre‑made and reheated. The food came out fast--almost too fast--which only reinforced the feeling that everything was cooked ahead of time and microwaved before serving. The bright spot: the cheese sticks and pretzel bites. Those were actually worth ordering and had way more care put into them than the Cubano. Overall, the Cubano is not recommended. If you go, stick to the snacks.

There's a small kitchen area where the menu is and where you place your order. Cooks are viciously making the orders that others are placing, and you can hear the constant sizzling of hot dogs on their grills. They have bar seating on the other side along with a bunch of tables close by but they were all taken since it was prime dinner time at 7:30pm on The Strip and people were walking all around the area. We decided to eat over at a nearby taco joint in the end. Both of us got their D.U.I. Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas! Also a great hot dog stand with immensely tasty dogs.
