This consists in marinated grilled skirt steak, pork loin, chicken breast, Latin sausage, tostones, white rice, and pinto beans. I substituted additional white rice for the pinto beans. The calamari arrived hot and they were delicious. Definitely to be shared by two. My entree arrived sizzling on a flat iron grill. Everything was delicious. I enjoy a hearty meal, but I could not finish the abundance of excellent food on my plate. Of course I grew a desert appetite so I ordered the fudge chocolate cake and a decaffeinated cappuccino.
