How many more of you are gonna come down here it's ridiculous". My bad I meant to organize with every renter in my complex so we can all go get our keys at once and maybe grab dinner after. Instead, try: "sorry we're actually sold out of that key. Try another store or check back next week". Maybe even throw in some friendly banter? Idk just spit balling. This store stands out over other shops in the area for two reasons: the staff are super helpful, and the items are priced incredibly fairly. Counter staff helped direct me downstairs. The guy (Carrie?) was super helpful, and cut a light chain to size and attached a magnetic two sided key ring to hold together. He was great, particularly as I had lost my voice and it was clearly an unusual request. All for less than $10, they quickly saved the day, allowing the kilt to make its way to Gilette Stadium and Fenway Park. Thank you all

Dishonest! I wanted to replace a set of bifold closet doors. When I contacted Home Depot I…read moreprovided them with the measurements that another company had already provided. I was told that they had to come to measure so fine. They did and someone was supposed to contact me within 2-3 business days. They did not so I reached out and finally contacted Joan Gomes. She spent a great deal of time 'trying to find' the right doors and offered me a $1000 door or for $372 or so I thought a mismatched pair of doors. When I said I was willing to consider the mismatched set all of sudden she is quoting me over $1000 for installation and the doors. When I ask for my $40 back because they don't have what I want I am told my fee is non-refundable. Well, if you don't have the product I told you in the first place that I wanted then I should get my money back! She was deceitful writing in her email to me that she was closing the case because of the cost. She didn't have the doors to fit my closet. Update: I am amending my review because after posting, I was contacted and Home Depot researched my situation and refunded the $40 fee. I appreciate very much their doing the right thing.
